As she goes to leave the room, she encounters Susan, who was planning to visit Xu'Orz to see what he is doing. "I wonder how Kokoro and Ma'arz are doing with Xu'Orz..." She asked herself as she walks through Kokoro without noticing.
Kokoro just stops and stands in 'what the heck' for a moment, turning around. That was suddenly so weird - she just watched her and ended up sighing heavily, not only practically giving away where she was, but Kokoro literally had no idea that happened.
Hamele watched and Kqidons and Lux finished up and then saw themselves out, managing a sigh. "Whew...! That was harder to sit through than I thought." She joked honestly finally breathing after vacantly holding her own breath 'back', it seemed.

//sorry for dropping off the radar. Theres a lot of stuff going on rn.//

Talia waited until they were finished, taking a deep breath as her eyes rolled to the ceiling in pure exasperation. “Note to self, don’t be around when those two fight.” She hissed, before smiling forcefully at Hamele. “Thank you for healing us.” She said.

Hamele hears what Talia said and smiled back to her, seeming happy to have helped. "No problem - it is but in a day's work! Come by again if you need something tended to - you know, as always!" She said passively and optimistically as Talia would be heading out shortly (or should be).

Talia grinned at Hamele, and saluted in a short response. “I’m heading back to the cafeteria, wanna come?” She asked politely. She wouldn’t care if Hamele specifically accepted or declined, but would be thrilled if someone of good conversation could have some coffee with her.

Hamele heard the offer and gasped a little. "Ah-! That'd be great, yes! I could use a break; I hope you don't mind if I do!" Hamele responded joyfully, her smile persisting as she would opt to follow Talia in accordance to her decision in response to the offer. "Now - let us go! Apologies if I sound a 'bit' overclocked - energy wise - but this? I need this." Hamele joked honestly, laughing slightly after.

Talia almost raises an eyebrow at the enthusiasm that Hamele displayed before heading in the cafeterias direction. Almost. “Yeah, ‘course. Wouldn’t have offered if I didn’t want you to come.” She said with a small laugh of her own. “And yeah, I can’t tell. Unplug for a hot minute, get some coffee or something.” She said with a grin.

Hamele aptly nodded and laughed. "Apologies." She said simply, taking a deep breath to try and compose herself as she would gladly head to the cafeteria with Talia. One thing's for sure - despite handling the possibly dead, Hamele is far from that as far as who she 'is'.

Kokoro just stops and stands in 'what the heck' for a moment, turning around. That was suddenly so weird - she just watched her and ended up sighing heavily, not only practically giving away where she was, but Kokoro literally had no idea that happened.
Susan's head perks up by this sound of sighing. Looking around for a second, confused, she quickly realized where that sigh was produced and sighed herself. "You scared me for a second, Kokoro." She said, turning around to face her body at Kokoro's general direction. "Why aren't you with Xu'Orz and Ma'arz? As a matter of fact, why did you disable our only way to see your form?"

Lux had looked at a map as he walked through the hallways. He remembered that he didn’t finish his very sparse meal over in the cafeteria, and was a little hungry. The hole in his stomach before Hamele healed it may have contributed to that. He headed back to the cafeteria.

"You scared me for a second, Kokoro." She said, turning around to face her body at Kokoro's general direction. "Why aren't you with Xu'Orz and Ma'arz? As a matter of fact, why did you disable our only way to see your form?"
Kokoro shook her head and turned visible again. "To answer your first question, the former's cautious nature is a bit too tight for my liking... Not that I don't understand about the whole 'following a procedure' sort of thing mind you, but is he 'ever' any less serious?" She asked simply. "...And secondly, there are times I'd prefer 'not' to be seen." She said.

Susa nods, acknowledging Xu'Orz's strict nature. "There are few instances where he loosened up his procedures." She responds to Kokoro. "Xu'Orz is very protective of the contents that reside in the flagship's laboratory. Not that I blame him, to be honest... I just blame his dry humor." She looked away as she says her last sentence under her breath before turning back to Kokoro.

Kokoro sighed in disappointment. "I can see that... That's part of the reason I'm out here - he's worried that I 'leave something behind' - something I can't even prove! I was already worried about following through anyhow; a giant suit with nobody in it probably wouldn't sit well - buuut. Let's just say I'd had enough, and here I am." Kokoro opted to explain, trying to word it as honestly and true-to-the-story as she could.

"For him, it is better safe than sorry." She simply responded before trying to politely show her the door. "I recommend you head back to the cafeteria until I say otherwise. I am just going to check on Xu'Orz." She said before she leaves Kokoro alone and meet with the Thugalek.

Meeting up with Xu'Orz, she sees Ma'arz preparing to enter the cloning facility branch of the lab. She turns her head to the Thugalek. "Letting Ma'arz go see the cloned animals?" She asked.

Kokoro nodded in response to Susan's recommendation, and as such, the ghost goes to the cafeteria, where Hamele and Talia should be by now.

Kokoro noticed Lux and smiled. "Oh, hello Lux." She said calmly as she noticed. "How did it go wherever you went?" She asked.

Hamele had 'not' noticed the ghost in the cafeteria yet if she and Talia 'were' there.

Lux waved at Kokoro, and grabbed his pad.

The fight was good up until Kqidons stabbed me in my lungs and stomach. Other than that, I’d say pretty well

He wrote, and showed her.

Kokoro sighed. "Great start here, too." She said sarcastically. "Turns out the guy manning the lab is extremely serious about what he does. A bit 'too' serious." She shook her head.

Kokoro sighed again. "Of course you would..." She didn't sound remotely surprised, but didn't sound too pleased either. "I can't say I'll stop you - can't quite manage to block people out - and besides, you'll at least enjoy it more than I tried to."

I take from your tone that he is not exactly an emotional kind of person. All business?

He wrote his question down on his pad and once again showed Kokoro.

Kokoro nodded. "Eeeyup..." She said in response. "As I said, a bit 'too' serious... not that I don't understand." She added.

I see. Also, I am very curious as to your astral form. Perhaps with a little bit of study I could try to invent something to give you tangibility. Whenever we get our rooms assigned, settled in, and you have some free time, do you suppose I could run a few of my tests?

He wrote, and saw his crackers and water in the corner of the cafeteria.

Kokoro read the note and nervously laughed. "I mean... maybe...?" She thought aloud, somewhat nervous and unsure if to accept or deny it.
