As of now I'd assume "superhuman" is an acceptable term, after all they are called "superheroes." I'm guessing other terms along the lines of "metahuman" are appropriate as well. "Mutant" sounds a little too specific judging by what types of powers are currently in, but that could work too. I'll have to doublecheck the lore.

Basically, yeah. Metahuman, superhuman, and super are all acceptable terms. There really are no "Mutants". At least not as we know them in Marvel. Most people with natural powers are either magically gifted or of alien descent (Human/alien hybrids and human/alien hybrid descendents.
