[QUOTE="General Deth Glitch]WOOHOO! someone else to hit on...er... I mean... damnit. HE IS NOT A WOMANISER I SWEAR.

Hehe XP lol. You sure abou that? Mate

Idk, just include how you met Jude and became a crew member

I don't think cybernetics are part of Firefly. At all. Just mentioning. As long as there's some weaknesses and a justification for all the stuff your character can do at 21 I'll be fine. I just get put on high alert by characters like that, due to past experiences I've had with that sort of thing.

Oh that's true.. But you'd think with the kind of prosthetics they have they'd be more advanced? I dunno

Because I have worked really hard on this OC's Profile only to be told my ideas are rutt...

Perhaps she can just have prosthetic legs, no human qualities about her "lower region" and such..

Or is that it, no prosthetic, no legs, cyber sh#t...just normal human legs...

Okay, going to add my unasked for but hopefully somewhat useful input. What with her legs being robotic instead of organic, they'd need to operate off of some sort of battery, as there's no cells and no sugar to provide energy for movement. So she'd have to recharge some level of frequently, depending on useage of her cybernetics (like, walking around on the ship all day is going to burn less energy than climbing buildings and jumping roofs) and establishing some upper limits for their capabilities would be good? Also, this is out on the edge of space, and if she isn't rich, she likely wouldn't be able to repair them or have them repaired with top of the line parts, and it is machinery, so they will need replacement parts at some point. Keep that in mind, maybe?

Go with normal prosthetics, but they can be slightly more advanced. They still look like pediatrics, but they can be as strong as you say.... Never mind xD Spectre is completely right, go with that

I haven't said your ideas are rutt. Don't set me up like that. I was expressing reservations, and mentioning that I may just be being a bit twitchy and sensitive to that because of past experiences. I'm not the GM. If the GM validated your character, then I can't really do anything. I've just had bad experiences with characters being more powerful than everyone else then abusing it. Not saying you'll abuse it, though. Also, what @Spectre of the Fade said.

And, not to derail the conversation or slight the ideas of @BeamMeUpScotty, but I just did some look seeing to confirm a suspicion I had, and there are, in fact, male companions. They cannot be the head of a house, but there are dudes, and I would be a liar I said I was not sorely tempted to play one. Would anyone be opposed to that?

Not at all. Go right ahead. Sounds like an idea. And an amusing presence for Malcolm, eh?

xD you guys

I am so amused by this

And it's awesome

I know, I am just annoyed, sorry @Fezzes

Course not @Spectre of the Fade , you may do as you please, but just understand that my character ((if there will be one afterall)), might not take kindly to 'im

So, what are we going to settle?

Aleena has prosthetic legs ((you guys still haven't heard how she gets them, but anyways)) they are a reliable fit and were constructed by Alliance, but that uis in the past. The fact that she is now against them poses she doesn't have all the means to repair every inch and keep them at thier once amazing standard. They aren't deteriorating though, they are staying at the same good standard she keeps them in when she cares for them. The fact that the leg is conjoined to her skin means that she can't remove them but it also means her legs move with her mind. It a wire thing, has working synapses, etc.

As Aleena is the pilot, she doesn't walk or move very much, or leave the ship, but if she does leave the ship the legs give her good wear and stamina. It's technological components means that she needs to recharge the power in the legs, the ones that keep her moving. She uses a small handheld device stolen from the "doctors" that once worked on her, but they will take solar power too. She can recharge by connecting any other raw power source but it is very painful ((brain wise...)), she only does this when she doesn't have her regulator ((the small machine)). If she has the regulator she will always use it.

The object of her clothing is simple. Without the full outfit you can see her in figure huggging shorts and a singlet top, an extra light jacket that she often wraps around her waist and no shoes of course. But with her full outfit she still wears the pants, only a while back she managed to make padding and such that masks the fact she has no real human legs and makes it look like normal legs. Unless someone already knew, you wouldn't know at all about her unfortunate state

Wow, ok then, anything else?

Feel free to make corrections or take bits out, or whatever, I am trying my best ( O.o )
