Fairy Tail: The Double K Kronichles

Kantu had only seen Kori like this a couple of times but when he did it terrified him. "O-Okay." he said.


Kantu drove as fastas he could. "I bet we can beat the train." He said with a wild look.

Kori crunched on an ice cube she had gotten before they left the station so she wouldnt get too sick or run out of magic power too fast. "Remember the faster we go the more power is used... Oh what the hell, go for it!" She said grinning. "If you beat the train we can forget about the dishes."
 
Kantu sped up until he was going as fast as the car allowed. He drove along side the train. Kids waved, people stared, that's when the man appeared a dark hand showed up holding a gun. It fired stricking a car wheel. The car span out of controll and the two went flying.
 
Kori had about a split second to realize what was happening and she ripped off the band connecting her to the car. As her and Kantu were flung out of the car, she immediately covered the younger, in fear that the dark figure would shoot again.


After the sound of the train got fainter, she moved off of Kantu and sighed. "Are you ok?"
 
Kori looked at Kantu's ankle. "Yeah that's a sprain. Damnit! The car's busted, your ankle is sprained, we gotta get to the nearest town asap." Kori grumbled looking around before sighing. "No, I didn't see who it was, the train moved too fast. I think the next town is just a few miles out from here, come on." She said, picking up Kantu and beginning to carry him.
 
"Mush... Mush..." Kant u said as he pretended to use a whip on her. "Giddyup horsey he said as he pressed his heals into her side. "Could you go any slower?" He began to complain.


(Shouldnt you be in bed young lady?)
 
There was a loud crack as the air around Kori grew cold. "Boy you keep talking and you will BE mush. I used up a lot of magic power or the car and I haven't had anything but those ice cubes all day. Besides...." She dropped an arm and let Kantu dangle just above the ground, "I could always drop you and save myself."

"Dont play like that!"Kantu yelled as his sister threatened to leave him. Finally they arrived in town. "ThAnn rd, that was so tiring." Kantu said from Loris bacm. "What now?"

Kori leaned to the right causing Kantu to fall off of her back. She collapsed on the ground and tried to catch her breath. "Go get me some ice cold water and food. Get yourself some too." She said, depositing a small amount of Jewels into Kantu's hand.
 
"It's just a sprain, suck it up. I have no magical energy and I had to haul your heavy ass miles to get here. Dad would side with me." She growled before cracking her knuckles, trying to look threatening even in her tired state.

"Well..." He sighed. "Fine... But if I don't make it back... Tell mom and dad... It was me who broke that picture frame, and that they grounded you for no reason." The boy stalked off to go get food.


(Kori... Pause so I can pm u.)
 
"Stop being so dramatic!" Kori hollered at Kantu. She sighed and rolled onto her side. A flash of movement caught her eye and she pushed herself off the ground to go investigate.
 
Kantu got back with the food. "I got you a cup of a ice and a huge turkey sandwich, and I got..." He stopped when he noticed no one was listening. "Kori... Kori!" He called out. "Damn."


(Just found out today that silver is Grey's dad.)
 
Kori walked back to Kantu with a big smile on her face. Hanging onto her head... A cat. An exceed with striking resemblance to a tiger, his fur was golden with white stripes and on his head was a strip of fluffy fur that stood up like a mohawk. He wore cut jeans and a small knife was strapped to his back. Kori laughed and talked with him. She'd done it, she'd found a cat! "Heeeey Kantu! Meet Fang!" She shouted.
 
Fang's ears twitched and he hopped off of Kori's head. Kori looked down at Kantu and smirked. "And you and dad laughed at me." She said before looking down at the cat. "Hey Fang! Show him the thing!" She said excitedly. A toothy grin appeared on the exceed's face and he went into his battle-mode shift form. He now stood taller than both Kori and Kantu.


"Nice to meet you, Kantu." He said stretching out one hand to the kid.


Kori laughed, "I accidentally kicked him in the face. Guess I won his respect." She whispered to Kantu.
 
Kant u stood there jaw touching the ground. "What the HELL IS THAAAAATTT?" He asked. "Kill it... Ice make sword." He charged the thing.
 
"And I'll tell dad you tried to kill my cat." Kori countered.


Fang extended his hand once more.


"It's simply my battle mode shift. I'm not trying to hurt anyone." Fang assured Kantu.


"Kantu you dumbass you've seen Pantherlily do the exact same thing." Kori sighed.
 
"Thats different." He said. "Pantherlilly's cool, this guy has douche bag written all over him." He said. "He's like a walking bag of potable douches." The boy shook with discust.
 
"He's trying to help you up and didn't fight back when I kicked him in the face. Right. He's the douche." Kori growled. Fang began to feel uncomfortable and transformed out of battlemode. He activated Aera and hovered near Kori's head.


"Also he's adorable!" Kori said with a pout.
