You can't just tell people to roleplay without anything to help start them off. They need a starting point. Something that'll make it easier for them to interact.

An S Class wizard is one of the most powerful wizards in a Guild. Achieving that high of a rank before one even becomes an adult is just unreal unless your character has a good excuse. And no, being trained and taught by a Dragon doesn't count.

That doesn't mean he could become an S Class at that age.
