SKELETON
A full legal name for your character. They don't have to remember it, but I still require it.
This would be something they are called most often, relating to what they are known for, their reputation. A codename.
Any other names, nicknames you or others may have for them.
Cannot be younger than 18. Keep in mind the younger your character is the less time they were able to be experimented on. Your characters have spent no less than 3 years at the prison/lab.
Self-explanatory.
Explain what your character looks like, including any transformations they may have. Things like their height, weight, hair, eyes, etc. As clothes go, their captors don't care about what they were/are wearing - if they are wearing anything at all after the clothes they were abducted in deteriorated. For the sake of not having a bunch of Garden of Eden going on, I'm going with a sort of stretchable, semi-accommodating 'suit' that in my brain looks like a wetsuit was applicated after being nude proved defective (exposure). More on this suit will be explained, but it's not fancy, and their are not stylizations provided or accessible. You are free to talk about what styles they would wear before being abducted.
Where did the orb travel and end up inside their body before it 'dissolved?'
Explain what the experiments have done to your character from being human. What abilities, physical, mental, etc they have. There should be limits and weaknesses. Pain, loss of control, and fears are not sufficient enough limitations by themselves, something more tangible must also be able to counter them effectively (Ex. fire melts ice).
Tell me about your character. What are some traits about their personality that are favorable, and some not so much. I'm not asking if they can shoot good or are great in combat- that is not personality. Are the extroverted or are they reserved. Impatient or as cool as a cucumber. Feel free to add things like hobbies they used to have
This is the general timeline of things to help guide you;
I. characters' lives before abduction.
(their normal human life, whether it was tragic, mundane, going great; an idea of what their life had been like before "shit hit the fan." Your characters don't have to remember their past, but we still wanna know about it. Past relationships, school majors, occupations.)
II. characters' abduction.
(you can talk about the event when they are abducted, how it happened, but you cannot detail the appearances of the staff/abductors, as this remains fuzzy to everyone. Your character would also not know anything about what the place looks like on the outside or it's location.)
III. experimentation on characters.
(you are free to explain some of the experiments if you wish, what they did, etc. Your experiment may have interacted with other experiments too, but it's unlikely they are the same ones you character will meet in the thread due to most interactions transpiring as fatal events out of fear, aggression, and or survival (thus ending in close calls if not death). Characters were not being altered to be a friendly face, and if they were it was for ulterior motives. I will suggest if you did want them having met other experiments that they were of the same or similar cloth as a way of your character being tested to be the best slice of bread.)
IV. characters' forced to ingest the glowing green orb.
(this has been written for you already in the interest check, but you can include your character's own mental, emotional struggle if you'd like. This is also the 'fin' of your characters background for the time being as the next phase will be the start of the roleplay.)
Anything else you would like to add, be it theme songs, hobbies (note your characters would not necessarily be given the materials to cater to your hobbies, at least the ones from before their abduction).
Unless your character was training, in the military PRIOR to being experimented on, the only combat experience they would have is from their close calls with another experiment. Please keep this in mind, it's not a requirement, everyone doesn't need to be a military hard-ass and there is room for training and learning in the future.
