1.I am currently hosting a roleplay called "Political Intrigue Roleplay", where you take the role of the ruler of a kingdom called to a conference and enter a game of manipulation to get the biggest slice of the cake. It is set in medieval era and each kingdom is a faction of it's own, so it fits your request.
2.If you're looking for an rp, do not post it here. Roleplay searches are for the interest check sections of each genre, on the boards.

My RP is a detailed nation builder called "lost continent: flight from muurdaan"... It's medieval and the wood elves, high elves and lizard guys are somewhat reminiscent of WH, in at least those races are involved. But it's really non-affiliated medieval. If you're interested find it in the nation building Rps, and follow procedure to apply.
