Gem of Perfect Mobility

I have a question regarding a line of text in the hearthstone "Gem of perfect mobility" from Odeanol's Codex. (pg. 107)

the line says that the character can "split dicepools normally to gain extra actions" (I hope writing this doesn't infringe copyright...). My question is, what does this mean. Can I split dicepools without penalties? Moreover, the last line from the text mentions a limit on this stone, how does this work?

I hope my question is clear enough to be answered and vague enough to avoid repercussion ;)

thanks in advance,

Don't worry too much about legal repercussions when asking questions. Copywrite laws leave ample room for reproducing portions of a text for discussion purposes. You could have typed in the entire text of the gem if you wanted.

To answer your question, it's worded in a 1e manner, but basically means that you can flurry if you want to. Basically it's saying you can take as many actions as your dice pools will allow, but can't combine the effect with extra action charms.

Thank you for your swift responce!

So it means that I can flurry the faster actions but that i can't ever use extra action charms when wearing the stone? or does it mean that i can still use extra action charms when wearing the stone but only at their normal speed.
