Something I did while I had artist block. "Clouded Thoughts" (nsfw/light nudity)

Your style is quite beautiful.

I absolutely adore "Clouded Thoughts" as I think the use of colour, the style, and the background have a lot of impact to the entire feel you're going for. As for "Wolf and Girl," I think the girl's hair and the way the fur of the wolf drawn is a bit too heavy. While I understand that you're going for a heart shape (you are, aren't you?), the first thing I noticed in the portrait was her hair because it was so dark and bolded in comparison to everything else, not her and the wolf's faces, which I believe you were hoping to make the focus of this piece. Also, her hair seems more like a helmet than something actually growing for her head for a number of reasons: 1. her hairline is perfectly geometrical and 2. the way the cut was done is a bit unusual. My favourite part of this piece is the way you shaded the wolf's face and ears. It has a great deal of impact without being too loud. That said, I think the wolf's body fur is a bit too clumpy and dark-- it was more of a distraction to me than anything. I would have loved for it to come to more of a lighter grey point than a black one.

I'm not a professional and these are all just things I noticed, so take my words with a grain of salt. Over all though, I love your style and technique. I really hope you'll be posting more in the future! (:

Thank you so much. And believe me, I completely agree with all points on the wolf and girl drawing. I was thinking about re-doing it; however, the background always takes a good bit of time..

I am not someone who practices drawn art, so I can't say too much. I really like, Clouded Thoughts, I think the transition of colors in the background is really beautiful. The first thing that comes to my mind when I see the picture, actually, is those commercials trying to influence people not to smoke. The whole picture just kind of falls in a horror style genre for me, because the way the face is drawn.
