Hey there, I'm Gecko! I'm but a simple she/her looking to find some people willing to mess around with plots and such!
-- What to expect from GECKO --
• I try to pay attention to quality over quantity, that being said my replies usually range from 400-600. I can easily double that if the mutual interest is high enough or the situation calls for it.
• I really enjoy the process of collaborative character creation and world-building so I'd like to find someone who is down with building plots and such together if at all possible. Don't be afraid to pitch in ideas whenever, it should be something we've created together!
• Someone who enjoys ooc chatting is very appreciated. I trade in headcanons, playlists, and Pinterest boards.
• I have ADHD, dyslexia, and a tendency to do all my writing at 3am, I'm surprisingly talented at catching my spelling errors with these things in mind. I triple-check my actual writing, of course, but things slip by occasionally. My ooc a little worse bc I never look back at what I type, but it is what it is.
• I'm ghost friendly, don't even worry about it, my pals. You forget I exist for four months and wanna come back and update the thread? Cool, glad to see you back from the war. You lose interest and don't ever wanna look at my garish 90's era slang again? Fully understandable; I wish you safe travels, Broskerini.

• If you want to write any sort of romance with me you have to be 18+, even if we're playing younger characters. Thems the hard breaks. I'm nearly 20 and I'd be vastly uncomfortable with anyone younger, for both myself and for you. Just be appropriate and friendly and everything is Gucci.
• I can reply pretty often, but I don't wanna keep a strict schedule about it. Once a week is preferable, but like, if you have a week where you just aren't feeling it, don't worry about it.
• I mentioned before that I don't really care about length but please try not to hit me with one-liners. I put in so much effort to come across as effortlessly charming and witty; it makes me feel like a pathetic jester, jingling like a fool for no audience. I cannot afford the therapy that comes from that sort of rejection.
• Any pairings are fine by me, I'll do FxF, MxM, or MxF. I don't love doing canon x canon but I'll gladly do it as a relevant side plot alongside oc x oc or oc x canon.
• Just don't be bigoted or overly rude and all is well with the world.
• •I absolutely love a good romance plot as much as the next guy, but if you wanna talk to me about some found family I would cry with gratitude. Additionally, some of the fandoms below are ones I would prefer to keep oc x oc or Gen, but those are all marked *** so you can just avoid it if it's not your cup of tea.• •
