For stealth, Solid Snake (which was actually one of Emerald's potential choices before).
For utility, Brigitte (the new OW hero) or Amaterasu from Okami.
And finally, for offense, an original character for an early personal project I'm still working on.

Polyblank just a heads up, this is taking a little hiatus for a bit. it will be back, though. although, i will say, this is a roleplay heavy on numbers and stuff - meaning that your moves would also have numbers behind them. take a look at my characters and the Mega document on one of the Other tabs if you're confused!
