  Bonnie was raised in the Moody family, a wealthy banking family from South Texas. The youngest of 5 siblings, she spent her earlier years in the family mansion in Galveston with her siblings and mother. Her fondest memories were playing and climbing in the mangroves and palm trees, away from the stuffy mansion. But by age 7, her mother packed up and headed north to Dallas to live with her father. Her dad was by no means a self-made man, he lived off the generational wealth accumulated by banking and oil investments. However, her dad remained insecure with his standing amongst the Texas elite and decided to pursue public office. Through her early tweens, Bonnie was dragged to various galas, rallies, and counties to help provide a proper public appearance. By age 17, she had enough of the pageantry her family endured. Her brothers were making names for themselves and her sister was pursuing marriage. Bonnie wanted no part of that life. She went off to attend the University of Texas in hopes of dragging out her "family obligations" while also spending her parent's money.
  
  The city of Austin was where Bonnie found herself. While she showed up to class and did the minimum required, she found herself falling in love with the oddball city. Women all around her were breaking the southern prototype and doing things her parents would be mortified to see. The organized crime scene rose in the early 60's in Austin and Bonnie put her chips in early. She befriended an older woman named Judy Cathey who helped manage a growing crime racket in the area. On the side, she began to deal narcotics and the occasional petty theft around campus. Bonnie began to develop a small private fund and document stache for herself in case she ever needed it - which unfortunately she did.
  
  One night of her senior year Bonnie was arrested for her antics and bailed out by her father. He paid off the Travis County judge to ex-sponge her record, promising to deal with the incident himself. That night the two Moody's were at each other's throats. Bonnie divulged her years of resentment and her father retaliated with his years of disappointment. By the end of the night, the two came to a mutual agreement: Bonnie would finish out her semester at college and expected to return home to spend time in an institution to get her mindset for the next phase of life. To none's surprise, Bonnie did not hold her end of the bargain. Using the spare funds she stashed away, the night of her graduation she snuck out from her family's hotel and bought a one-way ticket to the only international flight that night: Morocco.
  
  For 5 years Bonnie traveled the world, from Morocco to where she is now, Birmingham. Along the way, she began to live the life she yearned for years ago as a girl. She laughed a little harder, drank a little more, and ultimately became a new woman. She was a single person in the sea of thousands, the anonymity a blessing in disguise. She made friends, made enemies, and had a few run-ins with the law as one would suspect. But on her 30th birthday, the reality of her nomadic life sat in. She had no place to call home or anyone to call family. And that life didn't suit her in the long term...
  
  But now, Bonnie has begun to make an effort to put down roots. She's subletting a cheap room in an apartment in southern Birmingham and in search for a job!

  Jennifer grew up in Birmingham, living with her Scottish father, English mother, and younger brother. When her father lost his job in the 1950s, the man struggled to find more work. He ended up falling in with a local gang, the Fletchers. His criminal activities became the main source of income, with her mother's part-time factory work not bringing in a lot of money. Whilst her family were good people and had a decent moral compass, crime had become the only way they could survive. Jennifer looked up to her father and regardless of what he did, she was proud of him for protecting their family. The best way she could repay her parents was by focusing in school and giving them little to worry about. Despite not being interested in academics, she performed well. Some would argue she could have been exceptional had she actually tried.
  
  10 years ago, her father, Malcolm, had taken part in an armed robbery that went wrong. When he was corned by a police officer, he shot the man in order to escape. He hadn't intended to kill the cop, but when he was eventually caught by another team of officers, he learned the man he'd shot had later died. Suffice to say, her father was dealt the harshest of sentences and she wasn't ignorant to the fact he would suffer every day he survived in prison.
  
  Jennifer liked her life in Birmingham and had made friends, including with the Fletcher family. So when he mother and brother decided to move away from the bad memories and back to her grandparents in Scotland, Jennifer refused to go with them. To honour Malcolm for his service to the gang, along with his silence during his arrest and ever since, Tony promised to look after Jennifer if she decided to stay.
  
  It took some trial and error, between butchery and bar work, before Tony finally discovered the most suitable job he could give to Jennifer was in his motor repair business. It not only kept her active mind focused, but was also one of the positions that didn't put her in direct firing line of the dangerous work, despite her willingness to get her hands dirty with more than just grease!
  
  Jennifer has since become skilled in the trade and practically manages the business for Tony these days. She sees all kinds of customers passing through, be it regular people needing regular repairs, or criminals wanting work done on their vehicles without questioning what caused the damage. Although she knows Tony and her father would prefer she stayed away from the risky business, Jennifer isn't against it and would do whatever she had to if it meant protecting the family who had helped her when she'd needed it.

  Dean is a very 'mans man' kind of guy. If you didn't know him, you'd think he was just a generic guy, left from the war to live in a time that was altered by his experience in the military. Over all, he's a honest and direct individual, guided by discipline and responsibility with the ability to stay calm and practical.
  
  With the exception of people he is already close to, he is weary of strangers and prefers his personal space and the quietness of solitude. He's not the person you'd want to invite if you wanted someone to be the center of attention or bring life to the party, but he is the guy you would call for a relaxed night or to tone down a particularly rowdy friend. With his friends and loved ones he's warm, inviting, open and easy going. He will not lie, even if it means hurting someone or himself with the truth, and doesn't like to keep secrets unless he has too. In his life he's had to keep enough that any extra that can be shed by simply not lying will be.
  
  With strangers he's a different person. Distrustful, cold and distant. Unable to trust people easily, he can be a bit of a judgmental asshole himself, though he hates it in others. Unlike others though, he gives people a chance to show their true colors before he makes a decision.   Dean had a fairly normal childhood. His parents, albeit older than normal parents when they had their only child, were loving and kind. His father was a butcher and his mother a teacher at the local Catholic school. Unable to have more children, he grew up an only child and therefor never had the social growth of one with a sibling and the ability to open up to people that sometimes comes with it. Throughout school he was a normal guy, playing sports but never excelling particularly at it. When he graduated he was neither top nor bottom of the class, always hanging out somewhere near the middle. He had a few good friends but as often happens once school ended they slowly parted ways as adulthood took over.
  
  At 20 years old, tired of moving from one low pay and heavy cost job to another, he finally decided to try the military. As was usual for him, he performed right at the average level throughout basic and his first year or two as a soldier. It wasn't until his commanding officer really got to know him and learned how to encourage him that Dean really came out of his shell and began to show them what he was capable of. The 180 in his personality and performance soon earned him a recommendation for the fighter pilot program where he continued to succeed and even exceeded the very high expectations of his instructors. With perfect vision and lightning fast reflexes and an attententiveness for detail, he was a perfect fit for the group of high performing pilots that soon became his squadron.
  
  It was his assignment to this squadron that would be the first major change in Dean's life. As the squadron was formed, three men soon became the three to know. Richard "Rich" Finley, Robert "Casanova" Walker, and Dean Walters. At first, Dean was his normal, arms distance self, but it didn't take long for him to find an odd sense of comfortability with Rich and eventually Robert - though it was the social disparities that made it rough to start as Dean always felt like those of the upper class unfairly looked down on those of the working class - and form bonds that would last his life time. While his relationship with Robert was never more than brothers in arms, comrades and friends, the same could not be said of Rich.
  
  Somewhere in the middle of the war, in the middle of enlistment, somewhere in the muck of war, Dean found himself falling in love with Rich. Before the war, he had never considered himself bisexual or gay, having only dated women and on a few occasions finding himself waking from their bed. Something about the intimate relationships of those you are fighting to survive with broke down long stood barricades on Dean's true nature, and throughout the war Dean and Rich carried on a hidden but intense relationship. Dean was never keen on others knowing about them - the knowledge of what would happen if they were found out heavy on his soul. When Robert did, he'd spent a good bit of time worried what his friend, and Rich's friend, would think. Eventually though, he slowly let his guard down and Robert became the only person outside of Rich and Dean who knew the truth.
  
  When the war finally ended and they all made it home, Dean no longer had a home to return too. His father had died before he went to basic training and his mother passed away while he was flying one of his many missions. With nowhere to go and no one to come home too, he found himself staying with Richard until he secured his education visa and moved to America to go to school. It had been hard for him, but he wanted to support Rich and let him follow his dreams. Shortly after Richard moved away, Dean gave up the flat and moved into somewhere cheaper and more affordable for his income.
  
  Looking for a more permanent career than he had before the war, and not interested in flying professionally now that the war was over, he jumped around doing odd jobs for a while until he was hired on in 1946 at a private investigation firm that began to train him from the ground up. Again his eye for attentiveness and detail benefitted him and he quickly rose in the ranks to a private investigator under the tutelage of the company owner. For the next few years he builds his life around his new found job, still seeing Robert and Caroline from time to time while writing letters back and forth with Rich. What started off hot and heavy died down as years passed and by the time Rich returned in 1950 they had drifted heavily apart. Dean had even acquired a girlfriend, though he could never give himself to her fully knowing she hated homosexuality and it was a part of him.
  
  In 1953 he moved to London to open his own Private Eye firm, and with Richard gone it was an easy decision to make. One very special week between the opening of his firm and the return of Richard, Dean takes a trip to Greece to see his war love for a secret Greek tryst. When things fail to go as planned, Dean pretends to leave early, only instead spending the last day of his trip watching over Rich and ensuring he's okay before Dean returns to London. He then spends the remainder of his years from then on in London, running his own business and creating a new life for himself. The last time he seen Richard or Caroline was the graduation for Rich from his last time leaving school. That night was still a bad memory in his mind and easily drove a wedge between him and Rich, as well as Robert. Determined to do his best in this new found story he's given himself, he becomes a faded memory for his squadron brothers and a silent friend. Periodically Richard and he would exchange letters, but eventually, even those stopped as Dean decided that it was only hurting them more to carry on when Dean had moved on with his life.
  
  In 1968 Dean met his wife, a free love and peace kind of woman who didn't have a judging bone in her body. She peeled the layers of Dean away like an onion, slowly revealing his true self - a self that only Rich and Robert had ever seen. Undisturbed by the fact that he was bisexual, and had a love that was a man, the two soon found their own happiness and love grew between them. Two years into the relationship they married, and soon after had a child. Now, in 1975, Dean has decided it's time to move home to Birmingham. Buying his parent's home, he fixed it up and moved his wife and child in while simultaneously opening a second location for his business. Unbeknownst to his old friends, he has yet to make it public knowledge he's back in town and is still unsure what his next actions will be.

The Ashwood siblings were always very different than one another but one thing they all were similair in were those smiles. Carter was sly but was clumsy, his lies were hard to believe but mostly got away with it because he simply knew how to keep people entertained.
Carter and his brother mostly got along amazingly well, they have more bickering now that they're getting older.
Carter had always hung around the wrong people and this never seemed to change, once he went to college, he got into some experimentational drugs and was immediately sold. This ended up in him liking the easy money that he got from it and of course the ''free'' drugs. He was not good in school so he was failing almost all his classes in the first year, he never wanted to finish college anyway so he moved back and started getting into this business. He met his girlfriend at 27 and got married only a few months later to eventually going through a hectic divorce canon.

  From a very early age, Malc was the spitting image of his father. He was confident, and mischievous, always up for any trouble his dad dragged him along for. Despite growing up with little means, the Murray family was full of love, respect, and empathy. They were a tight family unit, them against the world. With his mother and father having to work strenuous and odd jobs throughout their childhood, Malc always had a close relationship with his older sister Jenny. As kids, the typical sibling angst and competition kept them both quick-witted and crafty. While they bickered and fought, they always made up in the end. As the two grew older, seeing their father lose his job was a major shift in Malc's personality. He idolized his father like any son does, seeing his father hit a life-low propelled him out of childhood earlier than most kids. He did anything to scrape change; picket pocket, pawn off lost items he found, or help out around the city. In his hunt for change, he found he enjoyed cleaning the local boxing gym the best. It was easy pocket money and it allowed him an outlet away from his family. As he became a familiar face around the gym, the owner started to give him lessons and let him open the ring to get practice in. As he grew older, his stature and discipline yielded to the formation of a pure-bred fighter.
  
  
  
  Once his father and mother found out about his hobby, his father was extremely proud while his mother worried endlessly. Malc knew he could earn good money in fights, he just had to do so while keeping up his grades and behavior at school for his mum. On the day of his first organized fight, his dad was supposed to be in attendance after he finished a job for the Fletchers, except he never showed. His frustration led him to win with a cold KO, however, it wasn't until he got him in the early morning that Jenny told him the news. They'd likely never see their dad again. The entire Murray unit was rocked to its core which made the Fletcher's intervention even more meaningful for the broken family. Jenny was older and needed to stay in town to keep a steady income for their family, whereas Malc knew his place was with their mom. They both agreed it would be best that way: he could finish school up north and care for their mother while she stayed for the Fletchers.
  
  Moving to the Scottish highlands was certainly a culture shock for Malc, having been a city boy through and through, to suddenly living in a quiet country town. It certainly made school easier, not having to worry as much about money, and gave him more time to perfect his boxing. It also allowed him t
  
  o process and begin to heal from the traumatic event they endured, the country allowing him to connect with his roots and his thoughts He made sure to write to Jenny and his father frequently, making sure both were up to date on their mother's wellbeing as well as his own. He graduated not long after their arrival, practically forced to go to college by their mother in Glasgow. While in uni, he was able to make a solid earning off gambling and racketing his fights. Once he graduated, Malc knew it was time to get back to Birmingham.
  
  Like his sister, the Fletchers promised him a place in their ranks. If he took anything after his dad, which he did, he'd be a valuable asset to Tony. Now with their mother comfortably settled in her rural community, Malc can finally focus on his new life in Birmingham.

  Aidan remembers vividly the years whilst his father, Elwyn, was away fighting in the Second World War. Between the threat of Birmingham being bombed, his mother, Isla, struggled to keep her children fed and safe. They eventually ended up staying with his grandparents in Wales until the war was finally over.
  
  When the war did end, Elwyn returned and the family of four moved back to what was left of their home in Birmingham. Aidan's father had changed, becoming more cold and short-tempered as the family struggled to make ends meet. This pushed Elwyn towards crime, where he, his brother-in-law and nephew led a gang. Able to take advantage of a city recovering post-war, their gang was quick to grow and through illegal shipments and selling contraband, they were able to start making a name for themselves in the city.
  
  However, Elwyn and his men soon faced strong resistance. The wealthier and more powerful Walker Family soon muscled in on the city's organised crime. Backed by the police and powerful figures, none of the smaller gangs stood a chance. After refusing to pay insurance to the Walkers, Elwyn's nephew was killed by Richard Finley, who at the time was one of Robert's heavies.
  
  With his business and income being stripped away from him, Elwyn turned vengeful. After kidnapping Charles Walker, who was at the time nine years old, Elwyn lured Richard into the trap. After gunning down Walker gang members, Richard was abducted and locked in basement for a couple of weeks. There, he was beaten and barely fed, kept in darkness for most of the time. Charles had been set free, even Elwyn not wanting to hurt a child, but the boy eventually helped lead the Walkers to Richard.
  
  The rescue mission by the Walkers ended in bloodshed with Elwyn's men being killed. Richard then beat Elwyn into a bloody mess and close to death before Robert finished the man off with a bullet to the skull. Aidan was 17 and had been learning the ropes from his father when he learned of the man's death. Devastated, his mother moved herself and hr sons back to Wales, away from the dangers of Birmingham.
  
  Aidan never moved on from his father's death. Within two years, he was back in Birmingham piecing together what had happened to Elwyn, his cousin, and other members of his father's gang. He soon learned the Walkers had been the ones to wipe out his father's business - they had been the ones who slaughtered his father and cousin. He also became aware of the Fletchers continuing to thrive, apparently having come to an understanding with the Walkers. Despite the Fletchers supposedly being working class and fighting for the underdog, all Aidan saw was sellouts. They could have tried harder to topple the Walkers before they had chance to become too powerful and even richer. They didn't appear to even resist Robert's hold over Birmingham.
  
  In the years that followed, Aidan and his closest men moved around the West Midlands as they gathered support, and eventually found allies further afield - including in his mother's home city of Belfast. Not simply fuelled by revenge, Aidan had running Birmingham in his sights. He wanted to finished what his father couldn't...

  Born in Hvitsten, the smallest town in one of Norway’s Counties, there wasn’t much reason to stay for the small boy named Oskar Storstrand and his father, Milian Storstrand. The sickness that took Oskar’s mother sent his father to finally leave for America. Eventually, Milian found someone that was just as kind and lovely as his late wife. Not long after, Ayla was born into the loving Storstrand household. It was just never enough for Oskar.
  
  The boy remained restless throughout his childhood. Getting into fights for a simple childish insult was normal for the boy. In middle school, he would skip school as much as he could and that’s when he met his first ever friend who understood Oskar. Isaac Havord was a highschooler that saw potential if maintained in the fiery side of Oskar. Another tool for his boss, Lewin Casey who was the leader of the Deadeye gang.
  
  As he grew closer in the ranks, so did his height and sheer size. By the time he killed someone for Lewin Casey, it was the day after he barely graduated from high school. He was so wrapped up in what type of person his boss was and the respect he gained that he didn’t even blink an eye when he was told to kill Isaac Havord. He killed almost anyone for his gang. Loyalty was carved into the boy’s bones. So, when the wool was finally pulled from his eyes, it was too late.
  
  He was twenty-eight when Lewin accused Oskar of ratting him out to the police once he got out of prison. Oskar saw it in Lewin’s eyes. Whatever sanity was left was gone. Just a mere stranger that let the broken boy go. A mere stranger that knew the boy would go home in a fit of panic to a burning car that contained his parents. Ayla was the last reminder of that leash Lewin held in his death grip. Last line to test Oskar’s loyalty and a warning that tragedy will happen whenever he likes. So with a lot of paperwork, he sent his sister off to England and remained for a bit longer in America. It took a year of cat and mouse games to finally get Lewin Casey to himself.
  
  Where there was once a boy, became a mad dog. That mad dog became a broken man and in that broken man was a beast that was finally free as he dragged the drunken Lewin Casey into the shadows of a dark lit alleyway, never to be seen again. It took another two years to pick off anyone else that deemed a threat in his eyes before he was finally off, leaving the last bits of the Deadeye gang in the past as he moved to Birmingham, England.

  History:
  Natalie's history is somewhat of a mystery to most as she chooses to keep it tightly guarded under lock and key with only a handful of people getting to see behind the wall she's built.
  
  Natalie was born to parents that did not want her and they let her know this on a daily basis. Nat's mother suffered from postnatal depression and never took any interest in her daughter, rather she just saw her as a thing which “ruined her body, took all her money and ruined her fun”.
  
  Her father was an abusive drunk and unfortunately he seemed to express most of his frustrations out on Nat, this abuse had been going on for as long as Nat can remember. She was led to believe it was all her fault, she had been too loud, she had gotten in the way, she looked at him funny the list goes on but the number one reason was purely that she existed.
  
  Things changed for Nat when she met Albie, her partner in crime and platonic soulmate, she finally had somewhere to turn and someone to make her see it wasn't her fault and she wasn't some kind of monster who seemed to bring these violent thoughts out of people just by the sheer sight of her. Eventually having enough of the life she was born into, Nat decided to run away with Albie, far away from the lives they lived, somewhere they could start anew.
  
  Unfortunately things don't always work out as they should and the gang eventually fell. Natalie managed to get out just before the raid and ran into the night far away from London. Needing a place to hide out for a while, Natalie came to Northern Ireland where she met a man by the name of Aidan Jones. After speaking to Aidan for a short time he eventually told her off his plans to rid his families enemies and to come out on top in Birmingham. It didn't take long before Natalie offered to join the fight and help, being an underdog herself she wished to help the Jones.

  Jason was born to Lily and James Evans on the 6th February 1945 but unfortunately he would never get to know them.
  
  Due to complications, Lily died during the birth. James was completely distraught and needed someone to blame, unfortunately that blame landed on Jacob. James refused to even meet his son so for as not even allowing the nurses to bring the baby into room where his wife lay peacefully "asleep". He waived all rights to the child within the first hour of Jacobs life and disappeared to mourn his wife in private.
  
  Once ready to leave the hospital, Jacob was taken into a local orphanage where he unfortunately ended up remaining until he was around 16 years of age and due to overcrowding he was quickly determined to be old enough to mind himself and removed from the only home he has ever known.
  
  During his years in the orphanage, Jacob tended to take on the role of protector for the younger kids, due to both his height and nature he easily slipped into this role, protecting his fellow "brothers" and "sisters" from bully's both within their home and outside in the world. Jacob was not a genuinely mean child nor was he a bully, he just stood up for herself and was not afraid to get into a fight with the other kids who were throwing their weight around, due to this Jacob quickly became known as the boy not to be messed with and became one of the most powerful children in the orphanage. However he was always compassionate and sweet to younger or scared children a trait which he has kept with him his whole life.
  
  A month after Jacob turned 16 he was kicked out of the orphanage as they needed to house younger children and had run out of spaces due to severe overcrowding. Thankfully, Paul, a friend of his from the orphanage had come of age and moved out only a few months prior and Jacob was able to crash on his couch. It wasn't long after that Paul sorted Jacob a small job within a gang he had begun working for, the notorious Walkers.
  
  Jacob fell in love with the work as soon as he started and gave it his all, quickly climbing the ranks and becoming more and more central in the Walker mob as time passed.

  Norman Fletcher was raised in a working-class home by an inebriated Irish father and a frail but compassionate mother in early 1900s Birmingham, where he was born into a world of suffering and strife. As a journeyman who boxed on the side, his father was erratic and frequently aggressive, so Norman was left to take the brunt of his outbursts. Despite her love, his mother's weakness prevented her from taking action, which led to a situation where survival and fortitude were crucial. Norman's difficult upbringing taught him the importance of perseverance and hard work—lessons that would come to define his destiny.
  
  Norman was exposed to the harsh realities of life at a young age through his labor-intensive job in the coal mines. However, he initially became aware of his potential for power in the boxing ring. Norman's father, in spite of his many shortcomings, recognized potential in his fighting skills and started betting on his battles. Norman turned out to be a skilled fighter, and the family was able to survive thanks to his gains. Nevertheless, Norman was left to take care of his sick mother and shoulder the burden of responsibility after his father passed away.
  
  Around this time, Norman met Greg Holden, a low-level English mobster who thought the young man had potential. Norman looked up to Greg as a mentor, and Greg taught him the ins and outs of Birmingham’s criminal underworld. With the same resolve and hard ethic that got him through the mines and the ring, Norman adapted to life rapidly. Gradually, Norman took over as Greg grew older and less able to oversee his operations. He built his own empire in the streets of Birmingham and expanded the business.
  
  Under Norman's direction, the small illegal enterprise expanded into a much bigger one. He set up several bars and taverns, a boxing gym, and even a restaurant—all of which were in fact fronts for the narcotics traffic he conducted clandestinely. However, Norman remained deeply rooted in his heritage, in contrast to many criminals who were solely interested in their own riches. He always remembered his roots and was committed to giving the "little man"—those who had been dealt a bad hand in life—opportunities. Despite his illicit activities, many viewed him as a benefactor because his companies provided Birmingham’s working class residents with jobs and safety.
  
  Norman first got to know Dorothy, his future wife, as he was rising to prominence. She was all he needed—she was resilient, encouraging, and ready to stick by him in spite of the perilous life he had. Their five children together were named Tony, Sully, Rory, Penny and Samuel. Norman was a strict parent who taught his kids the same values of hard work and deference to authority as he had. In addition to his money, he wished for them to inherit the principles that brought him there. He believed that his children would rule the world, just as he had.
  
  However, there were adversaries to Norman's achievement. During his ascent, Robert Walker—a rival who would eventually become a thorn in his side—loomed large in particular. Their paths crossed several times, and as they fought for control of the same territory, a long-standing rivalry grew more intense.
  
  Despite his meticulous preparation and his status as one of the most powerful gangsters in Birmingham, Norman would ultimately fail owing to his father's inherited fury. An argument with a customer at his own pub turned deadly in a tragic encounter. Anger-fueled, Norman killed the man with his fists, a brutal deed that reflected the fury he had witnessed in his father years before. Despite his not guilty plea and claim of self-defense, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to life in prison.
  
  Now incarcerated, Norman observes the life he created while watching his kids grow up from a distance. Even though he is no longer able to traverse the streets he once controlled, his legacy as a self-made man who never turned away from his roots endures. Norman Fletcher is an inspiration to many, even in prison, for his tenacity, devotion, and the hard-won success of a guy who started from nothing.
