Video Game Fandoms
Let me be blunt: I am very picky about these, because Square Enix has destroyed some of my loves (Final Fantasy VII, X, and Kingdom Hearts). I've sworn off buying their new games. That said, I do love these classics, and not all of these are Squeenix related. Some of these I have ideas for, some of these I do not, and I am open to other ideas, too.
So, what will you find here?

So, if any of these fandoms interest you, take a look at what I have to offer! If not, I'm sorry - I don't play as many games as I used to, haha.
Without further ado, below are my rules, and then what plots (if any) that I have for the above mentioned fandoms!
Rules:
1. Don't God-Mod. In other words, don't make my character speak, don't make my character, don't make my character take damage, and don't control my character. If you want something to go a certain way for plot purposes, just PM me and ask. Usually, I accept "god-modding" during travel and the like. It is usually acceptable to assume movement if a character is already committed to the journey.
2. Please be able to play both genders, and play multiple roles. Your main character(s) may be just male or just female, but I expect all the side characters and NPCs to have life and flavor, too.
3. On the note of characters: I will always play one female character. So, be aware of that. With that said, I usually also always play one male character, and I do MxM, MxF, and FxF pairings, though I prefer MxF.
4. I only RP on threads, so no PM rps with me. So that I know you’ve read the rules this far, please tell me about your favorite food!
5. Please be able to write more than a couple of sentences as responses to me. I have tried to do “simple” RPs, but I end up not feeling motivated to respond or continue the RP. I will need you to be able to write a paragraph or two, each post, at least.
6. PM if you are interested. The only reason for you not to PM me is if you cannot do so due to the fact you haven't reached 24 hours/10 posts.
Guidelines:
1. I do not like to be hassled for posts. Especially if I have already posted that day or the day before. Do not bother me for posts until at least two days have passed. Otherwise, I will start to resent our RP and lose interest in it.
2. I enjoy OOC talk, however I will not respond to "hi" or "-poke-" or equivalents. Have substance to the chatter, even if it just asking "How are you?".
3. Do not bump our thread if I have not posted. I will not post out of spite. I have a problem with this, I acknowledge it, I'm not fixing it.
4. On that matter, please keep OOC to PMs and not on our IC thread. IC is for posting. If you have a question, concern, or comment, just shoot me a PM.
5. In general, I do not enjoy immediate romances or "slice-of-life" RPs, so do not come to me expecting I'll do either. I may make rare exceptions.

Kingdom Hearts: Only KH, KH:CoM, and KH2 are canon. Limited Keybearers. More magic, more darkness, more light, more final fantasy, less hearts.

1. First and Foremost, I only play with the idea that the only games that are canon are "Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts 2". This is because the other games seem to contradict lore established (the keyblade chooses the master) and is overall a frustrating mess to me.
2. Keyblades. At most there will only be 5 Keyblade masters, and if we're playing with Sora and crew, Sora and Riku will be counted as Keyblade masters.
So, those are my main stipulations when it comes to Kingdom Hearts. For plots, I have these ideas:
1. Play the story of Kingdom Hearts, but include OCs alongside canons, and derail it terribly/wonderfully.
2. Play prior to Kingdom Hearts, and perhaps build into that plot, but tell the story of how Aerith is alive. FF7 fans know what I'm talking about.
3. Play post-Kingdom Hearts 2, and introduce a new threat. I have an idea for the "Nobles of Dark Hearts" (gender neutrality~) that could lead to the true path to darkness/world of darkness, and cause some chaos.
4. "World Order". For some reason I got an idea of Kain Highwind (FF4) being in charge of a group of Red Wings who actually are in charge of enforcing the World Order stuff, and that sounded fun to play with. I'm not sure of a larger plot or how we'd want to involve it (or if we just want to include it alongside the other three noted plots) but it could be fun!
5. ??? I'm open to your ideas, please just let me know!

Final Fantasy VIII: The mystery of Hyne. New SeeDs. The Stories of the Guardian Forces. Sorceress and Knight.
Basically, in doing an FF8 RP, I intend to utilize the world and the lore, but gut most of the characters. I also want to muck with the lore a bit, and have Gardens exist right after (or during the war) the great sorceress Adel was put away, thus removing Edea from the mix. I may also want to remove Ultimecia, I’m not too sure yet, but I’d rather not follow along the exact same story as the game.
I want the RP to explore Hyne, the Guardian Forces, and Sorceresses more than the game. I’m picturing Hyne right now as a future antagonist, so head’s up, and there may be someone before him. I love the idea of playing with the Knight/Sorcerer or Knight/Sorceress dynamic (honestly, I'm so down with a male Sorcerer if anyone wants it, haha), so I'd love to include that sort of relationship in this - it need not be "romantic", they can be buds instead, but I want it. I crave it. I was also quite fascinated by Ultimecia creating a Guardian Force, so I definitely want to explore their legacy and history in this. I would love to link up the idea of the Guardian Forces coming into existence as a powerful form of magic created by the sorcerers/sorceresses to protect their Knight, and work from there.

So, I loved the X, XII, VII, and IX games, but I have no plots for playing in those worlds, except a few things.
If we do X, it would be an entirely OC cast, and focus on a new summoner and their traveling party. Likely either under the assumption that Yuna failed and/or never existed, or Pre-Yuna. So it'd sort of be a retelling of the main story.
IX, I would love to play along with the canons, but I have no ideas.
XII, I'm thinking post the main game. I haven't played Revenant Wings and likely won't. I'd love to play more with the deities, since...by the gods, they have gods! And rebels! Let's make this epic, people!
VII, honestly...if we can forget that Genesis and Crisis Core were ever a thing, I might like to play with this. 7 was my first love, but the sequels and prequels started to ruin it for me. Crisis Core was the last nail in that coffin, after i saw the Genesis in Nibelheim scene.

With Devil May Cry, I've only played games 1-3, and cosplayed as Vergil. I hated and loved Vergil so much. I'd obviously want to have a plot that involves him, and I'm pretty sure i can handle happy-go-lucky Dante. I'm up for your plot ideas! Perhaps Dante returns to hell to save his brother?
Fallout, I do want to play it in Chicago, but ignoring the lore that the games have already set up. I have some ideas for "new" factions: set up something like Megaton on Navy Pier, something like the New Vegas strip around Trump Tower, and get some other interesting things going on.
Resident Evil, this would likely be heavily OC-based. I'd like to play with another squad that was in Raccoon City, but "post" Raccoon City. Throw them into new chaos. We'd have to build the squad, I'm thinking a STARS team, too, and figure out what we're doing with them. Lots of freedom and room to work with.
