MrPotato

The Potato Champion
"Before men were created. Before the earth was formed. There was the Fields of Death."

The Fields of Death was a place where the High Heavens and the Burning Hells coexisted. The Angelic Legion and the Hordes of Hell has long fought for over a millennium since the death of the Prime Evil and the death of the Prime Good. These 2 beings were two of the most powerful and influential beings that led to the Epic War that is still ongoing.

Choose your side, light or darkness, and fight in the Epic War. Will you be the one to end the Epic War or will you be the next Prime Evil/Good?

A vortex formed in the clouds. And from it, a streak of bright lights blessed the Earth. The lights dissipates and Malthael, the Archangel of Wisdom stood where the light was.

Malthael wandered around the Fields. He went to the top of the Nameless Mountain where he sat and rested. The Fields around him were dark and foul. The only beauty was the Nameless Mountain and the White Trees.

It wouldn't be long until the next battle occur. The Angellic Legions were preparing for battle and he thought so would the Demonic Hordes.

With black air surrounding himself. Setho was sitting in one of the boulders outside of the demon army camp. He closed his eyes, as he heard the cries of multiple demons, seemingly preparing for another battle. "...So this is it huh. We'll be fighting until one of us dies..." he silently uttered, pushing himself from his seat. "I heard the Lord Of Hatred is really into fighting, if she was able to get her hands on the angelic camp, then that's secure victory for us... But there's also that Archangel Council. Hm... My senses tells me that I should fight with my kind, but at the same time this thing called "heart" is telling me to join the angelic army to end this war once and for all."

"I've decided. I'll go meet up with those archangels, see if talking could help." Setho raised his arm into the air and blue flames began to squeeze themselves onto each other forming his traditional scythe, Hades. "Just in case."

Setho stood up to his feet and jumped off the boulder. He then aimlessly walks towards the Nameless Mountains, no matter how powerful the enemy can be, he can persuade them not to fight him.

Talon sat on a bench in the hall of meeting where the angel council met. he was thinking. very hard.

Tyrael would overhear Setho and Shivani. Not wanting to cause a bigger commotion or draw any attention to himself. He went down the other side of the Nameless and Mountain. He stood and a bright flash of light from the sky hit him, teleporting him back to the High Heavens.

He went to the Councilroom where he finds Talon pondering on one of the benches. He contemplate whether to speak to him or not.

He waited until he was done with his pondering.

Setho stopped as she appeared. He didn't bother to look at her, and said. "I don't care eitherway. They don't have a choice in these times. A change would be good...". "What's it to you?"

@Vxnessa

Tyrael would nod in greetings as well and wander around as he spoke,

"Well the Legions are preparing for another skirmish. I believe Darvasahn will be leading them. I have overheard something that is very... unusual. A Demon Lord was near the Nameless Mountain and I overheard him saying he wants a truce."

Tyrael would stop in his tracks and ponder about Setho's words.

Talon thought for a moment. "it could be a trap... but if it isnt... no it has to be a trap, why would demons want to truce it doesnt make sense."

"Yes. It could be a track. It was the Lord of Destruction who said that... I believe it is a discussable matter. We should call for a council meeting."

Tyrael said as he walked towards the councilroom.

He opened the enourmous doors and inside, the council room was elegantly designed. A round sleek white and gold coloured table stood. There were tall and huge pillars that are designed with each of the Archangel. The council room was like heaven inside heaven.

Istathes was sitting on top of the Watchtower in the Demon Camp, his axe, Rancor, stuck in the wood in front of him, his hands resting on it as he stared out at the empty landscape. He took a very long, deep breath, and exhaled with a cruel smile. He could smell it on the air; a battle was coming soon. Angel blood would be spilled....but that's not what he wanted anyway. Sure, killing those feathered spirits was fun and all, but he mainly did it for the souls. He had killed other demons before for their souls, but he had heard rumors that Angel souls were much more powerful than a Demon's. If he could get his hands on a few of them, it would significantly boost his powers. And then, he could go after the Archangels...and with their souls, he could wield the powers of a God! He laughed lightly to himself. Of course, he couldn't let anyone else know his plan; they'd try to kill him and absorb his Great Soul before his plan was finished. But Istathes was smart; he just needed to keep fighting in this war. He wouldn't get far going rogue after all; he'd have both Angels AND Demon's to deal with. Oh, and can't forget the orders of the General, either. He rolled his eyes at the thought of it. A Demon General? Demon's didn't need a general; they weren't an organized pansy force. They were an unrelenting wave of slaughter! But, as usual, he kept his mouth shut. Soon, his time would be nigh.....

Joseph was pacing outside his camp, wondering what he should do. Word got around that the angels and demons were gonna fight soon again. Its not like he he had a problem with that, its just that he had a feeling that something was gonna go off and cause a problem, making this next battle an even bigger problem. "I wonder what the angels are planning..." Joseph muttered to himself, before noticing an solider heading towards him. "What do you want? And it better be quick if you want to live." Joseph growled at the solider who flinched back before stuttering "W-Well sir, there are reports that a demon lord wanted a true with the angels." the solider said, before rushing off in an hurry. "An truce? Ugh, this is getting more and more annoying." Joseph groaned, before heading towards the nameless mountain, the place he expected the demon lord to be.

~{After awhile, Heaven, sitting so peacefully atop its mountain would begin to shake, all of it; After a long period of time, the walls of heaven would have become on the edge of collapsing as the ground continued to tremble like never before. Suddenly, the shaking stopped just as fast as it had started, it was soundless. The ground was once again calm and a silence so deafening the only thing that could be heard by most angels if not all of them, was the sound of their own grace coursing through their body like a personal radiator leaking energy that was puny compared to the new entity.

Had any angel paid attention, they'd notice that a male covered in robes would appear in their home realm, seemingly infinite amounts of energy poured from this being like none other before. Even the legend about, "The Missing Angel" that had vanished so long ago without a trace, had used terms to try to describe his magical capability, each one a severe understatement compared to the real thing. The Elder Mage from lore and legend; forgotten by many, and assumed a myth by all. Except by the now very few who once fought by his side in the first wars that'd be long lost in time's cold, endless sands... Now, stood before his brothers and sisters once again, though, very few faces were familiar to him as most the angels were the newer generation.

Had any angel known him personally they'd of been that of the oldest cavalry was known to fight in heaven's name.}~

Joseph suddenly felt a huge power shift in the atmosphere, knocking him down just from the force of the power alone. "W-what was that?" Joseph was surprised at this amount of power, as he never heard of such power like this, except the ancient gods long ago. "This is bad." Joseph muttered, flying even faster to the nameless mountain.

Cleansing the bloodstains from his twin Gun-Swords, Darvasahn, The First Knight, checked the chambers, and methodically spent time and care in polishing, carefully drying and wiping away the excess grease elsewhere. Proper care for one's weaponry often made the difference when it came to combat. Sometimes, it saved your life in ways you can't recognize until years later. Darvasahn remembered the ancient times, the days before his rise to the First Knight, the greatest Angelic soldier of the Angelic Military, and so he remembered the moments where a warrior's life was ended due to a rusty blade, or a poorly maintained shield, or even a splintered bow and weakly shafted arrows and other assortments of missiles. It did save lives, whether anyone would be willing to admit it other than Darvasahn. Orders had come from the Council, it was highly likely that he would be leading yet another raid, yet this one was different somehow. It was briefly after those orders were handed to him, that word of a possible truce was to come. Darvasahn still couldn't quite understand this concept. Peace? Demons? Seriously?

And if this was true, should he ignore the first order, and wait and see what becomes of a truce? Or should he follow his instincts, which told him the Demons would only use an excuse like peace as a chance to buy themselves time for something entirely else that would lead to more bloodshed later on down the road. Demons lied. So did Angels, nothing and no one was truly perfect, Darvasahn wasn't and he wouldn't claim to be, so he refused to believe anyone else was, but he knew Demons normally flaunted and were proud of their darkness and imperfections. Angels strove to better themselves normally, though not always, while Demons normally wished to become more twisted, though not always. Darvasahn was almost as old as the Arch Angels, so he remembered some Demons whom weren't entirely evil, they were just born to that very side, and therefore remained loyal to those they knew.

Oh well. If he followed the first order, they couldn't very well blame him. He was distrustful of the idea of a truce from a Demon's perspective. If it was true, someone would come to him eventually and call off his movement. Until then, business as usual.

"Gear up!!" he called out to the company of Angelic Cavalrymen he had chose to ride with him.

They wouldn't bring infantry seeing as they needed to move quickly, hit hard and fast, and then pull back before things grew too messy. There was no orders to turn the skirmish into a battle, only to cause a little noise and piss off some Demon Officer somewhere. Sounded fun when Darvasahn thought about it.

"Ride out!!" he ordered and the cavalry attachment headed out.

If there was an order to stop because of a possible truce, it had better hurry up and reach him, otherwise, it would be business as usual.
