  Throughout the land, there are four districts, each with its respective Watchtower
  
  District Orina - This is the largest of the 4 districts with the easiest access to Lake Flora. Alot of people playfully debate whether Orina should be a part of the capital or not considering its size. Because of its easy access to water, Orina is well known for its seafood supply and fishing business. This district is mainly populated by Humans and some smaller beasts such as Kitsune.
  
  District Leviathan - This is the second largest of the districts with access to a small lake. Despite the fact both Leviathan and Orina border the same mountain range between then, Leviathan is more known for utilizing the mountains in terms of mining. Blacksmiths and other metal workers live in this district. The most common races that live here are Orcs, Wolfskins, humans, and any other races that can take the heat
  
  District Zenkar - Being the third largest (and second smallest) district, Zenkar is in the middle of a forest, surrounded by trees. A small lake is nearby. Zenkar is known well for the livestock it raises and sells in the market. Most people in this district are hunters or farmers. Races commonly found here are the smaller beasts such as Nekos, a small amount of humans and a dragon or two
  
  District Dragon - Named after the mass population of dragons, this district is in the middle of a plain, giving dragons room to fly around and move about freely. Dragon-Human fusions tend to live here and even some small beasts that want to escape the city life.
  
  Capital City - Literally named "Capital City", this is the heart of the land. You can find almost all the races here either to buy from the market, meet up with friends, or even living in there. The massive castle resides in the capital as well, oddly not in the center.
  
  
  Races arent restricted to a certain district, but all four of them have pros and cons for all races.

  The government type is a Theocratic/Magocratic government. The government hierarchy is as follows:

  Advisers to the Royal Family

  Lords and Ladies
  District Council
  -----------------------
  
  The Royal Council is made of the Lords and Ladies of each district as well as those from the District Council voted into the Royal Council. There can be a total of 10 members of the Royal Council. To create a law, a vote must be made within the Council and if passed, the Royal Advisers are permitted to review it and deny it if they find the newly made law displeasing. If it passes the Advisers, it can go to the King and same reviewing process may take place if the King wishes it to be.
  
  Advisers to the Royal Family are those personally selected by the King and Queen. They are the medium between the Royal Council and the Family themselves. Advisers hold more power than the Royal Council, but their word is not law. Advisers CANNOT create laws by themselves, but they are permitted to review the laws created by the Royal Council. They cannot deny new laws, but recommend to the King to deny newly created laws
  
  
  The King and Queen are the ultimate rulers of the land. Their word is challenge-able law, meaning that should the people of the land find the law displeasing, they can vote within their district to have the law reviewed. If the vote passes within the District Council, it goes to the Lords and Ladies and ultimately to the Royal Council.
  
  
  The Lords and Ladies are the individuals who head the district government, like the king/queen of the district. Their word is law within their district and the check and balance procedure is the same except there are no advisers to the Lords and Ladies

  There are 4 watchtowers, each belonging to one of the 4 districts. The Watchtower are responsible for the protection and safety of the district as well as serve as a medium between the people and the government. They handle letters and deliveries between persons. Each watchtower is equipped with an alarm bell and houses many soldiers of the army.

It has been told that thousands of years ago, gods roamed the land that you live on currently. There were no buildings. There were no lakes. The gods got greedy over the small amount of resources given by the land. The gods themselves were lazy, so to fight for them, they created creatures with various limbs and capabilities. Each god favored a certain combination of limbs and capabilities. One god enjoyed the combination of a four-legged creature with wings with the capability to breath fire and fly. Another favored a creature with legs and arms, a slender body and a rather weak body in general. One god wanted to make an entire army with different creatures,so they made various beasts from small and fast ones to big and tough ones.

All of the creatures created by the gods have minds with the ability to learn and grow

The fighting between the gods and their servants raged on for thousands of years, becoming one massive stalemate only a few years into the war.

As the years went, some of the slender and weak bodied creatures grew wise enough to realize that they were being used. Forming a small group unknown to the gods, they secretly informed the rest of the armies, explaining to them the same thing that the slender and weak bodied creatures realized.

It wasn't long before the small rebellion grew larger and larger until most the armies banded together. The gods were shocked. They intended for the creatures to learn from their mistakes, not learn of their true existence.

Enraged by the gods use of them, the creatures banished the gods, one by one. Each time a god was banished, a bright light shined through the sky and those who didnt join the god banishing campaign used those bright lights to signal celebration and watch the progress of those in the god banishing campaign
