They can if you want them to. I mean, Saber has a phone (since he's traveling incognito-ish as a human) and knows Alan Martin's number. Alan Martin has a phone and knows Saber/Saber Master's number. Whether Saber and Assassin discussed long ranged communication between them during the planning stage is up to you and your creativity. I'm will go along with whatever you write. He's the npc that's backing you up after all. So if you want to make the closest payphone to Saber ring that's not a problem either.

That's fine. I'm also battling with laziness. Post in an Assassin-y manner when you feel you are ready. I'll let you know when your character is at risk for death.
