Just a quick update, for those of you that are looking for a more civil war-focused feel in an Exalted game:
In the MUSH, notices are going up everywhere that Mnemon has declared herself Empress--and was confirmed in her declaration by the Chambers of the Deliberative, Regent Fokuf, and Cathak Cainan himself.
The other Houses have reacted in good form for the Great Houses of the Realm: they're circling warily, looking for a chance to bring the Second Empress down from her lofty perch and seat themselves firmly on the Scarlet Throne.
