Magic: Carries around a magic wand and makes it seem like that’s the source of her magic power, but is not and is actually channeling magic through her body to the wand. Actual magic is like Wendy’s support magic and make herself faster, stronger and increase her endurance and stuff and knows a bit of Heat Magic. Carries around a water gun-toy just to play with her friends, often shoots her dad with it though is mostly for gags. Uses fire magic through the wand. This was supposed to be a secret so liek, everyone reading this, you guys only know this as people, NOT AS YOUR CHARACTERS! ;-; so act surprised when you make her lose her wand but she uses her magic still, smh... Hmph (magic might change)
Requip Magic: Isn't particularly good at it and her magic space where she keeps things is very small, the magic wand she was given by her father-figure is very important to her but some quests require her to be stealthy and she can't really keep it out in the open so she learned requip magic to keep it hidden there, since she doesn't want to keep it at home or away from herself. She can only keep a small amount of items in there, so she mostly uses this power as an emergency food supplier, like she always has a few fruits in there. She can't open more than two spaces at a time for her magic space.
Heat Magic: This is her main magic, she can use this on specific areas of her body or all of her body, which then becomes hotter and make her attacks physically more effective as her punches don't just hurt you anymore but they also burn you to an extent. She can heat up to 45 celcius (113 Fahrenheit). Her body isn't resistant to the heat fully so even if she is less affected compared to others, as she uses this often and her body is used to it, it still hurts her if she keeps the highest temperature for too long and she feels the burn herself so she can't keep the max temperature for a long period of time. A couple of minutes constantly at max. This will eventually result in flame magic.
Magic Wand: This tool is basically a heat absorber and uses her heat powers and amplifies them to a certain extent. When she uses her heat magic on it, it changes into fire magic, a stronger version of the same type of magic so Hina basically uses it to shoot fire-based attacks, like fire ball or fire blast. She can also use it as a torch.
Water Gun-Toy: She has a toy water gun but it's also like her magic wand and absorbs her heat magic, she usually uses it to toy with her father or friends but in a situation where she has nothing, she can use her heat magic on the water and make it very hot and shoot at others to get some damage dealt or create an escape point. It only has 2 litres of water in it.
Support Magic: She can increase her strength, speed and basically all physical attributes up to 50% her actual physical power. She can only use this for a minute or two on herself, but longer on others as in those cases she is no longer exhausting herself running or fighting and just concentrating on using the magic. (A bit undecided on this)

Personality: Is childish, gets annoyed easily but is kind. Loves cool things, like robots (Basically Cin and Ani). Is a bit of an arrogant girl and looks down on normal/non-wizard people due to her backstory.
Backstory: Hina is a poor, orphan girl who doesn't really have much in her life. She's always just stealing other people's food and feeding herself off of it, she has no qualities (except her sexy body *wink wink*) but she has been a hard worker for as long as she can remember. Hard worker in survival, in this harsh world where no one helped her, at the age of 13, she finds her saviour; her dad-to-be aka Togarashi Korin takes her in. While on a mission from his previous guild, he finds this adorable struggling kid in this town, with no one to save her and her being all alone. This bearded man feels bad for her, being as kind as the size of his beard, he takes her in.
Hina has a bad perception of people due to her backstory, as those living in her town, the 'people' who saw her everyday struggle didn't help her all her life. Only beat her when they would sometimes catch her stealing food. She dislikes people, But a mage, a wizard, Togarashi Korin, a bearded hero saves her. Which is why she likes wizards/mages but finds normal humans to be low level junkies. It is contradictory in the sense that she also started as a low level human but because she has that way of thinking, she tries her best to get stronger whenever she can, so she isn't weak and the kind of people she despises, the weak kind. That also factors into why she likes doing quests but also doesn't like them, as they help her save more of her-like humans, more Hinas but it's the same humans who hurt her that she has to interact with to do so.
And Korin being Korin, which is a man with a long beard, and a diligent one at that, so he couldn't really pay much attention to her in regards to her mentality about normal/non-magic people.
Potential character arcs: Learns to value the smallest things and stops looking down on non-magic peeps. Aka falls for Ani #DaggerBoi (who is still undecided so this might change too). Learning that all people are cool and magic power/capabilities aren't the only merit for a person to have nor are they what make and break a person.
Weird Ideas: Learns her father is a evil monster hunter player and goes out to look for a new one.

Appearance: Very broad shoulders and muscular physique for a woman, as well as a curvaceous figure. Several wavy, auburn colored, thick metal cables that seems to pose as hair drape over to just above her shoulders, as well as bangs over her forehead. Purely bright cosmic blue eyes with no sclera nor pupils that unsettles most people. Metallic golden colored, and surprisingly malleable skin with red and blue segmentation lines around all joints and abdominal muscles, no mouth nor nose. Headphone-like protrusions on each temple work as ears. Four apparatus from the hips and shoulders that serve as jet boosters and cannons. High heels-like feet. Since she has no nipples nor genitals, while doing jobs she wears nothing but a brown cloak, since her clothes would just be ripped apart by her own weapons, but on off days dresses casually, often a pair of black cargo shorts and a purple tank-top. The signature Anvil and Flame of he guild contrast to her golden hue in purple on the left side of her neck. She tends to attract a lot of attention like this, since most Machias prefer to disguise themselves as more human-like.
Personality: Loves to tease and mess with others, but is also very easy to tease and be messed with. Has as much understanding of human customs and behaviors as a regular human, but uses her robotic nature as an excuse to avoid situations she dislikes whenever it's convenient. Believes that self-improvement requires no purpose other than self-improvement in itself, and is constantly modifying herself with the few parts she manages to buy, living as frugally as possible to buy as many as she can. She also enjoys making as many friends as possible to expand her perspective of the world and herself. Gets very nervous and nonsensical-logic-driven in dangerous situations, such as life-or-death fights and meeting new people, but lets her guard down very easily when around friends or people she’s known for long enough, which makes it extremely easy for her to freak out when teased or made fun of. As a Machias, she isn’t programmed to make excuses nor lie to herself, so is a natural go-getter.
Biography: Built in the homeland of the Machias race, Uhrwerk, she spent all of the 20 years of her life working as a watchmaker. One day, she started to think she could accomplish something more important and history book-worthy. Since all Machia are very knowledgeable about machines and clockwork, the value of her job lied purely in the aesthetics of metallurgy and woodwork in her clocks, and while she had a great passion for it, didn’t seem useful at all to her. So, she decided to become a mage! After all, mages help people by providing their services, and are constantly discovering new forms of using their magic, even if they aren’t researchers of the field, as well as seeing lots of different regions of the country and the people there. Therefore, by researching lots of different kinds of magic, she could help and meet new people, as well as better her own self. Going to the nation of Bellum for its famous Guilds, and using all of her savings for the trip and purchasing as many weapons and battle-suited parts as she could, since her body wasn’t suited for any work heavier than carrying heavy clocks around, she traveled through the country in search of a good enough Guild that’d help her improve further. Currently her primary goal is to become an S-Class mage so that she can take higher-level jobs and afford better parts and weapons.
Magic: Iron-Make Description: It generates metal, and allows the user to shape it into different objects. Like other "Make-type" magics, it's mainly intended for combat, but the metal Circe creates is too frail to be used as a weapon or for protection. Even a non-mage soldier could break through it, so she only uses it to make small parts for her trinkets and simple prosthetics in emergencies.
Skills, Abilities and Equipment: As a Machias, Circe has the abilities of: Metamorphosis: To change her shape at will, as long as it still retains the same body mass. Needs to be used carefully, since if she messes her circuitry up, it could mess with her sensorial functions and information processing, potentially self-destructing. Flight: She can fly using her hip-and-shoulder-placed jet boosters. Laser Weapons: She can make laser blades (i.e. blowtorches), or shoot lasers from her fingers, cannons she assembles from around her own body, as well as the apparatus in her hips and shoulders. Fire output can be controlled, from being as lethal as a laser-pointer to being able to penetrate most non-magical materials, but the relatively-low energy consumption makes it her main weapon of choice. Missiles: She can shoot missiles from compartments in her torso, neck, thighs and arms. Relatively high fire power, but very energy consuming, as well as extremely limited ammo with only 30 units at full capacity. Ethernano Reactor Overload: An explosion of magical energy caused by enacting a nuclear fusion reaction on her magical core. It can vaporize a portion of a small city block. A last resort. Takes 5 full minutes to charge with all her magic focused on it, disabling her boosters, laser weapons and missiles while doing so, and completely drains her magical reserves, as well as severely harms her circuitry, forcing her body to shut down for recharge and repairs. If left by herself, it’d take 3 days to regain consciousness, 13 days to regain motor control, and 23 days to completely recover her magical reserves. While her circuits can auto-repair with enough time and magic while still attached to her body, she can’t regrow lost body parts, and she must purchase new ones.
Mechanic Expert: Since Machias have the innate ability to transform their bodies, understanding their physiology is a vital skill if they don’t want to self-destruct. As a consequence of this, all Machias have a better understanding of machinery than most human experts could acquire in years of research.
Extra: A set of tools and simple parts for tinkering with, dismounting, fixing, and building simple machines, like clockwork. Carried in small compartments in her shins.
Hobbies: Likes to take simple machinery apart and build them back together, with however many modifications she deems interesting, as well as build rustic doll-sized automatons that can walk and repeat pre-recorded phrases, and other simple toys like trains and trucks (no functionality other than spinning wheels) to sell on a public market once a week. Her "revised" machines almost don't sell due to how lachrimas are more widespread and everyone being more accustomed to them, but her toys are liked by really young children.

Personality: Sam is cheerful and laid back, but is prone to losing his temper. He has a inquisitive and prying nature, and has a tendency to interfere in other people’s affairs. He also tends to become impulsive in tense situations.He has powerful abilities, but holds them back for fear of losing control.He wants to find Dagger, the mage who taught him as a kid. Has a dislike of dark guilds due to the incident in his past.
Backstory:
Sam was born in a small town called Whitefield. His parents died when he was 5 due to a fire, due to which he was raised in an orphanage. While the orphanage did their best to help them, it was too understaffed and they got a lot of orphans due to the fire. While it was a hard life at times, it was still a happy life.
When he was 11, his town was attacked by a dark guild, a traveling mage came to their rescue. She was a black haired woman in her early 20s, and very skilled at wind magic. While the others were evacuating, Sam sneaked away to observe the fight. During the fight ,a bandit got the drop on her and managed to injure her.Sam attacked the bandit trying to save her, but failed to do anything to the bandit. However, due to the bandits getting distracted by Sam, she was able to take them out.
Due to her injuries, the mage stayed at the town hospital to recuperate for a few weeks.The mage called herself Dagger and kept to herself. After a lot of pleading, She reluctantly taught Sam the basics of wind magic. Sam grew attached to her, even though she was aloof. After a week, he finally managed to learn a spell. However, he ended up wrecking the orphanage by accident and cause a few of the orphans to be severely injured.
Dagger decided to stop teaching him and left the next day. She told him before leaving that while he had some potential, he would be better off not becoming a mage. This only increased his desire to become a better mage and prove her wrong. However, he has a tendency to hold back his abilities due to the incident..At the age of 17 he finally left the orphanage and decided to search for clues for her. However, so far, he has been unable to find any news about her.
He works as a journalist and occasionally post articles at the Corona Chronicles, through which he tries to find news of Dagger. On his travels, his inquisitive nature has led him to find out certain things that other people would rather kept hidden. This has caused many people in positions of authority to despise him, but it has also gained many allies, some of them who have unsavory characters. He has however gained a loyal fan base, through his articles.

Personality: A well-mannered child of few words who is rarely seen with a strong expression on his face, is very dedicated to becoming a successful mage and is often eager to prove himself, despite this, he also possesses a wild sense of curiosity that often lends him in trouble, often has a hard time making casual conversations.
Backstory: Coming from the secluded Ikaika family of mages known for having their successors leave and join governments and guilds, Hani has been trained to be a strong mage as far as he could remember, his parents are themselves successful and famous mages, with his father Akoni being a high-ranking law enforcer for the kingdom and his mother Maile being an S-Class mage for one of the most powerful guilds of the country, wanting to prove himself for his family, Hani sought to join a mages guild for the sake of furthering his training.
As a Dwarf Spirit mage he joins the guild due to its small size, believing that as the guild grows, he might grow as well and also due to a desire to stand out amongst his guildmates.
Magic: Take Over, a magic that allows its user to take the form of another living entity be it partially or not, Hani specializes in the Animal Soul category, he can currently use three different Animal Souls:
Animal Soul: Rat, with the form of a small black rat, Hani becomes an excellent climber, becomes capable of traversing through small tight spaces and can hide himself from others more easily.
Animal Soul: Wolf, takes the form of a grey wolf, the most combat-suitable form, grants Hani a great running speed as well as a strong jaw, possesses keen senses and great adaptability to cold weathers and habitats.
Animal Soul: Owl, the form of a great horned owl, lets Hani fly at incredibly variable speeds at will, said flight also being near silent, grants a sense of vision that lets one see at incredibly distances as well as nocturnal vision, as well as powerful legs and talons for combat situations.

Eli’s powers are linked to her emotions. Eli’s powers bring forth energy that engulfs her body and can basically be used as armor or be concentrated in specific points on her body for devastating blows.
Anger:Using her power when angry brings forth great power but physical consequences and completely giving into anger while using her powers can cause loss of life. Emotional Flow causes pain in parts of the body its being used. Eli while using Emotional flow while angry probably wont be concerned about how she's using it.
[This could be used in some sort of revenge plotline. Where she has to overcome her anger or something or she cant hope to succeed. Probably not but who knows.]
Sadness: Using powers when sad causes them to be hard to control and weaker than normal.
Bliss: Powers used when in a state of bliss are the most powerful of them all. Control of energy is at its best. To be bliss your feelings must not waver. Believe in yourself. Have a supreme sense of calm. Bliss has NO drawbacks.
Happy: While happy isn't as strong as bliss it's still the second strongest and it drawbacks are merely tiredness afterward.
Fear: Powers used during absolute fear will not work at all. This only happens when you completely give into fear. Other than that the presence of fear has no effect on powers outright because if you're feeling fear its probably mixed with another emotion.
Blank: When not feeling any specific overpowering emotion. Emotional Flow works fine but isnt particularly strong and afterwards powers aren't usable for several hours.
Eli even though she has a great power she's shackled down by no one other than herself. She completely lacks confidence in herself. Due to constant failure and the crushing expectations of her parents. Her parents being poor had wanted her to do something great. Her powers had been discovered by her parents when she was four. When her father was attacked by a bear and injured. She gave into anger and unleashed her powers. In a single punch she made the bear fly into a tree and runoff. Luckily at the time it only caused a broken arm for Eli.
Ever since then her parents have pushed her into training so she can become strong. They wanted her to join a guild and get them money to escape poverty. In failure to meet her parents harsh standards it led to her lack of confidence. Her parents had grown resentful toward her. Thinking she was a useless daughter. A drain on their resources with nothing of value to offer. They believed she had a gift. All that did was make them more angry. “Why was such a wonderful gift given to someone so useless?” once that was just thought by her parents. Eventually Eli thought that as well. She still tries to fight. To earn money for her family and be... useful but without confidence and a disdain for herself. Her powers are weak. Eli has been in multiple towns due to her parents trying to escape from those they owe money to and gangs that harass them for questionable things her father gets into.

Appearance: Eli is fairly good looking girl though most can't see it through the dirt she is usually covered in. Eli has raggy clothing due to her parents refuse to spend anymore money than they have to on her. She has short blonde hair with spike ends. She doesn't have long hair because she can't really get opportunity to clean it really well. Though later in the story her hair will grow longer and it'll be pointed out how beautiful she's become. This'll happen sometime when she starts gaining confidence and the longer hair will be a physical representation. Eli iis really thin but not quite scrawny. She has blue eyes. Tanned due to being outside for the harsh training.

Small bust, dark long black straight hair with bangs. Peachy pale skin tone. Always wearing a long dark cloak, white eyes with a tint of blue. 5”11 tall. Her guild mark is located on her left thigh.

Personality:
Nero is extremely cold to everyone she knows, she may act lazy and like a good for nothing, but in reality she pours every ounce of her soul into her work. Due to her terrible childhood she never got to play as a child, making her want to play with stuffed animals any chance she gets,so she is relatively playful and naive at times. Egotistical, she thinks herself as one of the best mages in the land (spoiler: she isn’t.) She likes drinking coffee with whip cream on it and a little strawberry, you’ll usually always find her drinking coffee.
Magical Ability:
Blue lighting, when she snaps her fingers blue lighting appears though, she has to see the target/place to aim properly. If used too much her limbs will start burning off. Since this is a harsh draw back she uses special guns, usually duel-wielding them.
Flaws: One of Nero‘s main flaws is jealousy, especially to children, due to this she will randomly cuss out children. Incredibly contradicting and or hypocritical, she will state that no one can see in the human heart as clear as she can, though she can’t even see her own heart and desires properly. Nero is ignorant to everyone around her, in a bad way. Whenever she sees someone injured she doesn’t seem to care and makes them work harder, causing her to be infamy. Her pride is awful, it causes her to think she’s above everything and everyone. Being afraid of lightning, except her own, metaphorically turning her into a cat.
Backstory:
Nero was raised in an extremely wealthy household, her mother had died at a young age making her father abusive and sociopathic around Nero. Her father always worked her to the bone, making her excel in everything she did. Nero never got to play like normal children, she’d always look out her window and curse the kids happily and carelessly playing around. Nero would always get beat, due to this the maids would dress her in long dresses or cloaks to cover up the bruises and cuts. The maids never treated Nero fairly either. One of them even tried to kill her by leaving her outside in a thunderstorm. Nero never thought bad of them “Oh they’re just doing what father said, that’s okay.” She’d try to commend every action they did so it could make sense to her. Her father always brought mistresses and give birth to several younger children. Nero never got to see them, she was the next heir to the family’s fortune after all, she was in a different league, or so she thought. Her life had changed in one single day. Her father had kicked her out due to a new law being passed that females couldn’t be heirs. She cried and cried banging on the door of the mansion begging to come back. No one opened the door. Nero went looking around, it was her first time outside. She found a bench and slept on it. Waking up she found herself robbed of all her possessions, she went to go see if she could go back into the mansion. But the moment she saw the mansion she dropped to her knees. It was on fire, burning. Not knowing what to do… she laughed and laughed. She found her father’s corpse on the ground and stepped on it. Slandering his name. Nero left the town, leaving the only home she had known. She had found a mage that was willing to teach her. Her name was Kaminari, she was a wielded of lightning magic. Nero studied under her for 6 years, her magical ability surrounding her mental state made her have several severe drawbacks to using it. During her training with Kaminari she had shown in interest in guns, learning her magical ability was so dangerous she started practicing how to use guns. Nero left Kaminari and went to go join a guild to earn a living, her pride has been damaged since she was practically leeching off of Kaminari. So she went to go earn a living by herself, later finding a home in the guild Elvish Heart.

Appearance or Picture: 5’10” Brown uneven hair with spots of pink. Wears a extremely colorful tunic with baggy pink and blue pants. Wears a belt with multiple pockets. The pants also have many pockets on both the inside and outside. Wears a small jester hat that normally covers his hair and pointed toe shoes. Has three small parallel scars on his back. Guild tattoo is located on the far left of his stomach a little under his belly button line.
Simple Personality Description: Normally happy-go-lucky and easily excited. Loves to entertain and make people laugh. More intelligent than the average person and extremely creative. Is stubborn and has issues with taking criticism. Can be extremely petty. Assumes the worst and struggles with greed. Every now and then becomes extremely quiet and contemplative. During these periods becomes almost a different person but is back to normal within a day or two. Dislikes killing because the bodily fluids make his gum taste worse but otherwise fine with it.
Backstory: He was born in a circus troupe to a slightly impoverished family and was trained from early on to perform and entertain. When he was seven he befriended and tried to train a giant tiger. He accidentally let the tiger loose one day and it became scared and killed 4 people in the troupe, including his parents. The tiger was killed by members of the troupe and Felix was crushed emotionally. After that he resolved to get stronger and went to train with an old guy in the ways of magic. The man didn’t so much as teach Felix how to use the magic he knew, but instead taught him how to create his own. He believed that magic should be an expression of the person who uses it and that magic created by one's self is stronger than one created by others. He passed this belief on to his disciple who went on to create Bubble Gum magic. After 11 years of training his master died and he joined Dwarf Spirit in order to make a living, become stronger and teach others his and his master’s philosophy.
Magic (description and some applications/limitations would be preferred): Bubble Gum Make: Felix can create and control a sweet pink elastic goo with sticky properties. He uses magic to create and control the gum and it takes far magic to create the gum than to control it. It can expand and contract based on the users whims and cannot stick to the user (it still sticks to the users hair). It is extremely sticky and hard to get off once it’s stuck. With enough of this gum he can hold a person to a floor or wall. After 48 hours the gum will dissolve. When exposed to extreme cold the gum will lose its stickiness and harden, and will begin to melt in extreme heat. As the gum gets further away from the user it becomes harder to control. Has more trouble sticking to wet things.Is less sticky when wet. Bigger chunks of gum require more magic to control and are less precise. If you chew his gum you are able to stave off the need to sleep as long as you keep chewing. The taste changes depending on his mood when he created it but color stays the same.
Other: Physically fit and extremely nimble. Terrible at every sport except swimming. Really hates cats. Thinks birds are the spies of God and always behaves better when they’re close. Really likes cake. Addicted to chewing gum. Greatly enjoys sleeping and takes brute force to wake up. Carries a fireplace bellows to help blow bigger bubbles.
Name: Ratnik Alias: The Reaper Age: 45+ Gender: Male Height: 5’9
Appearance: His face is covered by bandages completely, leaving only his eyes and mouth exposed. He wears baggy clothes, usually a brown cloak and walks bare-footed. His hands look burnt, which leads many to speculate he was once in a terrible fight against a fire dragon slayer of considerable power. He noticeably carries a large scythe with him, which is what gave rise to his alias.
Personality/Mannerisms: A stoic, menacing aura is within him. He finds it tough interacting with people, and is only calm around the guildmaster, who is often seen with Ratnik around the guild premises. He has a thoughtful approach to complicated problems and is in no hurry to do his job. He doesn’t go on jobs with other people but is friendly around the young ones (who are more open to talk). Some have also remarked that him laughing at jokes in a festive atmosphere seems forced. He is also known to take long walks outside of the premises during the sunset and returning at odd hours (like 2 in the morning).
Backstory: It is not quite clear where he origins from. His earliest memory is him being beaten by people for stealing food and money. As his thirst for survival increased, Ratnik, a man who does not possess magic ability, committed greater injustices like assassination, murder and torturing. At one point however, he failed to execute the young lord of the Bonome household after having already killed the lords’ mother. Whether it was due to his kindness, or his negligence is not known. However, this incident affected his life greatly: Ratnik was captured by the Bonome Household. It seems he was to be a slave to their household. That changed quickly however as it was noticed that he possesses no magical power. For having nothing of value, he was treated worse than a slave; he was whipped, caned, bruised, burnt for his crimes. His face was completely burnt, cut and sliced apart by his torturers, and they removed everything of value from a person who already had no value; his kidneys, and his blood. His other organs were also considered, but due to some odd miracle the torturers (who were also slaves) escaped, and Ratnik too did so. As a man born with no parents, no home, no friends, no magic and no money, he lost more as he tried to gain some. He kept on walking and walking. At some point, he seems to have met the Elvish Heart guildmaster Aralia Vera, who took in Ratnik for some reasons. Ratnik does not care greatly about anybody as he is a man with nothing left. He motivates himself on continuing to enact some form of devotion, however, to help his guild; but how and why he does so remains unclear.
Abilities: Has no magic power. Carries a dagger for close range combat and carries a scythe for long range. He is physically weak (due to his past) and relies on his comrades for the most part. His baggy clothes help him steal, and he knows his way around the guild and the city, having multiple sources for any information he needs for his job.
Appearance: He is 6’1 (about 185 cm) tall, and he is somewhat slender but still fit. He has several small scars in various places, but the only noticeable one is a small horizontal scar along the top of his right cheek. His eyes are silver, and his hair is a dark blue, almost black. It is around shoulder length and somewhat messy, and he occasionally puts it up on hot days. He wears simple black or brown clothes, consisting of pants and long sleeved shirts, usually with a short black jacket. He sometimes wears a cloak while traveling. His guild mark is on the back of his left shoulder.
Personality: He is somewhat taciturn, though usually converses with others when they choose to speak to him. He is a follower, operating best when under the instruction of others, and doesn’t trust his own judgement in serious situations. He is generally more light-hearted when interacting with the guild, despite his lack of participation in many conversations, but he becomes more serious when on missions. He sometimes expresses a fondness for certain animals, mainly cats. His typical pastimes usually include maintaining his sword or simply watching the other guild members go about their business until he is asked for assistance. His favorite food is deer.
Backstory: He was born to a somewhat wealthy family. His mother and father were both respectable and skilled mages, and his older sister was also considered talented. He lived with his family at their residence, which for reasons unknown to him, was in a rather secluded location, surrounded by wilderness with a few roads scattered through it. Around the age of 4, he discovered his magic while in a fight with his older sister, who was 7 at the time, stealing her magic after drawing blood when he punched her. His family was astounded by his abilities, but soon discovered that it was all he was capable of, as he seemed to be completely incapable of learning any other magic. Not knowing how exactly they should train his natural abilities, they chose not to, figuring it wasn’t absolutely necessary for him to be a mage anyway, and they’d try to find someone who could teach him if he ever expressed the desire, but he never did. Most of his memories from this period consist of him following his older sister around while she played and watching her learn magic. He never really tried to do much with his own power, as he had no particular ambition in life, and had never really learned anything other than to follow his sister and do what his parents told him. He was content with this, however. Shortly after turning 7, this all ended. He never learned exactly who they were or why they came, as he was too young to know such things and his parents didn’t tell him about much, but a group of mages appeared at his family’s household and killed everyone there. His parents fought them but ultimately lost and died. His mother, however, just before dying, used her blood to give him her teleportation magic, and told him to escape. He used her magic to escape with little thought, ending up somewhere in the middle of the wilderness that surrounded his home. He never bothered trying to find his old home, and assumed his sister had been killed in the attack along with his parents. He was exhausted, and wandered the forest for two days before stumbling upon an old man. The man seemed to be a mage traveling through the area, and gave him food, but didn’t ask who he was, only his name and whether he was alone. The boy told him he was alone, to which the man only answered that it was rather regrettable for someone his age to be that way. Not seeing any other options, he chose to follow the man on his journey through the forest, during which time the two didn’t do much but eat and walk. Eventually the man asked him if he knew magic. He told the man about his powers, also discovering that he had permanently retained his mother’s magic, and reasoning that it must have been because she gave it to him. The old man knew a few magics, and decided to show him enforcement magic, before telling the young boy he was giving it to him. The boy was confused but decided to accept the offer, and the old man passed it to him. They spent the next month wandering the forest while the old man taught him how to use enforcement magic properly, as well as fight, until eventually they reached civilization. At this point the he continued to follow the old man, but now he followed him on jobs, hunting monsters mainly, and occasionally mages, refining his abilities along the way. They continued this way, with him following his mentor’s lead for 6 years, until he died. He then set out on his own, continuing to do what he had been doing up to that point, taking jobs for money while wandering the country. His jobs began to include fighting mages more, which caused him to start using his natural power often, and he became somewhat well known for it. After going on this way for 4 years he was approached by (insert Guild here) while in their city, and invited to join. He decided that it would be convenient, and he had gotten tired of traveling, and accepted. He had never been one to refuse offers. He continued working and living with the guild, and has now been a trusted member for 5 years.
Magic: Pickpocket Magic: Allows him to steal other mages’ abilities. If he comes into contact with a mage’s blood, he can take their magic ability. If they have multiple magic powers, he only takes one. He cannot properly use the ability without having seen it used by them before taking it. Stolen abilities cannot be used at full strength, and have a limit on how long he can keep them. If the user was very weak, he can keep the ability for a decent amount of time, but if they were very strong he cannot keep it for very long. The exact time limit varies by person, and when the time limit is reached the ability will return to its original owner. After an ability returns to its owner, he cannot take it again until a day has passed. If a power is given to him willingly, however, he can keep it for as long as he chooses, and use it at full strength. His magic energy is depleted significantly faster than a normal mage’s, so regardless of whether the ability is stolen or given, he tends to use them sparingly and not at full power. He is capable of holding up to 5 abilities, though two of those slots are permanently filled.
Enhancement magic: This ability permanently occupies one of the five slots in his pickpocket magic. It allows him to boost his physical abilities, especially his speed and senses. It is his the only ability he can use for extended periods of time (though he usually doesn’t), and his primary combat tactic, but he cannot keep it active while using other abilities. He typically carries a sword to fight with when he uses the ability, which is also how he usually collects blood.
Teleportation magic: This ability also permanently occupies a slot in his pickpocket magic. It allows him to teleport himself and anyone touching him long distances, but is incredibly exhausting. He usually cannot use it more than once without completely running out of magical energy, especially if he’s transporting other people as well. This ability also requires focus to ensure he is sent to the correct destination. He treats this ability as a last resort for escaping bad situations and practically never uses it.

Backstory:
Most of his childhood is unknown but at some point he learned he had a talent for illusion magic. Using his talent, he joined the Kingdom of Corona military. Due to its raw strength the Kingdom of Corona was considered the strongest of all the great powers. Yukine was a very prominent member and well known among his fellow soldiers, even becoming a legend in the kingdom (believed to be some made up war story by the Kingdoms citizens). During a mission assigned to Yukine and the group he lead, an event known as “the incident” occurred which caused him to labelled a traitor among his Kingdom and ended up being exiled. He now resides within Corona City lazing about doing nothing but staring at the clouds.
Magic/Abilities:
Illusion magic: An illusionist uses their psychic powers to make their enemy feel, see, hear, or smell things that aren't there. Basically, every illusion is dealt through the mind. However if the target is aware that they are under an illusion, it will have no effect.
Real Illusions: If the illusionist wants to take it a step further, they can create real illusions, which instead of the illusion being experienced through the targets mind, it is experienced in reality. In other words the illusion can manifest within the real world. Sometimes the illusionist can turn their real illusion into physical solid objects however this specifically can only be used once a day as it takes an insanely large amount of magic power. The illusionist can materialize themselves using real illusions although their real body can still be hurt when their materialized body is attacked. Using real illusions cost a large amount of magic power and thus can only last 1 hour at max before it reverts to a normal illusion. Materializing physical solid objects can only used for 30 min once a day and once used, the illusionist is has completely exhausted all their magic power. If the illusionist’s mental state is affected by strong emotions (anger, sadness, etc), then they will lose control of their illusions and the enemy will no longer be under the effect of said illusion.
Thanks to his time in the Kingdom's military and intense training, he is a master of hand to hand combat, capable of taking on multiple enemies at once when his illusions fail him.

Shine was born in 756. He is a male character that lived in an area that is filled with poverty. The area also comes with horrific environments as well. Mainly Drought and Tornado. Death was a daily basis. His parents made sure to do everything they can to survive. They were cautious about what they should do and what they couldn't do. Unfortunately, the father died, leaving the mother the only caregiver left. Shine, experience many deaths, including his father, couldn't agree with this. He didn't want to be bound by death, by suffering. The more this happened, the more he refuses to acknowledge death. There was a line he once heard from his father. "Live your life to the fullest, if you do that, you can find happiness and strive an eventful life". And so, Shine did this. He constantly attempts to make sure to live his life the best way he could. He attempted optimistic. When that wasn't enough, he decided to do one thing, be reckless. Through being reckless, he found his life to be enjoyable. Through more of this, he lived a life of Optimism and Reckless. To an extend successfully pushing away death from his mind. This is not to say that he values life. This is an important factor that is noted. It's rather he pushed death so far away from his mind, he became indifferent about it when it happened. No matter who died, he can always live on cause "hey, I'm still alive!". There is however an incident that came from this behavior. A tornado was coming. His mother was constantly getting money. She managed to get enough money where she can transport her and her son out of here. However, since the tornado came so sudden, both her and Shine came left their house, along with the money. Realizing this, after getting away from the tornado, decided to make a quick dash for it. The idea was suicidal. It was clear it was a strong tornado. Enough to easily rip the low-quality houses away and send them out flying. Shine didn't care, he went in anyway. He sincerely believed he can grab the money and leave before the tornado comes. While he did grab the money, Shine was in a situation where he must dodge the debris that was being thrown out of the tornado. got hit. Luckily, the debris was very small. Shine This luck was still wasn't enough. For the impact was strong enough to push Shine down and have his back majorly aching. Death was soon about to come and get him. His mother, however, came in and attempted to make sure he was in a spot where he was safe by debris. The tornado was moving west. Shine and his mother were in the southwest so the tornado wouldn't be able to reach them. Shine was safe. He survived with the money in his hand. He can now leave the poverty town to go live a better life. His mother, lay rest under the debris.
Shine went to an obscure city he never know of. Despite that, it was better than his old home. The environment was less harsh and the city isn't in poverty. While his remaining money helped him get required needs, Shine was running out of money. Because of this, he had to find a way to make money. He also didn't have a home either, so he was homeless. One day, he was kidnapped by an organization to fight in an arena. This unknown organization keeps the people who they have kidnapped and can train to fight. They are however trapped in a cell that is 12x12 feet and width. Shine was forced to fight to survive for those who win gained food and necessary resources. Those who managed to learn magic or already has magic, wears a wristband that disables the usage of magic during prison time.. Magic is allowed to be used in the arena. The wristband makes sure the usage of magic is reduced significantly. Shine had a friend who manage to taught him the explosion art style. He also learned a bit of Magic barriers for protection when facing other magic users. After a year, in his 19, Shine decided he wanted to escape. The plan is to cut off his hand by using a hand-made shiv. After that, he used his ability to break out and attempt to have his friend escape too. The best way they could have escape is by having others who were prison to be free. Causing a prison riot. Through this, he managed to escape. His friend suffered the fate of death however. Shine, 21 years old now, decided to go to the Corona City. There, he will join a guild called Elvish Heart for he wishes to finally settle down where he can put his usage to work.

Backstory: Ryohan was born to a family with 5 other children, in a dirt poor section of the nation.Their father had taken ill and was bedridden and their mother brought in their only income as a laundress, the only work available to her. He was a construction worker, doing extremely laborious work for a pittance to provide for his family. He constantly brawled with the street toughest of his city, taking many wounds, on perceived slights to himself and his family. Until one day he was defeated with one strike from Mokichi, the mage who would eventually teach Ryohan how to use his magic and the boxing techniques he would fight with. He joined a guild against his master’s wishes, as he hates guild and Ryo affects not really care either way, as it is “just a way to earn , but he secretly wishes to test himself against the strongest things that exist, whatever they may be.
Magic: Ryohan’s Magic is called “Latent Strike”, which is also the name of his premier technique. He uses the energy contained within his very cells, along with his natural magic energy. But he uses this energy to reconstruct his body. This enhances their use in a specific way. For example, he can temporarily rearrange the photoreceptors in his eyes and add new matter with his magic to make him able to perceive wavelengths far beyond what a normal human could comprehend. The more complicated the change, the more magic it takes. But in effect, Ryo’s body is his unchallenged domain. The only limit is his knowledge and imagination. It is extremely exhausting for him to use his magic. He also has a comparatively low magical reserve to most other mages.

Backstory: Once a royal in the Victoria court he was raised by a father who was a famous painter and an impressive mage. However when his father disappeared Romulus was cast out when he accused the court of sabotage he then took up a life of Mercenary work. As a royal he specialized in dark magic and was taught dark Ecriture by his father before he disappeared. Ever since then he dedicated his life to find out where his father went, through traveling as a Mercenary and following any and all leads on his father, and looking for evidence of Victoria's royal court of sabotage and why.
Magic: Dark Ecriture
Dark Écritureis a Caster Magic and a type of Letter Magic and Eye Magic involving the usage of writing runes for various effects.
It is a form of Letter Magic that allows the caster to write runes, sometimes without a writing tool such as a pen or a quill,for various types of effects. Essentially, the spells used for this Magic works only on what the caster writes with it; in other words, what they write goes as follows, making it a sort of "rule" in using Dark Écriture.
The properties of the Magic is centered on the writing of the runes; however, if rewritten correctly, the effects will change.The runes must be written on a person for the effects to take place.
The runes can be written for different purposes, and offensively can be cast upon an opponent to inflict either physical or mental injury. The caster can also conjure dark elemental magic or the like .Death is also a possible effect.However, simple usage of this Magic that is convenient for the user, such as flight can also be used. Another type of spell is actual transformation, in which the caster is able to transform themselves and be granted a different appearance, even strength.

By inscribing runes into their opponent the caster can change the type of magic they use randomly except for their previous magic or Dark Ecriture. The duration of the spell is dependent on the magic power put into it

This spell us dependent on the spells the caster knows, and cannot be used with runes which spells the caster doesn't know. As a rule the more runes/spells put into a Lightless Poem the more magic required to cast it.
