Fantasy First Person RP anyone?

Does anyone even dare to role-play in First Person or want to try it? Honestly, some of the most popular books (Divergent, The Fault in Our Stars, etc.) were written in First Person, so I am a little surprised this isn't as popular as it could be. I used to be a Third Person stickler too. Until I tried First one time. Now I RP both. I find it easier to write in First Person and catch grammar mistakes as well as connect with the characters, honestly. It can be a little trickier to keep up with when it comes to shorter posts though.

I am female, therefor prefer to play female, of course. I love some sort of doubling though. I understand if you're male and want to play a main male character, but find it boring to only play a certain gender. Yes, I love romance. No, I don't want only romance. I love sub-plots too.
