Note that Skills are general until level 3. From level 4 onward, choose a Focus - a particular area of the Skill where your character has put in extra practice. You can have multiple Foci, and the cost is the same every time you buy a new one.

Next, choose 3 Advantages. These are reflections of your background, education, and social role.
For your Familiarity, choose 3 Social Skills and a situation in which they are specially honed - for example, Courtly Manners or Criminal Gangs.
For your Knowledge, choose 3 Mental Skills and a field of study or academic practice where they are particularly focused - for example, Manatech or Crime Scene Investigation
For your Training, choose EITHER 3 Physical Skills and a particular style of engagement (or disengagement) where they're most practiced - for example, Sniping or Brawling
OR choose a Martial Art that you qualify for and select the appropriate Techniques.

Finally, apply static values like Health, Condition, or other and calculate dervied stats like the combat block according to the below list

Anu'u is a small dark skinned woman. She used to move like she was trying to disappear, but she knows her current appearance is just too weird to do that. Instead she tends to exaggerate the creep factor and walk with dedication. Like all spiritseers her eyes are milky white, lacking any pupils. They darken and sometimes flash with lightning when she is calling on her powers or gets emotional. Various burn scars are splattered over her body, most are from actual fire, but on her forearm they make an intricate web, like a lightning scar. These sizzle and branch out when she is using her lightning powers. Most of these scars are covered by an old dark red robe, bound to her hip by ribbons in the colors of the rainbow, which always seem to flutter in the wind even inside or when there is none. Lastly, you never see her feet as they are always covered in a cloud, it spreads around it a few inches before dissipating into the ground.

Unleashed is a lightning spirit bound to a whip, where it extends the range of her shocking attack. First he was bound to a bad storm spirit, but Anu'u ate her.

Puddle is a meek rain spirit residing in a flask, which it can fill up with fresh water once a day. Anu'u can call on puddle to make enough fresh water to fill a barrel, but this would free him from his duty.

Drizzle can heal people equal to willpower. She takes the form of a droplet amulet around Anu'u's neck. She will be freed after two uses.

A feather with a Crow spirit in it, which will summon her former mentor to her when released.

Ariel (Storm spirit) was a temperamental summer storm acting on her whims. Crow helped Anu'u tame her and beat her, so she could be absorbed. Now Anu'u is capable of sending lightning through her touch (damage equal to willpower). She can call on lightning and thunder around her to look more menacing (adding +2 bearing when intimidating someone) and she can will her voice to boom like thunder. Harnessing the storm is not easy though, as evidenced by the expanding lightning scars from where she uses her lightning (mostly her forearms) and a constant smell of ozone around her. In order to not let the energy leave her she cannot touch the ground.

Cilie (Mist spirit) was a wallowing force that lingered in the jungle and was almost thankful to be devoured by Anu'u. Anu'u has a permanent +2 to stealth and to evade. Once a day she can expand the mist around her, giving anyone in it a +1 to stealth and a -1 to ranged. In return a sliver of mist always conceals her feet, covering her whole body when she uses the powers. Her skin always looks like it's humid, even in a desert.

One time, Anu'u was on a ship and they stranded in an area without wind. It was hard to endure and they almost ran out of water and food before the wind picked up again. After this she wanted to prepare for this eventuality, so she sought out a windspirit to consume and found Kaisa. Now Anu'u can hover or fly up to 10 feet in the air. She can also create gusts of wind to funnel into the sails or do minor stuff like moving leaves and cloth or putting out small fires. Her hair and the ribbons around her waste always seem to flutter in the wind and her way of talking always sounds very airy. When she is physically tired she seems normal as her skin is always whet and she never seems to run out of breath. She does get flushed though.
Background

Anu'u was born into the Rainwalker tribe under a night rainbow. Rainbows would have a strong connection between the real world and the spirit world and so would this newborn girl. And fair enough, she did not look like a normal baby. Her eyes were covered by a thin layer of skin. The tribe had heard the stories, but had never seen it up close. They cut away the skin to discover that her eyes were completely white. Although they were a little frightened they decided to keep her, so they would not anger the gift of birth from the Rainwalker. She did not grow up like the other children either. She was fairly reserved and just as content with talking to animals and stuff as she was playing with the other kids. The tribe was very uncomfortable around her and rumors were spreading. She was often excluded or bullied, but she created quite thick skin and turned to spirits to console her.

Three run-ins with other tribes formed her. First, their tribe was attacked the Rapine Lash Tribe and several of her clan were taken. Anu'u was told that they had to in order to appease their patron, but she did not understand. Why did some have to serve, while others held the power? Why wouldn't Rainwalker help her people? Then they had a run-in with the Ashwalkers and she became infatuated with one of their stories of how and old tribe member once ate a fire spirit to help them through the winter. She was inspired by this selfless act and was starting to think that she might be like him. The next time they ran into the Rapine Lash Tribe, they managed to make a treaty. They would get a certain Khuabara and leave the rest of the tribe alone. Anu'u felt betrayed and acted in retaliation. She harnessed the local spirits and drove off the group of Rapine Lash members. She felt triumphant and thought the tribe had to be thankful and accept her back with open arms. However, the opposite was true, her acts confirmed the fears they had had all along. She was not natural, an evil creature outside of the hierarchy. They drove her off, banished forever.

She traveled the jungle on her own, guided by spirits she bound to her. She was hurt, betrayed by her people for what she was born with. She was looking for the former Ashwalker to teach her and to find somewhere to belong. And she actually found him, a man named Crow, as signified by the large beak he had. He was reluctant to teach her, but Anu'u was very persistent. He was very hard on her and Anu'u still caries some nasty burns to prove it. He told her that all power comes at a cost and that those in power had a responsibility to care for those under them. Most higher in the hierarchy did not however, and had to be held accountable. Individuals like Crow had to stand up and demand the higher ups to care more. It was very risky, but sacrifices would have to be made for all. Anu'u could become one of these people too. She listened more and more to these whispers and became convinced that that was who she needed to be. When Crow felt like he had taught her all he could, he guided her in defeating a lightning spirit and consuming it.

They stayed together for a little while after that, but the priests of the slumbering Godhead were closing in. They decided to split up, so either had a better chance of surviving. Anu'u does not know what happened to Crow, as she has not seen him since. She accumulated some more power within the jungle before she was driven out to the islands. She made a name for herself helping out ships by controlling the weather and calling storms upon their enemies. She is now known as Searing Ann, the eye of the storm.
