So the premise of it is as follows; Edward Elric is back from the mess in Reole and so to repay him for that mess, Mustang lets him into the Military Archives, but warns that they are heavily damaged. Ed dismisses it and goes to check, and of course the colonel is entirely right - it's a huge damned mess, but they hunt around, until a box falls on Edward's head and opens, scattering pages everywhere. Furious, Ed begins to clean them up until one catches his attention - it has the name R. Hawkeye on it.

He gives it a quick, curious scan and discovers it's... it's permission to give up her child - her daughter - to one V.Hoenheim...
