Well I tried to give one solution (mostly for the servants in the USA), but masters could contact the Clocktower or the Church and meet up that way.

Caster does have the mana and resources available to establish communication with Berserker (even if they are like, several thousand miles away), she's just too clumsy to notice that her spell is literally flashing red, and crying over absolutely nothing.

The summoning chant for Dark side should be edgier than just 'Let Black be the color I pay tribute to'! It needs to be edgier and sound like a complete chuuni shit that they're blabbering out! Especially since Jack's legit summoning the embodiment of stereotypical 8th grader syndrome!

If anyone's wondering how Caster's spell works, it's like a radar that detects anomalies in the flow of mana, or unnatural concentrations of energy. Think of Chaldea's detection of irregularities in human history, except Chaldea is more impressive. Its insane (worldwide) range is only possible because of her Lair Creation EX, paired with the fact that the lair legit sits on top of a ley line. Don't worry, if you're up to dodgy business, Caster won't know. She might be able to see where fights are potentially happening, but that's about it. More specific searching such as Light side's command seals take a longer amount of time. And knowing Caster, she'll probably end up finding a dark master by accident instead of a master of light. lol.
