Appearance


Jason is about 6'2" tall and has a medium build that is lightly muscled. He dresses in a casual style trying to balance what feels comfortable with what looks decent; a little on the preppy-looking side though it does not match Jason's personality. His eyes are hazel, tending more towards a green colour than a brown one and he has chestnut brown hair and a near constant stubble (though he usually doesn't commit to growing a beard).










Personality

Jason's mother died young so when his father became deaf after an accident, he found himself learning sign language and learning how to support others. He was about eleven when he began being the one that his father leaned on and he helped his father cope so he grew up fairly quickly and matured faster than his peers. Due to his history and his work, Jason tends to be very nurturing and compassionate. He is always able to see both sides of people in an argument and tends to be very perceptive regarding the emotions of others. His main goal in life is to help others and he abhors all kinds of conflict, often being too peaceful when it comes to arguing and a little too passive (he often regrets the things that he didn't do or didn't say). He generally is very friendly and is quite outgoing and physically very expressive, often making grand gestures with his hands as he talks and he is pretty good at communicating without words, though this can also be a problem since he is unable to keep his emotions off of his face and his mood can be read fairly easily. He is quick to fall in love, but painfully slow to fall out of it.



History

Jason's mother died in a car crash when he was about three or four years old and he lived happily with his father until Jason was ten years old and his father got into an accident at work and suffered a sensorineural hearing loss and was essentially deaf. He started learning sign language with his father to help the problems with communication and hearing that his father now faced. Even though learning to sign had been a necessity, Jason picked it up quite quickly and delighted in having his own private language with his father. He loved the fascinated looks that others gave him as the two of them signed, but he decided to make signing a lifetime career after his father began showing signs of depression following the accident. Jason became his father's biggest confidante due to his ability to sign and through helping his father come to terms with his hearing loss, he learned the pleasure of helping others.

She was petite but her body was toned from being a model. She always worked out to keep in shape. Sam also normally wore leggings ankle boots and dresses with belts. She had all the latest trends being a model. She could be a girly girl girl and yeah it bugged people, but she could also be a tom boy. She liked to hang out with guys better. History


Sam was always a fun loving child. Her parents always encouraged her to follow her dreams. She actually had a wonderful child hood till she turned 16 then her teen hormones kinda drive her. She was a crazy teen and thought that she was better then everyone else. When she hit her junior year her mother died to breast cancer and she finally fell back to earth. She now worked out and did a lot of modeling gigs that were for Cancer.


When she was 19 she fell for the perfect guy for her. There relationship was the best, they got a long and they actually agreed on everything. Though there parents hated the person they were dating. They tried to deal with it, but her brother tried to beat up her other half.It was time for them to part separate ways. It hurt and she would love more then anything to get back with him. They were together for 7 years. So the wound was still fresh for her. She was just trying to move on it has been about a year and still stung for her.


Sam wanted to come to the island to hopefully find someone to move on and make her feel normal again. She wanted him,but that wasn't going to work out. So she thought maybe going to the island would work. She didn't know she be seeing her ex maybe.

History


Growing up, Kris didn't have the best home situation. Sure, she was rich considering her mother was the CEO of some company, but that didn't mean a thing to her at the time.Her father was always drinking and her mother was always working. As she got older, she found that that only got worse. When she turned 18 she moved out, went to college, and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice at the age of 22. A few weeks after she turned 24 she got a call saying that her mother was sick. Though she didn't have the best of relationships with her mother, she was on the first airplane out to her hometown. When she got to the hospital her mother had already passed, but she later found out that her mother left a large trust fund in her name.


Because of her trust issues, she never quite got over the feeling that her boyfriend/girlfriend was cheating on her. She would always pick fights with them, thinking that every time they got home late, they had been cheating on her.


They were together for 3 years before the other finally had enough, and they broke up 1 year ago.


Kris came to this island to relax, considering she's always working, and to hopefully find another person to share her life with. One she wouldn't mess it up with.

She was born in a slightly richer family but nothing special, she didn't have any maids or butler or anything like that. Her parents were strict though and very overprotective, so protective that she didn't know what periods were until her second one. That's why she had only one boyfriend in her life, and why she was having such a hard time now that they were not together. She wanted to come to the island though to get away from her friends and parents, constantly setting her up or trying to make her talk to guys she doesn't want to. Virginia has long ginger colored hair that has a natural wave to it, though she likes to keep her hair straight as a pin. Of all the things Virginia loves most about herself is how tall she is, 6'0 to be exact. VinVin's eyes are a steely powerful blue-grey color, and at times can appear to be looking directly into your soul.


On a regular basis Virginia likes to wear skinny jeans, that complement her curvy and slightly muscular frame, of all colors along with band t-shirts. Nothing makes her more happy than slipping on a pair of Converse, and let me tell you she has plenty. That's usually where the majority of her money goes when she's not spending it on art supplies.


Virginia is overall a very toned woman, nothing will stop her daily workout routine which usually includes yoga and a 6 mile run.

She tries her best to keep her chin up, though she can't help but feel depressed sometimes. On the outside Virginia wants you to think that she is absolutely perfect, but on the inside she is really cracked and broken. She's had plenty of emotional turmoil throughout the years, but who hasn't? Virginia is a bit bipolar, she does have anger issues, but they aren't as bad as they used to be when she was younger. When she was in her teenage years or so she had an extremely short fuse, but she's been through a few anger management classes and they have honestly helped her a lot.


Ever since she was able to understand English she's always loved watching people and the way they act, the human species has always fascinated her. When meeting new people she doesn't like to jump in head first into a conversation, she likes to observe them and 'plan' what she is going to say next. When getting ready to talk to someone she likes to repeat what she is going to say in her head a few times, that way she doesn't start stuttering over her words like an idiotic fool. But sometimes she can't help it, she'll get caught off guard and someone will ask her a question and then she'll have a small panic attack before stuttering out an answer.




History::

When she was younger people always called her a freak because of, not only how tall she is, but also the fact that she's a redhead. In high school she was the weird one, but she tried not to let anything or anyone get her down. Look at her now, she's living her life and now she is hoping to find someone to share it with; nothing would make her more happier than that.


Virginia was raised in, wait for it, a trailer park. As soon as she turned 18 she bolted out of there and got herself a good job. Now she lives in a nice roomy apartment in Los Angles. Her parents weren't the best, to be honest, her dad was a drunk and her mom neglected her. It could have been a lot worse and Virginia knows that.

Dani is a great friend once someone gets her to open up and is very reliable and perfectionistic.


History


Dani lives at home with a single mom, and is also an only child. Even with only one steady income, Dani and her mother live in moderate comfort. Her relationship with her mother is a good as you would expect with Dani's social willingness.


Before Dani and her boyfriend met, they had been in a love triangle. Soon enough, the real MVP couple was clear, Dani and her boyfriend. (I will not specify which person in the cheating triangle Dani is until the RP starts.)


Dani and her boyfriend were together since Sophomore year of high school and broke up Freshman year of college because of unfaithfulness.


Dani came to the island because she was convinced (or harassed, as she puts it) by her ex to participate. She is really just in it for the money. (Although she may get more than what she bargained for.)
