Atlas is a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. He is relatively sarcastic, and occasionally tries to drop a really bad joke or two. He's a pretty caring person, despite the power that he was born with. Despite his rather loud behavior, Atlas is actually pretty observant. Given, he can't see everything. But, if there's a secret, it could very well be found by him at some point in time. Atlas spent a majority of his life with a foster family; never knowing the faces or names of his blood family. He was pretty happy there; they never mistreated him, nor he had any reason to leave. Things were a bit lonely, seeing as though he was the only kid in the house, and they were off working most of the time. However, that bit kind of changed when high school came around. He had been recruited into the Fae Blood School, and that's about it.

Ayane is basically that one person that everyone gets along with. She's sweet, a bit quiet, and almost always knows exactly what to do. Well, that's what it looks like on the outside, anyways. In reality, she's nothing short of manipulative and selfish. Ayane doesn't care who she uses, as long as she gets what she wants in the end. She may seem like she has a soft side, but there isn't really any remorse that she has left for anyone.

Background:
Aya had a relatively normal and mundane life. Before joining Fae Blood, nothing out of the ordinary happened. But, after getting a taste of power, she couldn't get enough. Unfortunately, her attempts to gain as much as she could completely failed. She only ended up getting half of what she wanted, and had to retreat with the looming fact of defeat over her head. However, ever since that one incident, the girl has been waiting for another opportunity to strike. And, either fortunately or unfortunately for the students, she's just about ready to try again.

His eyes are a sky blue and his hair is a soft red; he has a jagged, messy looking scar from beneath his left arm, crossing the left side of his chest and down just past the end of the ribcage (the scar, being recent, still hurts to touch and he continues to keep it hidden).
Personality:
Shion is kind and tries his best to remain polite no matter what. Not known to snap, but definitely could. He's a little bit naïve and does his best to help people, but is the type that can get easily flustered. He's nice to everyone he meets, but can act rash from time to time should the situation call for it. Sometimes he's a bit clumsy and panicked, but if need be can pull the hero; he wants to help people, no matter what.
He's also a bit scared of people because of an incident with his mother, so there are times when he behaves cautiously and reserved.

Shion was just that normal kid that you'd see everywhere. Sure, he had supernatural abilities, but what could you do right? Only thing is that his parents weren't all that human; his father was, but his mother was not, possessing the same abilities Shion possesses today.
He was always fairly weak with his powers except when he used these dark steel coins his father gifted to him, launching them like projectiles and basically taking on the form of a human railgun (as time goes on, he can do more stuff - some of which don't even need the coins). However, there was always a problem in his family and that was his mother.
Shion was always a bit afraid of his mother, seeing as how she always had such high and demanding expectations of him and his abilities. When he was 12, his mother "snapped" on him, insulting him to the very core and asking whatever God existed why her son was so weak, so useless, so pathetic. And, seeing as how she herself wasn't normal, a paddle punishment would not do; she unleashed a sort of hell storm on Shion with the bloodlust and driven intent to actually kill him.
But he was also different and survived. Scarred emotionally, mentally, and physically, but he survived - it's hard to tell an incident like that had happened because of his usual, soft smile.
When he was accepted by the Academy, he was excited to actually become stronger and meet all sorts of people like him; Shion even dared to think that it was the best thing to have happened to him.

His main goal is to get strong enough to go back home and save his kind-hearted father from his "nutty" mother.

Lil can come off rude and mean, when first meeting her. She doesn't mean to have such a hard outer shell, but she doesn't want to get hurt. If you are able to get past her rude and obscene comments, then you will be able to see a goofy and passionate person. Also one second Lil could be happy go lucky and then crying on the floor, in a snap of a finger. As long as she takes her medication, her mood will stay in check, actually for the most part you won't know what kind of mood she is. She kind of likes to hide back all of her emotions. When you become friends with Lil, you'll always be having a good time. Lil also can be quite stubborn and when she wants something her way, she will have it her way.

Lil's father couldn't stand to look at Lil anymore since she resembled her mother, her father ended up sending her to Fae Blood Academy. One so her father didn't have to look at her and two so Lil wouldn't have the same fate as her mother.

Aaron is incredibly cold towards everyone around him, far too cold for a young boy to be. He never smiles or laughs at all, and it's hard for others to even meet his icy stare without feeling like they're in the wrong for being happy. The depression that's overtaken Aaron is so strong that it borders on being destructive, though inwardly or outwardly it's hard to tell. He didn't used to be like that though. Aaron is naturally a cheerful and mischievous kid who loves playing outdoors and competing with other kids his age.

He used to talk to plants for long periods of time, as if holding entire conversations or even debates with them. He closes his eyes when he's frightened.
Background:
While he was born into a perfectly average family, Aaron was at least to some small degree aware of his affinity for plants all his life. He always loved putting seeds into little cups of dirt and watching as the plants grew. Beside his hobby, Aaron was completely normal growing up. Who knows how long it would have been before he discovered his ability if not for the accident. It was just a couple of days before Christmas when there was a fire in the house. Apparently the tree caught fire and it spread throughout the house. Aaron was the only one home at the time, so there's only his story to go by. He somehow managed to get out of the house without serious burns, but the right side of his face was covered in shards of glass and he ended up losing his right eye. After he woke up in the hospital his parents barely spoke to him or even looked at him before sending him away to Fae Blood Academy.

Ability: Spirit. Gemelo can see the souls of the dead and the living. He can leave his body and let his spirit companion, Ego, to take control. While he was alive, Ego can control fire and can manifest this ability while in Gemelo's body. But since Gemelo's body is too weak, Ego will only be able to control his body for a limited time. While outside his body, Gemelo may also try to push another's soul out of it's body and borrow it temporarily but it almost never works.

The boy's first memories were being in an unknown research facility with his brother Gerald. He doesn't remember who he was or where he came from, but the adults in the building told him that they were simply 'healing his sick brother'. But in reality, the scientists in this facility know that his brother, Gerald, has a dormant ability of pyromancy and they were trying to awaken it to reverse engineer it for military purposes. They succeeded in doing so, but Gerald couldn't control it and ended up burning the facility.
The boy miraculously survived along with another scientist who was against the actions of his co-workers and decided to hide him from the government. His powers awoken when he was thirteen and the spirit who first possessed him called himself Ego. Strangely, the boy gains the ability to control fire when Ego takes over his body. With the possibility that the government is still looking for him, the scientist decided to enroll him in the Academy as a pyromancer and changed his name to Gemelo.
