Greetings, this is the 'Unofficial' Welcoming Committee of Modena City!
Modena is, for the most part, a thriving city. Most people are happy, most of the general populace tends to be unaware of our... activities. Don't get me wrong, seeing our influence among many of the horrible tragedies they hear about on their news stories isn't difficult in the slightest. But we are cunning and clever, capable of hiding our bases of operation well and carrying out our duties discreetly. Oh, did I mention a good chunk of our members have... unique abilities? Yes, you heard me correctly. In a city densely populated with superpowered individuals--roughly 1 in every 6 citizens are powered--, we recruit some of the best, powers or no. We are also one of the first gangs to be lead by Morphs--a Morph, if you don't know, is a genetically engineered animal that is typically bipedal and capable of human thought and speech as well as having mixed human and animal features. Granted, we are not a morph-only organization, that would just make us seem like hypocrites. Yes, most morphs are treated badly, as they were originally intended to be weapons of war, they eventually gained citizenship and live among us, but there are a few of us who can see past that. People are people, fur, scales, feathers, or not. We come together for many reasons, whether it be to make a stand, to make money, or simply for a sense of community, we are here. That being said, those of you reading this have a rare opportunity. You have been a person of interest to us for a while, reviewed and observed to see if you are capable of becoming one of our most powerful members.
