(Under construction, will be added to as I progress. I am also willing to listen to reasonable ideas from any other Fallout fans interested in this.)
Having managed to survive the world wide nuclear armageddon better than anyone else, the former Scottish peoples took their advanced technology, and while America struggled to recover, the Scots slowly brought rise to an Empire over much of Europe.
They are the Gaelician Empire.
Now they have arrived, not on either the West Coast, nor the East Coast, but instead towards the middle of America. Arriving in massive VTOL ships, they constructed a new city almost overnight, promising life, safety and security to all who entered it's walls
It seems too good to be true, but so did a unified Capital Wasteland, and so too did an independant New Vegas.
Following your nose for adventure, fame, or whatever else may drive you, you decide to make your way to this new city, the city of Alrohdes, not currently worrying about any troubles you may find once you're there.
This takes place post FO:3 and FO:NV. The idea is that the Lone Wanderer spread power of the Capital Wasteland, with the help of the Capital Brotherhood, and formed a large tract of land including the Pitt and the Maryland Swamps. Likewise, the Courier used their power to unify New Vegas, and the Big MT. Tech to resettle the Divide and involve Joshua and Daniel's peoples as part of the new independent state.

I don't have a map quite yet, as currently I am still trying to decide whether to have this play out in Fort Worth, which I've visited a few times and roughly know the downtown area, Dallas, which I've been to once, and ate in the big ball tower thing, or St. Louis, which I've never visited, but has that massive Archway that would be pretty cool to involve.
For anyone interested in the RP, I would love to get some input from you! Keep in mind, I'm looking for easy to manage locations in between Las Vegas and Washington DC.

Basic Rules of RPnation apply.
I personally don't mind player character cursing, but I won't tolerate players cussing out players in OOC, nor am I okay with racially driven cursing. Outside of that, you got a rowdy android that has a vocal processor hooked on just about every curse in the book, go for it.
No god-modding. Our Player Characters aren't the Lone Wanderer or the Courier, or any other game protagonist, we aren't invincible like they can be.
I love when people incorporate their own ideas into things, but if you've got any of them, be a doll and run it by me first in a private message.
Also the basic, I'm the mod, rawr, fear my almighty mightiness and whathaveyou then also the romance good, sexytimes need to fadetoblack mumbojumbo.
Finally, I expect everyone to act like adults, even if you aren't one but are on this rated M for mature roleplay anyway. That said, if there are any disputes being had, and you can't work them out, I want both parties to maturely and calmly contact me, all in one big PM, and we can sort things out.
