Well, things have changed, I have a new job, and I’m getting to a place where I can look for more RPs, since I’ve dwindled down to 2 RP partners currently. So, in this ad you’ll find my rules, and what I’m looking for!
First up – fandom plots, using fandom characters!
Star Wars:
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Periods: Imperial Era or Sequel/First Order Era.
Looking For: Poe Dameron, Armitage Hux, Kylo Ren, Finn, Mitth’raw’nuruodo, Cal Kestis, Trilla, Ahsoka, Amilyn Holdo, Rey, Phasma, Ren.
Plot Bunnies/OC Ideas:
Dragon Prince
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Periods: Building up to the War in Xadia, Post-Xadia War (the timeskip/Season 4)
Looking For: Aaravos. Maybe Viren given the right plot.
Plot Bunnies/OCs:
Castlevania
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Period: Going to fight Dracula, Post-Dracula
Looking for: Trevor Belmont, Carmilla
Plot Bunnies/OCs:
Devil May Cry
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Period: Devil May Cry 3; I know DMC 1-3 and the anime, but none of the other games.
Looking For: Vergil, Dante.
Plot Bunnies/OC Ideas:
Final Fantasy XII
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
I would prefer if the Espers have “matches” in the world based on Zodiacs, and can only bond to one person – until said person dies.
Time Period: Game Time.
Looking For: Vayne Solidor
Plot Bunnies/OC Ideas:
OCxCanon
Not really feeling OCxOC or CanonxCanon on this one -- may be talked into CanonxCanon more easily in some cases (RosexDoctor is one, RiverxDoctor another)
Ideally this would be a very long RP with multiple story arcs. Two of them are semi-mapped out.
Time Period: Post 11th Doctor, ignoring Claire and beyond, so an AU after Amy and Rory. This is not because I completely hate Claire or anything -- while she's not my favorite, it's more because I feel a lot of plot points were kind of dropped from the Pre-Moffat Era and I'd love to pick them back up.
Looking For: The Master, maybe Jack Harkness? Also willing to play Jack Harkness in either doubling or tripling, lol.
Plot Bunnies/OC Ideas:
Next up, Fandom Inspired/Fandom World Only!
List of Fandoms I may be persuaded to write in, either with or without canons:
1. Don't God-Mod. In other words, don't make my character speak, don't make my character take damage, and don't control my character. If you want something to go a certain way for plot purposes, just PM me and ask. Usually, I accept "god-modding" during travel and the like. It is usually acceptable to assume movement if a character is already committed to the journey.
2. Please be able to play all genders, and play multiple roles. Your main character(s) may be just male or just female, but I expect all the side characters and NPCs to have life and flavor, too.
3. I always double regardless of pairings involved, so you are also expected to double.
4. On the note of characters: I will always play one female character. So, be aware of that. I'm open to all pairing types, I have a preference for MxF and F//, but the others aren't off the table.
5. I only RP on threads, (or GDocs in rare cases; you’ll have to convince me because I hate cluttering it up), so no PM, kik, discord, e-mail, or other rps with me. So that I know you’ve read the rules this far, please tell me something interesting you’ve read/watched recently!
6. Please be able to write more than a couple of sentences as responses to me. I have tried to do “simple” RPs, but I end up not feeling motivated to respond or continue the RP. I will need you to be able to write a paragraph or two, each post, at least.
7. PM if you are interested. The only reason for you not to PM me is if you cannot do so due to the fact you haven't reached 24 hours/10 posts.
Guidelines:
1. I do not like to be hassled for posts. Especially if I have already posted that day or the day before. Do not bother me for posts until at least two days have passed. Otherwise, I will start to resent our RP and lose interest in it.
2. I enjoy OOC talk, however I will not respond to "hi" or "-poke-" or equivalents. Have substance to the chatter, even if it just asking "How are you?".
3. Do not bump our thread, or do anything OOC in the IC thread. I will not post out of spite. I have a problem with this, I acknowledge it, I'm not fixing it.
4. On that matter, please keep OOC to PMs and not on our IC thread. IC is for posting. If you have a question, concern, or comment, just shoot me a PM.
5. In general, I do not enjoy immediate romances or "slice-of-life" RPs, so do not come to me expecting I'll do either. I do want romance in 9 out of 10 cases, though. I may make rare exceptions.

Star Wars:
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Periods: Imperial Era or Sequel/First Order Era.
Looking For: Poe Dameron, Armitage Hux, Kylo Ren, Finn, Mitth’raw’nuruodo, Cal Kestis, Trilla, Ahsoka, Amilyn Holdo, Rey, Phasma, Ren.
Plot Bunnies/OC Ideas:
- A Sith Lady from Vader’s Line in the Sequel Period is found by the First Order on Moraband/Korriban. Could also include a "before", where she meets Kylo while he's still sort of apprenticed to Ren.
- Honestly, A Sith Lady and Ren from the "Rise of Kylo" comic -- somehow Ren lives, I don't know.
- A Sith Lady from Vader’s Line is found in the Sequel Period on Dathomir by Rey while looking for a teacher.
- Governor Tarkin defies expectations after Hosnian Prime is destroyed and announces their own place against the First Order, earning the attention of the Resistance.
- The tale of a Tarkin and a Hux, during the periods leading up to building the First Order, to the Sequel situation. Scenes from childhood and adulthood, until we hit the “present” time.
- The tale of a Tarkin and Poe Dameron during the periods leading up to the Hosnian Cataclysm, to the Sequel situation. Scenes from youth, from the academy, from time with the New Republic navy, to the sequel time.
- Governor Tarkin, in open defiance against the First Order, draws the attention of Armitage Hux – for better or worse.
- Admiral Hux, full-blood sister of Armitage Hux, captures the Core Worlds while Kylo and Armitage fail to capture the Resistance at Crait, and has to meet the new Supreme Leader when all is said and done.
- A First Order Agent in the Resistance is starting to question what the First Order is doing, and avoid being recognized by Finn.
- Admiral Hux ends up at the “wrong place, wrong time” when Poe and Finn are making their escape, and ends up dragged along with them as a useful hostage.
- An Imperial Inquisitor is tasked with tracking down and killing Cal Kestis.
- A Force-Sensitive Tarkin, upset with the Alderaan situation, takes every scrap of information she has and runs to the Rebellion – either ending up finding Cal or Amilyn.
- A Force-Sensitive Tarkin officer in the Empire is having to work alongside Second Sister in one of her hunts.
- Outlands Security Regions director Tarkin must work with Mitth’raw’nuruodo on a task concerning foes from the "chaos” of Wild Space.
- An Imperial Inquisitor works alongside Mitth’raw’nuruodo in collecting Jedi art and artifacts so he may better understand his foes – and realize the Inquisitors were all, once, Jedi.
- A Dark Mage who studied briefly under Viren, in possession of the Sun Primal Stone which revealed the truth when the monarch she serves is attacked – that Viren and an Elf were behind it. She goes to confront Viren to learn the reasons why, and who he’s working with.
- A Dark Mage who did not participate in the war and is not bound to any monarch, explores the new opening of humanity with elves, and ends up stumbling upon the Aaravos situation. She helps Claudia to bring Viren back.
Castlevania
OCxCanon.
Willing to do OCxOC, OCxCanon, or CanonxCanon on your side.
Time Period: Going to fight Dracula, Post-Dracula
Looking for: Trevor Belmont, Carmilla
Plot Bunnies/OCs:
- A witch on the edge of Styria ends up earning the attention of Carmilla for her possible use in the upcoming war(s).
- With Dracula fallen, many vampires are vying to fill the power vacuum, in various ways. One of these is the Roman Vampire, part of a triumvirate of vampires in the Mediterranean area, who is a challenger to Carmilla.
- With Dracula’s declarations, a vampiress realizes that the lack of humans is a lack of food – and just generally enjoys humanity – so they move against Dracula by going to find Adrian/Alucard…and end up in the “hero” group.
- A demon allies herself with Vergil as he’s working on opening the way back to Hell, wanting to go back to settle a few old scores herself after inadvertently using a spell that took her out of hell, leaving her realm behind.
- A demon meets Vergil when he’s cast into Hell at the end of DMC 3, and helps him to navigate it, filling him on the situation with Mundus, what Sparda did, and how Hell used to be.
- With Vergil lost, Dante doesn’t just leave it be…he seeks a way to try and save his brother, and ends up getting help from a demon who managed to escape to Earth.
- An Archeologist stumbles upon one of the Espers that the Archadian Army was working to secure, ands ends up bonding with it, causing her to be dragged back to Archadian, and learn a whole host of things about the Occuria, Nethicite, and so much more.
- One of the Judge Magisters of Archadia, and more often than not, Vayne’s bodyguard. Ends up beginning to learn/overhear things which causes her to question it – and be brought more fully into the plot. That, or could go a similar route of her ending up with an Esper.
- A Sky Pirate, who does what Sky Pirates do…kidnap royalty for money! Could kidnap either Vayne or Larsa.
- The Doctor regenerates into a ginger 12th Doctor, after thinking he would not regenerate. He was blissfully unaware that when River restored his life one time, she also gave him extra lives, so he's not sure how he's alive, but it's impacted him -- that's for sure. Where he meetings his Companion, who they are, is up for discussion! The overarching plot will be seeing the Master's activities, and also seeing aspects of Gallifrey and the Time War starting to return to the universe. The first "arc" leads into discovering the Master is alive. The second arc leads into the impact of the Master escaping Gallifrey, and the Time War leaking back out into the universe, bit by bit. The 3rd Arc is up for discussion/determination based on how things go! As for how the Doctor's impacted, he's going to be a younger Doctor in appearance, and act quite rash, as if he is immortal. Think "Time Lord Victorious" or a bit of the path that the 10th Doctor was on at the end of his reign, but a bit happier...to start with. Will draw heavily from 10th Doctor, 9th Doctor (as he starts to fall off), and probably some 4th Doctor and War Doctor.
- The other side of this story is the Master's, and his own companion(s). The Master escaped Gallifrey, or perhaps never made it to Gallifrey when it was sucked back up. One thought is he ended up in a pocket universe (like in the episode where the TARDIS became a person, and he was able to escape by rebuilding a TARDIS of his own -- the drums still connecting him to Gallifrey). Another possibility is that he was able to escape Gallifrey before it all went to hell, and in doing so, has splintered the "dome" they were in, allowing them to escape. Now that he knows he's been manipulated his entire life by the drums, he's either seeking an escape from the drums so he can figure out who he really is, OR if he's broken away from the drums, he's just on the search for who he is and what he wants out of life. He ends up with a companion, Maya Porter, a woman of prodigal talent in the arts (Dance, Music, Acting) who ran from it when she realized she wasn't certain if she actually loved the life, or if she was just doing it because it was expected of her, and has been picking her life back up -- as well as Maya's brother, Angelus Porter. Both are latent psions, and Angelus was very alive during the Year That Never Was but doesn't remember this...at the start. I'd love for the latent psion part to come into play later in Angelus remembering through some sort of trigger, and the Master having to confront shit he's done in that way, as well as in Maya and Angelus being two people it's very hard for the Master to manipulate psionically, so he has to answer questions and be accountable. Main reason they have such a thing, so the Master can't just "handwave" psychic bullshit and never be challenged, haha.
Next up, Fandom Inspired/Fandom World Only!
- Vampire Hunter D: A Noble has created a Utopia on the frontier, or such is the whisper in the winds. Lady Amaranth, a noble who is rumored to be truly noble – yet no one ever leaves Elysium. Rumors circulate as loved ones go missing, until finally, bounties start to appear. Are people truly staying of their own free will, or is something far more malevolent going on?
- Black Butler: A modern day take on the Master-and-Servant tale. A woman with immense power is brought low, and cuts a deal with a demon for revenge on those who have brought her to this state, unaware of the twists and turns ahead, and the secrets to be uncovered as it goes beyond mere criminals, and into religious cults, who have a need of the woman’s soul – that precious thing now promised to a demon. This is one of the few plots I may make an exception to my doubling rule on, HOWEVER, there will be an expansive cast of reoccurring characters. I’d still prefer doubling, but this is one I feel can carry with just the pair.
- Final Fantasy VIII: Ultimecia has been defeated some centuries ago. Garden now operates both as a mercenary force, and to help find, and raise up, Sorceresses. Sorceresses are once again considered good and helpful, though many prefer not to be known. Yet, Hyne has awoken from his sleep – and Hyne wants his “other half” back – the sorceress powers. His knight has gone in search of them, and sorceress killings have begun, each one gifting their powers to another, slowly consolidating it for Hyne – because at the end, it will have to be given to Hyne.
- Final Fantasy X: A tragedy before Yuna. The tale of a Summoner and their Guardians, on their journey to Zanarkand, set during the time Yojimbo is stolen as a ploy to try and stop the pilgrimages.
- Devil May Cry: Using the concepts of two siblings who were separated young, and took very different paths. One tried to fit in with humanity and protect them, the other has forsaken it, and has stricken out to open the way to Hell out of anger, and a sense they might belong there – that is their other half, after all, and they can’t embrace it while humanity despises it.
- Resident Evil: Going off the vibes of 1-6, more than 7-8. I've played RE Code Veronica, and 4-6, and watched a bit of the RE2 Remake -- planning to pick it up one day. I replayed RE 5 with a friend recently and it got me kind of craving that weird campiness of the old games. Ideally, this would be all OCs, parts of groups going to deal with a conflict. I've thought of Australia as one place we could use, but open to others -- Canada is another thought. The Hero Group could be 2-4 (possibly 2 sent over, one "guide", and one "other", or some other mix), and we have a villain group of 2. Ideally, we'd each pick up a villain and give them backstory with one of the heroes, a la Wesker and Chris, Ada and Leon (I know Ada's more an antihero, but you get the gist).
List of Fandoms I may be persuaded to write in, either with or without canons:
- Fallout (I loved New Vegas, have thoughts about a Fallout in Orlando)
- Game of Thrones (not watching House of Dragon, hated season 8, bitter but goddamn I still loved it)
- Wicked+Divine comic
- The Dark Tower books
- Dark Souls/Elden Ring/Bloodborne games
- Vampire: the Masquerade/Vampire: the Requiem games
- Doctor Who show
- The Witcher (Netflix series)
- Sandman (probably wouldn’t write in this, but listing it so you have an idea of my “tastes”)
- Berserk (also probably wouldn’t write in it, but it’s inspirational)
- Enemies to Lovers
- Lovers to Enemies
- Bittersweet things
- Rivalries
- Theocracies and Empires
- Evil Gods
- Eldritch and Cosmic Horrors
- Vampires. Just. Vampires.
- Corruption Arcs
- The Villains Are Actually Right (they just have terrible means)
- Theming – Zodiacs, Tarot, Chess Pieces…yes.
- Samale Acario and Onni Acario: A sibling duo, Onni is the older brother, Samale is the younger sister. The work best in fantasy settings, but it may be possible to work into modern-fantasy. The Acario Family is famed for its divination abilities -- in fact, that's the way they can tell who a "real" Acario is. They live in an isolated area (an island, an oasis in a desert, near the top of a mountain -- whatever fits the narrative), and are sought out by others from distant lands. So are others, their home of Iona is famed for housing all manner of "Mind over Matter" sorts, and Iona is governed by a Triumvirate of which the Acario family is generally considered the most powerful. There are also telepaths, telekinetics, and others (no elementalists).
Samale is not a diviner. She's a telepath/mind-reader. She "reads" the future by taking it from the minds of other diviners, but her brother figures it out when he has a vision of her being discovered at a young age. In order to protect her, and his family, he lies, and helps her continue to hide the truth for years, while instructing her on how to shield her mind.
It all falls apart when Samale is engaged to be married to another telepath (and childhood friend to Onni, although time and family rivalries caused tension to start to harm that friendship), the heir of one of the triumvirate families. Onni tells her, and this time, Samale flees.
Unfortunately, Onni misread the vision -- or perhaps it was doomed to head this way. In shame at Samale's fleeing, Onni's father commits suicide. The tension has also never been higher between the rival families after Samale breaks the bond that could have been formed, and Onni takes the helm.
I like to place their story 5 years after Samale's left with no contact. Onni has another vision about something terrible coming that will impact everyone, and Samale's at the heart of it, working in another kingdom as an advisor to a monarch (because a mind reader is very good at telling a monarch who their enemies are). What this threat is, who else is involved, and how it all plays out, is up for debate! Onni and Samale would ideally be my main characters, but I'm also okay delegating Onni to a supporting role in favor of others if you'd rather play across other types!
- Adria and the Demon: A young vampire based on the Daeva En of Vampire: the Requiem. She had a terrible sire who was quite into experimentation to try and break the curse (In game, Ordo Dracul sire). Either her sire was already bonded with a demon, or a demon sort of came to the despairing of a lost soul, and cut a deal with her to escape, which led to the taboo act of diablerie/draining the heart's blood of her sire.
Modern-Supernatural era is the vibe for this. Dark alleys and neon lights, chandelier masquerades and penthouses, abandoned asylums and underground secrets. Not really looking to do this exactly like V:tR or V:tM, but drawing from it is good.
Now, Adria's fled from her home, and gone into a world she very much doesn't understand of vampire politics and much else, with a demon that wants a physical body all its own -- and she's made the deal to find it this body, unaware it's likely going to be her.
I'm quite open to where this plot goes and this character, and on board for playing the demon myself, or letting my partner play the demon. Totally on board for involving another "main" if the demon isn't an appealing sort to play across from, I have several ideas for other vampires.
