Natalie was sitting in class as she usually is in the early mornings. Her pencil tapped at her notebook as she was ready to go since these people's speeches are boring and dull and most of the classroom was asleep. She couldn't sleep though - Never really could as she got older. Her eyes would close and she was see herself as a vampire, threatening to kill anything in her path. It scared her and since then, she has not slept unless she was drunk and passed out or something.

Her ears twitched and she came back into transit as their professor finally dismissed them from class. She grabbed her books and walked out of the classroom, bumping into her best friend Samantha. "Hey there, Chica." She said as Natalie shook her head. "I thought you failed Spanish." Samantha laughed a little with a nod. "I did but doesn't mean that I don't know a few words." Samantha replied as they exited their previous building and heading to the next.

"I'm actually done with class today, want to go to the cafeteria or something?" Natalie asked Samantha, who shook her head because she had one more class to go to. She apologized and Natalie told her it was fine as she watched Samantha run towards her next class. Natalie rolled her eyes and turned heel while walking towards the cafeteria.

Upon reaching and entering the cafeteria, she opened the door and walked towards a table, sitting her books down. She saw that all the lines were long but decided that it is better late that never to stand in line. She bumped into a male and stared up at him with a nervous smile. "Hey. I am sorry about that." She said while tucking a few strands of her hair behind her ear as she looked up at the male once again, waiting for him to say something.

Jack looked down at Natalie and smiled, and only this for a moment. He looked at her with his dark eyes and then said," It's ok. I should have seen where I was going." This was his first chance to see Natalie up close, so now he was sure she was the one. He then moved out of her way and as he did he said," Their is enough food for everyone. No need to trample people.

He then grinned careful not to expose his fangs. He then went and sat down at a corner table in the cafeteria and everyone and then took a bite of his food not to seem to out of place, even if their was no flavor to it at all. He then kept looking over at Natalie as she stood in line. He then began to think quietly to himself. He need to come up with a plan.

Every incarnation was different. Some times they were quite bashful and didn't talk, but other times she was as outgoing as she could have been. This one seems to be pretty normal, but their was one thing that bugged him. All the past incarnations seemed to have recognized him or at least he seemed familiar, but this one didn't even seem like she knew him.

He sighed and got up and walked slowly over to the trash bin to throw the remainder of his food away. He then walked to the door and glanced back at Natalie, before pushing the door open to leave. He was heading back to his home since he was done. He had gotten to the front of the campus when he caught a whiff of a scent he knew too well. He duct behind a wall and melted into the shadows as he heard the witch coming. He was praying her magic couldn't detect him when he was like this.

Natalie quirked a small smile as he apologized for being in the way but she knew that it was her fault. She just shrugged her shoulders and took the advantage to move and stand in line. Her ears twitched at his last remaining words as she turned around and looked at him with a soft smile then continued her trek onward.

After standing in line and receiving after payment, she sat down in a corner by herself and did a little homework. The male she bumped into felt mighty familiar to her and she didn't know if she would probably see him again. A sigh came over her as she tried to focus on her homework but every time she did, the thought of that male came back into her mind.

Natalie looked up and saw that he was staring at her as she looked down with a smile. She was also done eating and decided to leave and head back to her dorm room but saw Samantha in her vision and went over there towards her. "Hey, how was your last class?" She asked as Samantha cut her eyes towards her. "Boring as usual." Natalie laughed then squinted her eyes as she saw the guy that she had bumped into earlier.

She walked over towards him with Samantha and leaned against the wall. "You know, there is no need to hide from me." Natalie said with a soft laugh as she waved for him to come from behind the wall. "You know, I didn't catch your name." She tucked a few more strands behind her ear as she extended her hand. "I'm Natalie." She would wait for him to shake her hand before introducing Samantha, who seem rather uninterested in meeting this particular.

"So, where are you headed?" She asked him while being told to hurry up by Samantha, who basically snarled. Natalie raised a brow towards her. "What's your problem?" She asked as Samantha looked at the male then back at Natalie. "I smell trouble." Her eyes peered towards the male again as Natalie shook her head and stayed right where she was as Samantha left them alone. "I apologize for her." She said.

Jack cursed to himself when they found him. Either way he smiled and chuckled as he said," I wasn't hiding from you I was just hanging out and it's ok, I have annoying friends too." He then chuckled as he said this and then decided that he should try to be friends with her first and maybe she would remember him, but that would mean that witch could harm her. She had always seemed to be jealous no matter the time.

He then smiled and said," I'm Jack by the way jack smith." He then took his hand and pushed his hair back so it was all behind his head. He then put his hand in his jean pockets and smiled. He was glad the witch was gone, but she was a friend of Natalie's. What on earth was she trying to gain from this. Either way he turned his focus back on Natalie and chuckled

He then moved from the wall and moved I front of Natalie and then asked," So where are you going? I'll be happy to walk with you there." He then chuckled and began to think to himself and wondered if he chatted with her that maybe she would start to remember him. This worked a few times with the other incarnations, but he wasn't sure about this time.

Either way he kept a warm smile on his face and crossed his arms and looked a round for a second and finally said," That friend of yours seems pretty annoying. I hope she isn't like that all the time. He then chuckled and enjoyed getting to talk to Natalie again.

"Oh, nice to meet you, Jack."

She said with a soft smile afterwards then wondered what Samantha problem was. She shook her head with a sigh as she watched Samantha storm off. Her eyes went back towards Jack as she smiled. "I was going to my dorm but I think Samantha needs to calm down first." She chuckled a little bit then shrugged her shoulders while continuously staring into his eyes.

Her eyes then trailed towards his big muscular arms as they crossed over his chest. "Let me go make sure she is okay." She said while walking away from Jack but stopped in her tracks, turning around with a smile as she leaned against the door handle. "Actually meet me in front of the rec center in 15 minutes." She smiled while waving him goodbye for now.

Natalie walked into her dorm room, seeing a fuming Samantha. "What was up with that display?" She asked while sitting her books down, folding her arms over her chest. "You can't be with him. He's dangerous." Natalie shook her head while walking over to the couch, sitting down. "You don't even know him." Natalie said towards Samantha. "I do actually." Samantha whispered softly then turned towards Natalie.

"Please, please stay away from him. I beg of you." Natalie looked down at a begging Samantha and shook her head. "You're so pathetic sometimes! And by the way..." She stood up and walked over towards the door. "I'm going to see him no matter what you say." She opened the door then closed it behind her, leaning against it with a sigh as she walked over towards the rec center.

Natalie honestly doesn't know what had gotten into Samantha. She never use to act like that when she met a guy. Maybe Jack was trouble and she shouldn't see him but that's for her fate to decide - Not someone else's. She stood in front of the rec center as promised then walked from side to side, waiting for Jack to appear.

Jack was a bit surprised at first when she wanted to meet him. He then smiled and thought that maybe she had recognize something about him or had remembered something. He then smiled and quickly went and got himself a quick drink from one of the staff, not killing her in the processed just passed out.

Then as he arrived at the rec. center he climbed up to the roof and began to think quietly to himself as he waited for Natalie to appear. As he thought to himself he wasn't sure if this was such a great idea. For starters the witch is her friend and that cannot be good.

Then as he was lost in thought he heard foot steps coming this way and could smell Natalie. He smiled and quickly used both hands to push his long dark hair back and jumped down from the side of the building so she couldn't see him.

He then walked around the corner and smiled as he said," Hey Natalie. Hope I'm not late." He then chuckled and waked up to her and asked," So why did you want to meet me here anyway?" He was smiling softly and placed his hands in his hands inside his pants pockets. He really was wondering why she wanted them to meet. He had a thousand ideas running through his head.

Natalie stood there as she pulled her cell phone out of her pocket then slipped it back while folding her arms over her chest again. She gasped slightly while turning around but noticed it was Jack and calmed down. "No, you're fine." She said with a reassuring nod as she tucked some strands of hair behind her ear. "Well, it's movie night and I was going to invite Samantha until her little episode so I decide to invite you instead." She walked off and towards the door, turning around to face Jack. "That's not a problem, is it?" She asked with a slight smirk.

Natalie feels deep down in her soul that she had met Jack once before but couldn't her finger on it where. She wondered if he was an ex of Samantha. But he doesn't look like Samantha's type so that's definitely not it. With the shrug of her shoulders, she entered the rec center and followed the signs that said movie night this way.

She basically bounced her way down the hall until she reached the room, smiling as some of her friends came up behind her. They squealed and looked at Jack then back at Natalie, muttering towards her. "Guys, this is Jack. And we're just friends." She stated as they waved at him then walked to their seats. Natalie turned towards Jack. "I see some seats over there." She moved her way through the seats and sat down, patting the spot beside her for him to sit.

Jack was really surprised by this and had never thought it was just for a movie. He sighed as she walked inside and chuckled to himself as her friends came up to them. He then waited to go see where Natalie was sitting and made his way over there and as he sat down he then asked quietly." So why exactly did you invite me? Yo could have invited some of your other friends.

he then chuckled and smiled a bit as he put his arm behind her head onto the chair. Either way he was really happy just to be with her even if she couldn't remember him." So he just continued to watch the movie and when the movie was over he wondered how he would get her to remember him.

He then had an idea that may or may not work. So he then got up and stretched a bit and looked over at Natalie and smiled as he asked," Hey do you mind if I walk you back to your dorm? If you don't that's ok, i just would like to hang out with you a bit more." he then smiled and put his hands into his jean pockets.

Natalie's eyes narrowed towards Jack as he asked why she invited him. She wanted to tell him just to shut up and go with the flow but that would be way out of her character. So she just simply turned towards him with a smile and shrugged her shoulders while responding. "I don't know. My friends already had people going with them, I wanted to be a little bit different." She smiled towards him as her eyes caught sight of him putting his arm behind her head and onto the chair.

As the movie was starting, the lights went dim and everyone whooped and hollered. Natalie scoffed with the shake of her head as she looked towards Jack once again. Her eyes then went towards the back where she seen Samantha as she just turned back to pay attention to the movie. She didn't have time for the antics that were probably going to go down after the movie. Natalie was already getting a headache and this was only going to make it worse.

The movie was over and the lights came back on. She didn't even had the chance to answer Jack's question before Samantha came up by her side. "Actually no, we're going to walk back together. Right, Nat?" Natalie looked at Samantha with sharp eyes then back at Jack. "No. I am hungry and was just fixing to ask Jack if he wanted to go and get something to eat." She smiled at Jack now, arching a delicate brow up at him.

"So, what do you say Jack? Want to go and get something to eat?" She asked him this time, biting her bottom lip in anticipation.

Jack just watched the movie and all the while he could feel the witches eyes on them and he kept on guard for anything she might do. When the movie was over he stretched in his seat and smiled and that smile quickly disappeared as the witch came up to them. He didn't like how this was beginning to look at all, but he kept a calm face as the two talked.

Jack then thought about it for a second and when he noticed that she was biting her lip he chuckled and nodded as he said," Sure why not. I was getting a bit hungry anyway too." He was really starting to become hungry is quick snack was only suppose to last through the movie, but he wasn't so sure if he could hold out for much longer. He then smiled and stood up.

He grabbed Natalie's hand and basically dragged her out of the movies and when they had walked for a bit he let her hand good and then asked," So why did you want to get away from your friend so much back their anyway? Was it because of me?"
