The crescent moon was hanging in the sky, watching down on a small group standing in a clearing of a forest. Among that group was a single female. She had long black hair that danced in the wind and around her face. Her eyes glowed golden in the dark as she kneels before a tall man with a similar face. With her were two other men, both kneeling before the man.

"You requested us brother?" The women asked.

"Yes, Rose. I need your help on a certain matter." Rose looked up to her brother from where she was knelling. Slowing she brought herself up while the others stayed on there knees.

"Yes?" She asked again. It was very rare for her brother to ask for help like this, and even more rare for him to request them away from the rest of the pack.

"I need you to join these two men and gather women for the group." He was simple in his request but Rose gave him a sour face.

"Gather women? Are you nuts?"

"Watch your mouth!" She growled back at her. To keep from snapping back at him, she bit her tongue and looked away. "As your Alpha, you are required to do as I say!"

She waited for him to calm down before saying anything more on the matter. He was tall like her and built strong. To other women, one would say he was charming and desirable. To her he was nothing but a piece of shit killer. And a piece of shit who would kill her in second without any remorse...

"Why are you asking this of me? How do you suggest I do that?" She tried to keep the irritation out of her voice.

"We are getting dangerously low on females around here. The men are getting restless and riled up. The mutts are having a harder time resisting the temptation of attacking human women. We need more women. The last group we sent out took the women for themselves once the girls changed. It was a pointless mission. So you are going to do it." He stated matter of fact.

"That is against our law!" She growled, "If I am caught but other Pack member, I will be sentene..." Before she could even finish her sentence, her brother reached out quickly and grabs her by the through and pins he to a tree. Her toes couldn't touch the ground as he choked her.

"I don't care. You will either do this or you will be the one to bare all the pups of any man of my choosing. I have protected you for years and you will do this service for me or damn it I will end you! Now do you understand?"

Rose tried to gasp for breath and tell him yes but no air could enter her lungs. All she could do was nod at him while clawing at his hands around her neck.

"Good. Now go." He threw her to the ground and turned away. The other two men snickered at her and followed her brother out of her view.

Before getting up, Rose took the moment to rub her throat and breath. Her neck hurt from his holding it, but she new there was no damage. Any bruising would be gone within the morning. She curled up and brought her knees to her chest. she didn't want to go hunting down women to bring into this hell hole with her, but she also didn't want to die or be sold off to another pack member and taken. The thought of it disgusted her.

Leaning back against the tree, Rose looked up at the moon with watery eyes before closing them. When she opened them again they were resigned, but hard. Tomorrow she would have to set out and find her first victim...She pitied the first woman she would have to bring back. The first she would have to deceive.

The day was cold, the air thick with the smell of rain. The sky was covered with nearly black clouds heavy with the rain that could be smelled in the air. Gen was walking on the sidewalk of her quaint little town, heading straight for her most favorite place in the world. Quickly she ducked inside the warm cafe, the delicious smell of coffee wafting up her nose and giving her a headache from the lack of caffeine that was not currently in her system. She smiled, her blue eyes searching for her favorite window seat that the owner of the cafe always kept empty for her. When she found it, empty as usual, she sat down and pulled out her laptop. She chewed on her lip ring while her laptop was turned on and she ordered a candy-flavored coffee. Gen had a bit of a sweet tooth. Then she plugged in her headphones, blasting some indie rock band who growled more than sang and bobbed her head along to the music, occasionally lip syncing to the song while she typed.

She was fairly new to this town, she had only been living here for six months, but really didn't have anyone who she was close with. Marcus, the owner of the cafe wasn't really that close with Gen, he just so happened to really want to get in Gen's pants, and therefore did all sorts of nice things for her like get her free coffee and reserve a table for her daily morning writing sessions. However, the man knew better than to disturb Gen while she was writing. The woman had a very fiery temper, but it wasn't usually invoked unless someone bothered her about something that most people would get annoyed about. Bright blue eyes moved across the screen, and occasionally her crazy blond hair would get in her eyes and she'd have to quickly brush it behind her ear before she would resume her typing. She gnawed on her lip, her eyes focused on the words that were flying from her mind and onto the screen.

The next day was perfect for the hunt. Rose dressed in a black celtic but top and black skinny pants. Her hair was pulled back at the side to made a half pony tail, with a braid intertwined into it. She didn't know how she was going to do this. Go up to a woman and kidnap her, seduce her? The irritation on the matter started to grow more and more. She knew that there were member scattered throughout the small town. She had to be careful and act natural like normal so they didn't suspect what she was doing.

Maybe all she needed was some coffee to get her morning going and her head clear. Rose walked down the street, her heels clicking against the pavement as she walked. She got glances and stares as she passed by men and some women. Her scent was intoxicating and she always had a hard time controlling it when frustrated.

Walking into the coffee shop, she got to the counter and got herself a regular coffee. It came out quick to her and she sweetened it on her own.

Turning she found a large chair to relax in and pulled out her phone. Her eyes seemed to be looking at the phone but her super aware scenes scanned everyone in the coffee shop. There was a strong energy emitting from the other side of the shop and it made her look up from her phone and stair straight at a beautiful blue eyed women sitting at a computer and moving her lips to the music she listen to.

She was beautiful and would be a perfect match. A small victorious smirk crossed her lips as she took the woman in. She was very lovely and she wanted to take in her whole sight.

Her. She's the one....

There was no breaking Gen's concentration. This chapter had to get done today before her short attention span made her do something else a little more crazy - like steal a little of neglected puppies. It was definitely something the woman would do. She shrugged off her black hoodie, her rather tight black tank top showing a little more cleavage than most women were uncomfortable showing. She sipped on her coffee and started moving her side to side rather quickly to the beat of the song. Suddenly her eyes closed and rather dramatically dancing to the music while sitting down, using her cell phone as a silent microphone. She stopped after a moment, looking around the cafe like a dog who knew she did something wrong, and went back to her writing. She took a deep breath and smile a bit.

Then there was something extremely hot in her lap. Gen yelped and pretty much leaped from the chair, looking around for the culprit. A rather scared looking teenage girl was stuttering out an apology and was already handing Gen napkins. Her headphones had fallen off in the process of Gen jumping, so she could actually hear her surroundings.

"Oh gosh ma'am I'm so sorry -" The girl stuttered, and Gen just laughed it off, cleaning the coffee off of her as best as possible.

"Do I look like a ma'am to you?" Gen scolded gently, but that just seemed to scare the girl more. "Here." Gen handed her a 20 dollar bill. "Keep the change." She gathered up her things, sticking her laptop in her bag and then headed for the door.

But something stopped her. Call it fate or her sixth sense, something made Gen stop in her tracks and look to her right, where across the shop there was a completely stunning, mysterious woman staring at her with the most exotic eyes Gen had ever seen. She stood there, like a bird locked in the eyes of a snake for a few minutes, until an elderly woman kindly asked her to move. Gen blushed and apologized, moving out of the way. She looked back up at the woman and gnawed on her lip, unsure as to whether she should walk over there and talk to her or not. But something was also telling Gen she needed to run far away from her. It was strange, because Gen would hop a fence and brave the wrath of gun toting rednecks to save an abused animal, but she was too cowardly to talk to a woman. She sighed.

Nope. Gen was going to do it, because Gen was sincerely attracted to her. So she forced her feet to move towards her. Once stopped in front of the woman, she smiled, leaning against the table. "Haven't seen you here before." She said casually. "I'm Gen."

Rose watched the girls some more and saw the little bump that happened between her and the other human. It made Rose smile for a moment at the simpleness of their lives. Humans were amazing yet strange creatures. Her pack only saw them as annoyances that were either in the way or needed to be changed.

Intriguing. For her human her scent is strong. She could be very popular and would be chosen a fine mate when I bring her back....but how.

She tilted her head to the side and locked eyes with her. She had deep stunning blue eyes and a powerful look to her. Then she did something she didn't expect. She walked up to Rose. That was a first. Female werewolves had scents that were just as alluring as the males but Roses's scent was stronger to males. As she got closer, Rose shifted in her seat. Her human scent was strong and it was sweet to Rose.

"I'm Rose." She smiled at Gen and looked her up and down. " I'v recently moved up here. Thought I would try this place out." She lied.

"Sorry for the staring at you, its just you are a very pretty." Rose blushed as she said this but she didn't know what else to say. She had never done this before and this was a first a pray to just walk up to her. What was she suppose to say? She was never allowed much interaction with humans unless it was to feed, and she didn't believe in feeding on humans when animal meat was just as good. "So your a writer?" She wondered.

Rose's eyes were just so gorgeous, Gen had never seen such brown eyes before. They almost seem to flash gold on occasion. Gen smiled, looking down at her coffee which her hands were wrapped around. "Yeah, I'm pretty much new here too." She looked back up at her, her smile growing brighter at Rose's compliment. "Well, if that's the case then stare away." She said playfully, nodding at Rose's question. "Yeah. Well, not officially just yet. It seems that I can never get past chapter one for anything I write. I'm not a writer until I can finish a friggin novel." This was annoyingly true, Gen had such a short attention span. She chewed on her lip ring, a nervous habit of hers. She moved to sit in the chair opposite of Rose, letting her laptop bag on the floor next to her. "This place is pretty fantastic. I'm friends with the owner, so I get free coffee when I come here." She flipped some of her blond hair behind her and sipped on her coffee. "Where are you from, Rose?"

Rose took a deep intake of breath when Gen sat down across from her. Every time someone opened and closes the door to the place, a little burst of cool air would pass by her and hit Rose with her sweetness. Rose naturally leaned forwards and smiled at Gen. "Your a writer as long as you love the write, regardless if the work is ever read by another person." She sat her phone down and turned it on silent. Her brother was asking about if she had found anyone yet. She didn't want him knowing till she brought them. The thought of it though brought a tightness in her chest. This women in front of her was perfect and would make a good mate to one of the men but it would be against her own will. As long as she didn't get attached...

"He's must like you a lot to give you free coffee. Also, I'm from a few cities away from here. Wanted to change of scenery without being to far from my home town. Where are you from? Do you have any family?"

Who's hearts am I going to break when I take you....

Gen listened to Rose, her alluring voice seeming to put her in a trance so that Rose was the only person in this whole room. She studied the tattoos on her arms, idly wondering if she herself should get some tattoos. She was just so damn gorgeous, Gen just couldn't stop her eyes when they would roam the woman's body. She acted like such a man sometimes. She nodded with a chuckle at Rose's observations. "He likes me a little more than I want him too." She was unconsciously leaning forward. She hadn't noticed until now how Rose smilled so damn good. What kind of perfume did she use?

"Oh, I'm from Narnia." Gen said, drinking more of her coffee. "I don't have any family, though. I'm all by my little lonesome self. " She had a feeling that she shouldn't have been so honest with Rose, but it was hard not to blurt out the truth around her. Obviously she wasn't from Narnia, but the family part was definitely true. "I moved here to get away from some people, but those people aren't what I would consider family."

She looked toward the cash register to see Marcus there, staring at Gen rather intently, his eyes flickering back and forth between her and Gen and how they were both seeming to be intensely interested in one another. She couldn't help the smirk on her face when she looked back at Rose. She had warned Marcus that she wasn't into men, but he just didn't want to accept it. The doors were constantly being opened and shut, which made Gen exceptionally cold, so she shivered and moved to put her hoodie back on. She could hear the pitter patter of raindrops on the roof and outside on the sidewalk, and then there was a clap of thunder.

Gen jumped like ten feet in the air, putting a shaking hand over her heart. Oh she hated storms so much, getting home was going to be a bitch. If she even could get home without killing herself every time there was thunder. "Heh, sorry about that." Her laugh was shaky. "H-How about you? Any family?"

Rose tiled her head and followed Gens eyes to the boy behind the counter. He continued to watch Gen as she turned away from him.

He clearly had a thing for her and was unhappy of the attention Rose was giving her. When Gen jumped from the sound of lightning, Rose couldn't help but chuckle. "My family is dangerous." She simply stated. Is was true. Out of the six women Rose had managed to lead them to, they had accidentally killed four of them. Some of the men had a hard time controlling themselves. They were punished of course but still they wanted her to bring more. Usually she would watch her pray and send her brothers side men to get them when they were alone. This time they requested she bring them.

"Your not scared of thunder and lightning, are you? Thats kind of cute." Rose could see that the girl was allured by her and it was a great opportunity. She had no family and was new here. But...there was something about here that made Rose feel even more guilty. She knew her brother would want her and it only made her mad.

"Do you mind if I take you home? I can have my driver come pick us up and take you home safely. The storm seems like it will be a bad one and I would like the chance to get to know you more. Also...I wouldn't want you to get wet and sick in the rain. What do you say?" Rose stood from her spot and held out a hand for Gen, hoping she would take it.
