Experienced Newcomer - Hello! ^_^

Hello all! : )


My name's Firebrand, nice to meet ya.  I'm brand-spankin' new to the site, but am a very experienced writer and role-player.  I've been writing for oh.. over 6 years now, I believe.  But even before that, I was constantly making up stories in my head.  Still do, when I'm too lazy to put them down on paper.


I've been role-playing for about 4 or 5 years now, and I'm a very detailed writer.  Quality over quantity though, I always say.  Depending on my partner, and the plot, I can go from one paraph, to oh... 6 +   I prefer to play female characters, though I do have a few male characters as well, and am not opposed to doubling up.  Though, with roleplays where I play two characters or more, my posts will likely be shorter due to the time and energy needed to write it.


I look forward to meeting you all though, and hopefully writing with a lot of you!  I'm itching to get my hands on a good story, so please, if you have anything in mind, or are interested in starting a story with me, don't be afraid to hit me up.  Hopefully I'll be able to get my request thread up soon, so then I can tell you a little more about my writing style and interests.


I can't wait to begin plotting and writing with some of you.  See you on the flip side!  ^ _ ^

Haha, welcome though. I'll be watching you. Quite the fantasy devotee myself, so I'll see what you join and wish I had time to follow suit. Please do make yourself at home and jump in wherever you see something you like.


Oh, and stalk the users you think are good writers. Usually they'll connect you to more good writers.

I'm a big fan of fantasy myself, so perhaps we'll be seeing each other again.  And haha, thanks for the tip.  I'll be sure to heed your advice

I'm not that into fandoms myself, though it depends on my mood and what the fandom is.  I am however, very big on fantasy and historical RPs.  I also enjoy the occasional modern roleplay -- depending on the plot -- and stories with post-apocalyptic themes.

i don't believe i have ever done a historical RP, but i have been in so many RPs that never got off the ground so who the fuck knows. but anyway, i would be more then happy to do a fantasy roleplay with you. Also i love me some post-apocalyptia (zombies apocalypse holds a special place in my heart. along with nuclear fallout)
