Well, here we are. Just to refresh this is a rpm where two childhood friends realize they are falling for one another. Marcus (AnarchyReins) went to boarding school for the last 3 years. Then when he came home his childhood friend, Jude, and his family threw him a coming home party. Though all the male wanted to do was catch up with his friend. This is where we'll begin...

Exactly thirty minutes ago, Jude got a text from Marcus saying that he'd just gotten to the airport. His dad had picked him up, which meant he could be home any minute. She could hardly contain her excitement. It had been three years since she'd seen her best friend. Three years! She kept saying to herself. A lot could change in three years. Maybe he wouldn't want to be her friend any longer. Don't be ridiculous. She told herself. They might be different now, older maybe, but they would still be friends. They always had been.
The door slammed, bringing her back to reality. Marcus' family all got in position, an Jude smiled. Soon he'd walk into the kitchen and see their surprise. She counted down in her head. 10... She could hear him shuffling off his shoes, greeting his ever wary cat (seriously that cat hated everyone, but Marcus least of all). 9... 8... "We're back!" Called his dad. 7...654... She was rushing now, but who the hell cared?
