Fantasy Everything Is Not As It Seems...

"Well, I might as well keep going down. Perhaps some fresh air will help." Lloyd said, once more not paying attention to his surroundings. What was it that was troubling him? Oh well, besides, having the boys and girls dorm in the same building never made much sense to him. If you don't want them mixing, then put them in separate buildings, not just separating them between the top and bottom floor of one building.

"Wanna play some soccer?" Lake asked when they reached outside. She looked up at the sky and noticed how dark the night was. "I didn't think you could see stars in England."

"Meh." Lloyd said to Lake. Soccer sounded good, especially night soccer. "Alright, a quick game. No lights, whole field. Night soccer is one of the best things I have done. You can barely see the ball on a new moon let alone others, and on a full moon you can see everything like it's day."

"Alright, big guy, find a ball." Lake smirked in a challenging way. "Let's also make a bet, how does that sound? America vs England. If I win you get me a guitar, if you win I give you something you want, how about that?"

"Alright." Lloyd said. The bet didn't sound to bad, at the worst he would buy her a crappy guitar. But he had to find a ball. There was one up in his room, but that was back in the building. Perhaps the shed with all the sports equipment was open. Walking towards the shed, he tries the door and it was luckily open. Grabbing a ball, Lloyd steps out onto the field. "Alright, to figure out who gets the ball first, I will flip a coin. You call it." As he said this he pulled out a coin and flipped it.

"Heads." Lake said and watched the coin in the air. She wondered what Lloyd would want, he hadn't answered her yet.

Lloyd grabbed the coin out of the air and slapped it onto the back of his hand. "Heads, your ball." He knew he hadn't answered her yet, but he honestly didn't know what he wanted at that moment. Getting ready to try and block her, Lloyd thinks about the things he would like to have.

I looked down in silence, letting him wrap his arms around me. "Force of habit," I said softly, my voice barely above a whisper. I laid my head against him and closed my eyes, letting out a soft sigh.

Lake smiled and kicked the ball over Lloyd before running past him. The ball bounced and hit her chest. "Come and get it, hot shot." She smirked before running away with the ball. Lloyd had been right, night soccer was fun.

Lloyd sprinted after Lake. From the last game he played with her she was good, so he would have to give it his all. Once he got close to her, he made a 'grab' for the ball to try and stop her forward momentum.

Lake almost stumbled over Lloyd's foot when he took the ball. Snarling, she bolted after him again. With the light of the moon, she noticed he was wearing a belt. Smirking, she used her powers to hold him back and kicked the ball past the sideline. "Your ball." She smiled. She knew that she shouldn't have used her powers, but what a guy doesn't know, he doesn't know.

'How did she?' Lloyd thought as he walked to the ball to go play it in. Once he got it, he ran towards her goal. He ran as hard as he could, hoping that if he scored the one goal it would put her off and give him an advantage. That is unless she took the ball, or somehow got a hold of him again, however she did that.

Lake used her powers again, it was just too much fun and kicked the ball high and hard, but instead of hitting the goal, it ball aimed for a window. She closed her eyes and flinched a little when there was a crashing sound. "Oops." She whispered.

Lloyd cringed when the ball crashed through the window. "That's on you." he said, being a bit of a smart ass. But he still started walking back to the building motioning for her to follow. Hopefully the resident of the room wouldn't be to mad. Hopefully they were a heavy sleeper.

"Fuck." Lake cursed, because looking at the window she knew exactly whose it was. "Aurora is going to kill me." She mumbled. 'Please moved to Oliver's room! Please move to Oliver's room!' She prayed in her head. She was not going to survive this. "I'm fucked."

Aurora jumped as a ball crashed through her window. She stood up looking out and saw Lake. She gave a small smile and put up a force field where the window was and backed up, smiling as it stayed. She laid back down and rested her head against Oliver.

Lake exhaled in relief and wiped her brow. "Okay, so um I'm going back to Cole, I can deal with Aurora and the ball tomorrow. We should really try to get some sleep again... So let's say that the window counted as a goal? I mean, after all, you wouldn't be able to make a shot like that." She winked at Lloyd in a playful way.

"Yeah, no." Lloyd told Lake. He might not have been able to make that shot, but that was becaus he wouldn't have kicked it at a window. Well, his head was cleared up a bit, at least it didn't seem like was forgetting something. "Let's call this a to be continued. Good night." He said as he walked towards his room to ultimatley fall asleep.

I sighed in annoyance. I just wanted to go to sleep, but no one was letting that happen. I got up and went to the dorm unlocking it. She opened it enough, to show she wasn't alone and shrugged. "The window is fine. Don't apologize. I'm sorry I'm just tired," she said hurriedly, unaware that her eyes were still pink from her crying.

"See, they're fine." Lake mumbled and grabbed Lloyd's hand, to pull him away. She just wanted some sleep as well. English people...

Lloyd was probably as shocked as most people would be. A somewhat stranger takes you by the hand and begins to lead you somewhere. Yeah, he was surprised. But he wasn't going to complain, not right away anyway.

Lake let go of Lloyd's hand when they reached the stairs. "Okay, well I suspect a brand new guitar by the end of tomorrow." She smiled and headed downstairs, she had to get back to Cole. "Talk to you later, I guess." She waved as she headed down the stairs. She needed to find herself a comfortable chair and wait for Cole to wake...

Sapphira woke with a start. "Holy crap." Her head felt like it had been kicked by a horse, and she was in Lake's bed. She stood, collapsing backwards almost immediately. "Hello?" she called. She needed someone to help her.
