Name: (If I have to explain this you shouldn't be in this rp bruh.)

Title: (Edward was the "Full metal" Alchemist.)

Rank: (Make it a Lieutenant unless you can REALLY convince me a lower rank would be allowed on this mission. If you've got a really cool character I'll probably be cool with it.)

Physicality: (Height, weight, etc. If you want to use a face claim post it at the top, and then you don't have to describe them in detail BUT I prefer physical descriptions for the sake of originality and complete freedom. Just me. Keep in mind your character is high enough in the state that no one is going to sneeze at your character not wearing their uniform.)

Background: (Go crazy. You can have traveled the world for all I care, but keep in mind two things. We are all humans, and I'll judge you hard if you recreate the Elric brothers.)

Powers and Abilities: (Now here is where ya' boy gets picky. Your character has been picked to go on this mission BECAUSE they're the best of the best. You can be about as OP as Edward, with a couple rules. You can't do alchemy without a circle. Because to do that you have to commit the tabboo and you should assume your character was smart enough not to try, and if I let you we would all have the ability. Second, your character can be an expert in ONE branch of alchemy. Think about it like science. A biologist probably knows something about astrophysics, but he can't do advanced algorithms to figure out how fast a distant star rotates. An astrophysicist could, however, but wouldn't know exactly how the body processes antibiotics. So pick your area, then pick your signature move. I want combat in this to be like a chess match using alchemy. You feel me?)

I should say I prefer quality over quantity. I would rather you give me one paragraph of engaging material than a bunch of paragraphs rambling the same sentence in different ways.

Name: Fuhrur Hans Schneider

Title: The Mechanist Alchemist

Physicality: The Fuhrur is a very unassuming man, at 4'5". He has a stocky build, and should you catch him without a shirt he is immensely muscular. With his uniform on, however, he seems a little chubby because of the way it hangs. He has thick rimmed glasses and small beedy eyes. His hair is balding and white, and he has a thick scruffy beard that has been growing since he was first elected. He constantly wears a pair of thick leather mechanic's gloves.

Background: Not much is known about Fuhrur Schneider's life before he became a state alchemist. He was born in the country, both of his parents were automail mechanics, and he had a natural talent for alchemy for as long as either of them can remember. He grew up reading the few books his parents owned on alchemy and was essentially self taught. His parents died in a mysterious fire after he left home, and thus he threw himself into his work. As a state alchemist he gained his fame by heading up a project to double the efficiency of the rail line across the country. Most people attribute this success to getting him elected Fuhrur. Anyone who asks him this directly will receive confirmation about this.

Powers and Abilities: The Fuhrur is an expert in constructing complicated mechanical objects. This probably stems from his understanding of automail. He can accurately transmute metals into gears, springs, screws, and shells simultaneously. There are few alchemists who can do this. It is somewhat similar to the field of weapon alchemy in which an alchemist constructs a gun or cannon or what have you, however the Fuhrur dislikes things so brash, and in fact violence all together.
 
Name: Sophia Tringham

Title: The Root Alchemist

Rank: Lieutenant

Physicality: She is a 25-year-old brunette with shoulder length hair and dark brown eyes. She has pale white skin, and an elegant face with high defined cheekbones.
Sophia is slightly taller than the average woman, standing at 5’8” and has a slightly muscular build.

She doesn’t wear the normal uniform of the military, she normally wears a dark green army jacket with a black tank top underneath, black pants and combat boots. She almost always has two pistols holstered to her belt (one at each side). She has a bulky chain wrapped around her wrist, which she uses for her alchemy.

Background: Sophia was an only child. Her mother died of an illness when she was five years old and her father, who worked as an officer in the military, was always gone. Sophia was raised by her grandparents. Her grandmother was a well-known botanist and alchemist, always growing and tending to her greenhouse. Sophia grew up reading books about alchemy and she learned a lot from her grandmother by watching and learning.

Being an only child, her father wanted her to join the military like he did and serve her country. She joined the military when she was 18.

After a few years in the military, Sophia looked up to the state alchemists in Central, and decided she would try out for the exam. She is now a very well-known state alchemist, thanks to her skills in plant-based alchemy.

Powers and Abilities: Using a chain on her wrist, inscribed with different transmutation circles, Sophia is able to manipulate the plants in the earth around her, growing their roots and branches. Even summoning their vines and thorns to help her in combat situations.

She carries around a pouch of seeds with her, just encase she’s in an area with no available plant life, then she can grow her plants straight from the seeds.
 
Name: Osamaru

Physicality: Osamaru is a wolf chimera mix. He stands 5,5 next to a human. He has black fur and blue eyes. At first glance he looks scary with a dripping maw and large fangs that stick out over his lips. His body is skinny and lean and his fur is sleek and long. He growls at most anything accept his trainer lance. His teeth are always glimmering in the sun. He is scared of the Fuhrer though and will cower in front of him. He usually stands rigged at anyone else approaches him. Osamaru does not look like a human except his blue eyes and his paws are the color of a humans



Background: Osamaru grew up out of central with his brother lance. When lance became sick with yellow fever, Osamaru went to find help. Osamaru met a man named Stone who agreed to help him in return for him to help him complete a project. Stone saved lance and osamaru went to help Stone as it was his deal. When osamaru met up with stone. Stone had tricked him and transmuted him into a wolf chimera. Osamaru passed out waking up as a wolf and not human. When the Fuhrer found him it was too late to reverse the damage. So he was brought to central command and registered as a chimera. Osamaru lost his humanity and is now in training to see if he could be brought back.



Powers and Abilities: Since osamaru is a chimera, He only has the abilities of a normal wolf.



Etc: (Etc.) Osamaru is not really aloud off the leash due to almost mauling a citizen for hurting a young puppy.

Powers and Abilities: osamaru has the abilty to use his transmution by saying what he needs done. His circles are on his collor and glow red as he does so. Osamaru speacilizes in animal alchemy.

Sorry but no buddy. I'm looking for slightly more literate than that. Check the OOC let's talk about it. Second, those powers are impossible in the full metal alchemist universe.

Name: William Frederick Schubert

Title: The Gyro Alchemist

Rank: Brigadier General

Physicality: Brigadier General William is a very scrawny and non-threatening man. His spindly arms usually find their hands in his pockets, and his uniform hangs off him like a scarecrow. His posture is terrible, and he often hunches and sways back and forth cockily as he walks. William's face is another story, his brow is almost always furrowed and his eyebrows pointed inward. His dark brown eyes are almost black, and flash when he grins his ear to ear grin. This gives him a very sinister appearance.

Background: Brigadier General William's mother was an Ivbalan, one of the few pure blooded Ishvalan people still living in central. Most had migrated back to their homeland during the reparation period shortly after Edward Elric became the Fuhrur nearly forty years ago. William's father was a state alchemist whom founded the field of Alchemical motion. The science of understanding how things move, why the move, and kenetic energy. His father rode this discovery as long as he could and retired from the military on a good-sized nest egg from his research grants. His son grew up with full run of the central library, unofficially privately tutored by many alchemist friends of his father, and held to a very high standard. He excelled well above the standard, but because of the strictness of his education developed somewhat of a vigilante-rebel attitude. He began skipping lessons and going on more rogue-like field trips with his more free-hearted mother to the countryside and doing experiments on his own.

No one should misunderstand. He respected his father and his work immensely. So much so that he has continued his research during his time with the state. He has made several small adjustments to his father's theories, but overall hasn't made much progress or discovery. His father caught ill around the time William was a captain, and the two weren't on best of terms. This may be what drives William's success as an alchemist, as he feels he owes something to his dad. His mother is still alive, and supported on her son's income.

Powers and Abilities: (William specializes in the Alchemical field of motion. Kenetic energy, gravity, etc. One who utilizes the aspect of this field is far from master of forces, mind you. It is very hard to change something's direction dramatically. Take a speeding bullet. Nearly impossible to stop with metal let alone alchemy. However it can be redirected if you know what you're doing. Using transmutation circles a straightforward force can be diverted. A stationary object can be thrown into motion. An object thrown forward can be spun to add to it'd devastating effect on a target. THIS is William's signature. He has a transmutation circle on his left glove which activates rotation in anything it touches. Obviously, because of alchemy, it takes equivalent exchange. This is where the field of motion alchemy differs from others. Instead of taking something physically and turning it into something else, he can take the force from one object and transmute it into another object. He can take a speeding train, and transmute it's force into a boulder and send the boulder flying.
