Fantasy Combat RP

Hello there!


I've been thinking about an rp and I recently posted an interest check but I am not sure if I put it in the right place or not. The rp is a fantasy rp so I put it in the fantasy thread. However, it is also a highly combat-based rp that will feature gladiator style fights and whatnot, especially in the beginning. I'm not sure if it would be better to put this rp in the Colosseum thread or not, though, because the rp isn't entirely combat. There will be an underlying story although that story revolves around the arena. Any thoughts on where I would actually put this rp? Or is it acceptable to put the same interest check in both threads? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hmmmmmm. The roleplay genres are generally divided by the type of setting your roleplay will be based on, but I would say that colosseum roleplays are completely centered around combat. If at any point that isn't your focus for the roleplay, then I think the other genres are more suitable for it. So yeah, sounds to me like putting it in the fantasy forum was the right choice. As far as interest checks go, we would rather you just stick to the forum that the thread is in.
