Appearance:
The normally purple parts of Squish's gooey body have a indigo pallor because of the fact that one of his ancestors was a Hydreigon, and as a result, he inherited some of their natural blue color. He always wears a light green bow tie to complement his cheek spots. Mainly because A) it's stuck to him (because sticky body and all), and he can't be bothered to take it off, and B) he likes it.
Personality:
To many onlookers, Squish is a very lazy Pokémon. In his free time, he's often sleeping or snacking. Little do they know, he is actually very dedicated to anything he sets his sights on. He is childish, energetic, and quite the optimist, sporting a smile wherever he goes. Squish is very expressive, often stretching or shrinking himself in order to fully convey his current emotion. Despite these traits, his bad habits of loafing around are more well known, leading to none of the other apprentices wanting to team up with the little slimeball. Until now...
Background:
Squish has always wanted to join an Exploration Team, ever since he first heard about them when he was an even tinier blob back with his two Goodra parents. His mother warned him about the work Exploration Teams have to put in, knowing that he had the tendency to get distracted and slack off (which she had tried her hardest to iron out), but Squish was unswayed. His father had a different opinion, gladly encouraging his son to go forth with his dreams, knowing that Squish had it in him to be a hard worker. After all, it "ran in the family", according to dear old Papa Goo. He and his sister (Squish's aunt) had been in a small-scale Exploration Team of their own back in the day. It was nothing huge, but it inspired Squish and flung his hopes sky-high.

Sludge Bomb, Bubble, DragonBreath, Rain Dance, Protect
(Yes, I used italics to indicate STAB. Even though it's probably not important here.)
Held Item: Leftovers
Squish always carries some form of snack on him in case he gets hungry on explorations. So why not combine food and usefulness?

Squish absolutely hates cold weather, partly due to his Ice type weakness (and the fact that he just doesn't like being cold).
