Existing Rifts game looking for more players

I have a Rifts Palladium system game that is currently recruiting for some more players. The game is down to just a couple of active players, and while I can run with just them, I would like to have a couple more people added in to help round out the roster of the team. The game is open to just about anything in the Palladium system, be it from the Robotech world, Heroes Unlimited, or the Rifts Ultimate Edition book.

I do require that any character you bring in to be of a good alignment to be able to work well with the rest of the existing players.

I would love to have you in the game. Do you have any experience with Rifts/Palladium system?

I have experience with Rifts in Savage Worlds and the Robotech Palladium game.

My knowledge of the map and factions is pretty shallow but in the game I have played I've encountered:
Coalition (Foot soldiers, combat cyborgs, Glitterboys)
Federation of Magic (Golems, mages, et cetera)
Tomorrow Legion (Player Faction, I play a Cyber Knight)
The Zerg like monsters (the spelling of their name escapes me)

Anything specific to the campaign I can probably pick up on quickly.

I don't have any of the palladium rifts books.

 

[Sherwood]

Well, we can either use Dropbox to share the skads of books that I have, or if you have an idea of what you'd like to run, I can generate the sheet for you. Which would you prefer?

I may end up using a generated sheet in the end, but I will probably need the books anyway.

Just sayin', the Alpha fighter from the Invid Invasion/Shadow Chronicles setting has 60 short range missiles on it for lots of rockets . . .

lol If you want, Charlise would be welcome. Its up to you. The downside to running a mecha-based character is the need for repairs and resupply. But if you let me tie you into the team's patron, you can get some of that taken care of for you.

I can also make up a new one. Not sure what story you got going on.

What sort of patron we talking about? And what sort of ties?

He is a elder dragon that is a part of the ruing counsel of the city of Dweomer. If you are ok with it, you would be one of his prize followers that he has taken under his wing.

So crashes from space into dragon cave. Dragon likes. Dragon adopts. Dragon teaches. And dragon pays the repair bill?

That's just crazy enough to work.

What's the odds of a mousy girl like that surviving ing rifts? Cause shes got a much more caustic and gung-ho sister if that is a better fit.

Hmm. She might be able to fit in fairly well. The quiet part of her could be a good offset for the crazy of the setting. But if you want to have her more aggressive, that's cool. Its your character to play.
