As an example,I shall fill out theform for my character, Silver Freddy.


Name: Silver Freddy


Species:Bear


Personality:: Shy Honest, and uses his ghost like abilities for the greater good...


Appearance: Golden freddy, but silver.


Who is possessing it: No one,he ALREADY IS A GHOST! His name is Haon.


HOw they died: Killed by Purple Son.


How old: 11.


(Optional, but you can use it, it is not in the form for that reason.)


Gameplay:


12 AM: Occasionally, in a camera, you might see Silver waving at you, in a friendly way, before the camera cuts.


1 AM: Hides in the music box for WHATEVER reason.


2AM: Exits music box, but is now hostile. From 2-6AM, he can attack in 3 ways.


1st Attack: Music Box, he can renter the music box, making it end faster. If it runs out here, you get killed by a Puppet+Silver scare.


2nd attack: Annoying, He basically is a Balloon Boy, speeding up the other animatronics from 2nd game, when they enter the office. If you don't put on the mask fast,DED.


3rd attack: Ow. He can enter your office at any time, and you MUST either use the audio, or mask. If you fail,DED

Name/Animatronic(Any human is allowed): Leon


Species: Lion


Personality: He is very playful. He usually is hungry and is seen lurking around in the kitchen. During the day, he is in the kitchen making the food that the kids eat.


Appearance: (Pictures ARE allowed,but I prefer textual desc.)


Picture below but notice a couple of points

1. He also wears an orange chef hat and an orange apron that says "King of the Kitchen"'
   
2. This is him when he was first new. In actuality, he's lost one of his hands, and one of his eyes.
   
3. He carries around a green kitchen lighter because he works on a gas stove, and at night, it gets cold in the kitchen causing the flame to go out. He uses it as a weapon against the night guard at night.

How they died: Purple Son poisoned his food causing him to die.

Gameplay (Is it okay if I add some mechanics for my OC)

1. During the day, he makes pizza and other foods.
   
2. At night, he stays in the kitchen, making more pizza for the next day. You can hear the noise he makes.
   
3. He always turns on the sink at 2 am.
   
4. He always fries something at 3 am.
   
5. He always opens the oven at 4 am.
   
6. After these three things happen, at 4:30, the camera to the kitchen comes on, and it shows him looking at the camera, with an annoyed look, because the oven's pilot light went off. The camera turns off and you hear him walk out.
   
7. He becomes hostile at 5 am and onwards. At 4:45 - 5:15, the security guard sees a flame in certain areas after looking at the cameras.
   
8. After the security guard sees a flame 3 times, if he ever uses the BB voice box, Leon will jump scare the security guard, as it hates BB and BB's voice. The only way to survive the jump scare is not having the camera open. If he runs in on the security guard with the camera on, the security guard dies. If the security guard doesn't have the camera up, Leon gets distracted by the camera instead, looks at it for a few seconds, then goes away.
   
   

[*]Leon will never attack again after this point, even if the security guard uses the BB voice box, because he is eating pizza.

There is no way of telling when he uses the flame besides the dumb luck of seeing it happen. Just know that he uses the first one at 4:45, the second one before 5:00, and the third one before 5:15. He also never does the flame thing within five minutes of each other, making him only hostile at 5:00 and onwards

Species: Human nightguard


Personality: Cheery happy but easy to scare and becomes paranoid if scared to much. This makes her hard to get caught. but easy to get her to start making mistakes. The place at night makes her uneasy but she got the job because she loved foxs, and would get to see foxy and mangled whenever she wanted. Rarely if the job is getting boring she will play games on her phone, she doesn't like being bored.


Appearance: (Pictures ARE allowed,but I prefer textual desc.) standing at 5'2 Mikey wears her uniform with pride because this is first job. Long black hair and short in stature which has her look up to people and make eye contact. She'll never admit it, but during her shift she wears the kids fox ear birthday hats, dreaming she had a birthday here when she was young.

Personality: Quiet and Loyal to Mangle, BB brings her batteries so she doesn't shut off. The others often bully him because he isn't an animal. He loves to pull pranks on security guards, his only form of fun.


Appearance: (Pictures ARE allowed,but I prefer textual desc.) He is short for animatronic, about 5'15. Even with his short stature among the crew, he is a popular animatronic with his bright red and blue shirt and brown vest. His real voice is different than people believe, smooth and silky. With his trademark balloon he often very easy to spot. Not to mention his involuntary laughs and hellos forced upon him by his software.
