- Personality
Somewhat arrogant, he likes to make his challenges seem smaller by making himself seem bigger. He is well aware of his weaknesses and does well to hide most. He is rather friendly once you get to know him and will happily approach another if he wants to make a new ally or if he simply needs/wants something from them. He often puts a friend's needs before his own in a dire situation. He has a strong want for justice but is quite gullible which can lead him into moral dilemmas. This also means he can be fooled into thinking wrong is right - if you're clever. He can sometimes quickly become vicious if he is confronted or aggravated, seemingly without warning or transition and will swing almost blindly. He rarely frowns, when he is angry he rather bares a threatening, cocky grin. His vocals are also notably deep and very defined.
- History
Trained with a sword with the help of his Dad, he caught on quickly. He visited a blacksmith at the age of 16 to obtain a sword of his own, his order consisted of the question "Can ye make me a Slot Claymore?". The weapon perfect for his physique, the claymore would have assimilation slots for element gems. His sword is one of his last memories of home and he wouldn't change it for the world. After his town was raided by Banliyer (A terrible magician with too much power to be sane) and his men, he followed them in hopes of returning the favour. Faurin then decided that he would turn to vigilantism, taking out small-time criminals along the way, often biting off a bigger job than he was expecting. He eventually became so side tracked that Banliyer was much too far for him to search, and so he then decided he would take his time. Banliyer's patterns so far revealed that he didn't travel too far and often 'visited' some towns multiple times.
- Magic/Spells
All Magic is applied to the Claymore
- Equipment
Measuring at an astonishing 1.2 metres on the blade with an extra foot of handle, his claymore, Aindreas, does not pierce the skin, it has a colour slash which drains 'Spirit'. It will react as though it is cutting through things without actually causing any damage. When a subject's spirit reaches 0, it dies. Also, there are Elemental Gems which can be fused with armour, weapons and rings. So for example: if he has a Light gem equipped, then his sword slash changes colour to a white slash, and it will deal damage with the power of light.
Aindreas is Scots Gaelic for Andrew, which means courageous and manly.
- Skills
Pros:
-He has a tough rind and can take a fair beating before he'll go down after years of training with his father.
-He is, of course, very strong and in hand-to-hand combat, he has a (literally) crushing advantage over most opponents in this respect.
-His sword, despite its worn appearance, has no need to be maintained. When the rune was placed upon it, it could only degrade to a certain point, but it will never become blunt or broken. Aesthetically it is battered, but it handles like new!
- His passion for justice drives him wholly in every fight he faces and will surrender his cause under next to no circumstances.
Cons:
-His confidence and put-on arrogance occasionally get him into trouble he can't handle, but by no means does he shut his mouth and give up. Even if he knows he won't win, he'll fight for his cause.
-His girth does tend to slow him down, along with the heavy weapon he wields.
-At times, he can be quite gullible as he often jumps into the action without first thinking it completely through. As once said by the brute himself, time spent Planning could be time spent running, jumping and falling off of things.
