In the far off future of 2142, a grim, dystopian world has been forged from the ashes of the third world war. One world government watched over by a Chancellor and a small group of 5 members assigned a position by the chancellor. In this future, the world is watched over by the government and anyone thought to have any connection to the rebellion or have spoken out against the chancellor simply disappear or are arrested. It is not uncommon for political rivals to find themselves arrested for no reason.
Those that are arrested end up in prison camps designed to work those that are against the state to death. No one has ever been documented being released or escaping. The prison camp set up outside of the capital has been carved into the side of a snow-capped mountain. The security is high and most guards are sadistic government fanatics.
