Personality: Jack is a nice but subtle person, never does he keep things to himself unless he has to.

Bio: Like most Enclave Jack was born in a bunker in annexed canada and from the start he was trained in a certain category. He was lucky enough to be trained in engineering and robotics because he was a natural to it. If it was a broken down robot or a computer with a virus Jack was the guy you called first. After the long silence the Enclave let off he was picked to go to Miami to set up a control center and deal with undesirables.
