  Background:Albert was born to Ewan and Janet Browett. Ewan was chief of security, he taught Albert the basic skills of using a few guns, mainly pistols. Janet was one of the Vaults Engineers, though she passed away shortly after Albert's birth. Ewan couldn't handle her loss, though he didn't blame his Son for this, if anything it made him closer to the lad. Though it couldn't cure his depression. He passed on when Albert was sixteen. Now the only member of his Family left Albert took their room of the vault for himself, though he quickly came to dislike it...Along with the rest of Vault life. He secretly aspires to leave, though he keeps that to himself out of fear of what may happen...At least, he did until he was seventeen. A small discussion with a few friends quickly turned into a small scale riot...Which ended with him being beaten by security and locked up for a few months. A few days after his eighteenth birthday he was released. He still dreams of leaving the Vault, but he knows the folly of telling anyone.

  Background: Gaela was born in the vault, just like her parents had been, and the many others before them. She always admired the doctors that were there when she was at a young age, and wanted to become just like them. She wanted to help people, just like the doctors always helped her small injuries and illnesses. Although, when her father became the next overseer, her life changed significantly. Because of him, she immediately got the job of being one of the vault's doctors. Yet, when her mother and father began to argue, Gaela noticed her dad's slowly rising temper. After many nights of her parents' fights, her mother disappeared.

  Skye doesn't remember much about her parents, only that they meant the whole world to her as a child. She grew up like any other kid in the vault at first, with a sort of normal picture perfect family. When she turned eight, she came home to find her parents and her older brother, Logan, missing. The traumatic event of being left alone in a tiny world full of strangers caused her distrust for authority and eventually lead her to begin investigating the mysterious murder case on her own. Her drive only fueled her independence and soon enough she was seen as strange. A basket case that kept to herself and rarely followed the respected rules put in place by the leaders of the vault, though her rebellious actions could never really be backed by a significant amount of evidence. Skye lives with her foster mother, Kelly, who hopes that Skye will eventually get a job in the vault instead of "sketching her days away while compiling theories about how a crime was committed when it never actually happened."​

  Background: Born in the vault to a Security Officer and a Doctor people tended to have high expectations for Hugo one half expecting him to follow his mother the other half expecting him to follow his father. He really did neither Hugo at an early age growing up around a security officer noticed that the weapons of the vault had been deteriorating at an alarming rate apparently no one had thought to teach someone to maintain them. On the day of his GOAT Hugo scored an engineer but was able to convince his father to have him work in the armory and with some convincing he was put there to make sure the officer's weapons were working constantly. A few years into his job however Hugo lost his mother suddenly to illness that she had hid from the family although the illness was non-contagious it was fatal and he lost his mother. The resulting trauma of this made Hugo bury himself in his work always trying to find something else to do or work on to the point where he began repairing old guns that had been broken or modifying the ones that did work to be more effective and efficient.
