Fandom Ever After High: Rewritten Characters

Rules for CS

1. You aren't required to use the format I provide, but you are required to include 99% of the information. Things like weight, friends, crush, and body type are optional. Rule of thumb, if it looks important, include it.
2. At least one picture is required, due to the fact that characters only having descriptions is a pet peeve of mine. If you need help finding a fitting faceclaim, just ask! I don't bite unless you ask, fam.
3. No over powered characters. We are highschoolers, no Gods-to-be that can come in and destroy the fucking school. That ain't gonna fly.
4. Don't make a sibling for any character without asking the roleplayer before hand, and don't make siblings for them at all if somebody isn't already playing them. The only exceptions are if they're story related, such as Cinderella having two step siblings or The Little Mermaid having seven siblings. No playing the Sea Witch and forcing The Little Mermaid to be your sibling, that is a no-go.

  Yuki actually hates the idea of going along with his story, but pretends he does because it's what society expects from him. His family has a reputation to keep up, and he doesn't want to upset his mothers, though he's actually not sure what they have to say about him disliking his destiny. He's never asked them. Nonetheless, he has a perfect destiny set out for him, so he'll pretend he's happy with it.

  Personality:
  Yuki a very friendly person, who puts other people's desires before his own. Cheeerful, friendly, caring, all of this makes Yuki appear as the ideal Damsel for the most part. It's hard to ignore that he has some eccentric behaviors, but those can be attributed to him actually having a personality of his own and the fact that one of his mothers is quite the eccentric herself. It's in his blood, maybe. The kingdom doesn't actually know which of his parents gave birth to him, and neither of them are too keen on answering that question. He doesn't even know which one is his blood relative.
  
  On a good day, the eccentric behavior mentioned above becomes very apparent. He takes after Primrose in that he's just a tad bit... off. Joining the tweedle twins in some mischief? Sure! Spray painting a dragon mural on the outside of the school? Great idea! Skinny dipping in the school fountain? BrinG IT THE FUCK ON! Thankfully, most of the time, this behavior isn't quite so apparent, and manifests in smaller things such as the doodles in the margin of his homework and him redecorating his dorm at random times.
  
  Beneath the surface, Yuki is severly depressed, and is pretty sure his only worth in society's eyes is his destiny as the next Snow White and future King. This is where his hatred for his destiny seems to stem from, and the fact that he doesn't want to feel obligated to marry someone because Destiny said to. Sure, his mothers are a happy couple, but there are plenty of Fairy Tale characters that don't have a happy marriage after their story is fulfilled. If he has to go through with this, he'd at least like to do it out of love and not obligation.
  
  Hearts Desire:
  "Uhm... My... Heart's desire? I... just want my friends to be happy, I suppose."
  He doesn't know what he wants for himself. Due to the fact that he insists on trying to make other people happy before himself, what he seems to desire most is Rafael's happiness, but that's definitely not his heart's desire. He might be able to tell you if he gets some therapy and anti-depressants.

  It's nigh impossible for Yuki to scar, tan, burn, freckle, or blemish; no matter what environment, his skin retains a fair complexion. He wouldn't be much of a "snow white" if he were to be dark skinned, would he? It takes a considerable cut for him to manage to scar, and he theorizes that, once he inherits his destiny, any scars he may have will go away. Additionally, he always looks pretty. He could cut his hair into a mess and he'd still make it work.
  So he has more than one Magic touch, he can talk to animals. This is completely voluntary; if he doesn't want to understand animals or he doesn't want them to understand him, it simply won't happen. He frequently forgets he can do this.

  Yuki is relatively thin, with a slim frame that shows he doesn't exercise very much... If at all. The only part of his body that really shows any signs of being toned are his arms, which are muscled from one of his mother's teaching him to fence ever since he was young. He may not be able to fight well, but Grimm help the person who tried to fight him when he's got something in his hand.

  A scar running from his right shoulder to his left hip. He got it falling out of a tree.

  "Black... Like all Snow Whites."
  His hair is black, and he keeps it neatly brushed, though there are a couple cowlicks that always go against the rest of his hair. Somehow, that doesn't mean he looks bad- He's still quite attractive, even with the hair that goes against the rest.

  Yuki has bright red eyes, and he switches between wearing contacts and glasses. He has multiple pairs of glasses.

  Like most of the students in Ever After High, Yuki is quite interested in wearing nice clothes and, as a prince, he can afford pretty much anything he wants. It's not like his parents don't give him a preeeetty good allowance. While he can be seen frequently wearing wearing a comfortable knit vest and dress shirt, he can more often be seen wearing the "Princely" or "Knightly" clothes that are in style or Fairy Tale Characters.

Don't get him wrong, he does genuinely care for her, but he's not quite so eager for the "marrying because we're destined to love each other" part of their relationship. Maybe, somewhere in his heart, he does genuinely love her, but he doesn't want to get married because some stupid destiny said he was supposed to be with her... In fact, despite his preference for men, he's truly in love with her. He just doesn't want to feel obligated to love her because destiny says he has to.
  
  That, and the fact that he's not sure she's as concerned about him as she is her destiny. He thinks his feelings are unrequited.

  Ashe is perfectly happy with his destiny, but he'd be just as happy if he didn't follow his destiny and still married someone rich. All that matters to him is how much money they have, in the end.

  While not inclined to go out of his way to cause problems, he's definitely not a nice person. By no means is this boy a bully, as he wouldn't set out to harass people... But he certainly has no problems with insulting or manipulating people. At the same time, if you don't give him a reason to do that, he simply won't do so, so it's easy to miss this. It's also completely possible to influence him to do worse, he just has to see how it would benefit him and not risk his safety. Breaking laws is also frowned upon, so he doesn't tend to try to do that.
  
  Personality:
  "... Well, as much as I'd love to help you, I'd really rather you just fuck off."
  Ashe is an absurdly calm individual; it takes quite a bit for him to lose his patience with somebody (or pushing the wrong button, of course), which is abundantly clear whenever he's doing something. The problem is that, despite having the patience of a God, he's not exactly a nice person. Unlike some people, he's not the type to go looking for something to heckle somebody over, he doesn't exactly have a filter, and is completely willing to tell somebody exactly what he thinks of them, all while keeping a calm, soft voice and pleasant face. His words don't only have an edge, his tongue is forked.
  
  That doesn't mean that he's necessarily a cruel person; as he doesn't look for reasons to insult people, he's generally a perfectly pleasant person to be around if you're not looking for opinions on your shoes. Don't ask him if he likes your shoes, he will tear you down. Raised as a prince, he tends to speak formally as that's just how he was taught to speak, and he doesn't care enough to change this about himself. Truly, he's generally a perfectly nice person to be around... As long as you don't mind the fact that he's really damn apathetic. That can be kind of strange.

Rubin has always loved the idea of someones soulmate. But after a mishap with a certain magical bow, his views have changed drastically. He has a strong sense of justice and kindness, wanting people to get along no matter what. He believes that fighting is pointless because in the end there's usually no winner. Rubin is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in, usually taking the more understanding and forgiving apporach. He is a tough cookie, and doesnt really get mad easily. On the few rare occasions that he does though, he has a difficult time expressing it in words.

Even though he's had no siblings his attitude has been described as big brotherly. Rubin has a more protective motive when it comes to friends and family. She usually wears dark cardigans with dress shirts or polo shirts, and usually always has a jacket of some sort because she makes use of the pockets. Enjoys stealing clothes from friends, though it's been a long fuckin' time since she's got one of those.

Moral Alignment:

Personality:
Upon first introductions, Hendel can be described as a someone mysterious, vague individual, with a habit of leaving rather cryptic remarks or saying something completely off base from the conversation. Nonetheless, she's a rather carefree and relaxed person, often getting overwhelmed by the amount of 'people' (really more of not being used to this whole magic thing) around her. She has a flair for showmanship, preparing elaborate traps to capture subjects of inquiry (mainly done to impress herself and/or those around her). Hendel also has 0 qualms when it comes to bending the truth a little on the behalf of those around her- lying to teachers about property damage, taking her classmates things, breaking into classroom windows instead of doors- when she feels that is is morally justifiable.

Despite her appearance and manner of speech, Hendel has a cold, excellent insight, and proves to be determined borderline obsessive when it comes to gaining interest in any particular subject (especially the sciences). She proves to be incredibly book smart, as expected of a prodigy, though her sense of the world around as well as basic common sense don't seem to, exist. While she means well, it's often that she puts herself and others in dangerous situations without meaning to, and without much of a hold to her own life any sort of threat to her personal safety flies over her head (and often, applies it to others as well). Hendel places a lot of importance on the good of Empirical learning, and would rather watch something happen or make something happen to learn from it than read about it. Though it's believed that her poor sense of social cues and adamant interests in very specific topics is a way to throw off the mysterious 'Edlyn Hyde', in hopes that she doesn't hurt those around her.

Most of the people in her life have come to avoid her if they had ever caught on, disappeared, or tolerated her with caution. It's become the general norm for her, and she's devoted part of her life to trying to figure out who and what is causing the mayhem around her. It's from this instance she's actively tried to stop the 'strange occurrences' happening around her that people began to grow weary of her.

However, she does have the ability to change into her alter ego Edlyn Hyde with no real control over the circumstances by which it happens. The transformation happens for long periods of time, and neither side seems to share the memories of the other, living completely independent lives of each other.

Personality:
Edlyn's cute (and rather feminine) appearance, calm voice, and way of talking gives off the impression of innocence and childlike. That's an image that Edlyn appears to maintain rather well, usually holding a parasol or a stuffed animal wherever he goes, and often referring to people with honorifics such as Miss or Mister. He also has quite an affinity for small, cute things and tea, having no qualms with inviting his fellow students over for tea or gushing about soft, fluffy things whenever he has the time. He appears to be rather good at knitting, as well.

Despite Edlyn's cute and charming personality, he can be awfully direct and cruel with a malicious side if it serves him positively in any way. He usually remains quiet about it, but he often judges others and attempting to find their weaknesses, turning people against each other if he can. He feels a sense of superiority, claiming that other people exist to serve him and he doesn't need close friends. Because of this, he tends to manipulate others to do what he wants.

Edlyn does whatever he can find himself getting away with whenever he feels like it. He is out for himself, pure and simple. He she'd no tears for those he ends up hurting, whether for profit, sport, or convenience. He holds little respect for order and no illusion that following laws, traditions, or codes would make him any better or more noble. Edlyn holds up evil as an ideal, committing to it for it's own sake, as he believes that in a way, this is how he can establish himself as more than just a 'personality' trait.

Enhanced Strength: No, it's nothing to the level of Thor. But with her father's split personality's influence, the behemian and brutal nature of Hyde has translated a little more subtly to Edlyn as a form of enhanced strength, rendering him capable of lifting things that no normal human should be able to lift without much effort. With this, Edlyn usually has advantages or equal chance in fights that he wouldn't have had normally.

Goldwin Law. The current Sheriff of Nottingham, Goldwin is the ideal Aurelio looks up to. He is law-abiding in all he does, refusing to do anything unethical, even as he worked under Prince John. It is from him that Aurelio learned his love of rules, and he has a great desire to surpass his father.

Aurelio never knew his mother, as she unfortunately died in childbirth. All he knows about her was that she was a lady-in-waiting for Maid Marian, and his father loved her dearly. Apparently his father was a more expressive and lively man when she was alive, but losing her changed him into a cynical stickler for law. He did everything he could to raise Aurelio best he could, as he looked just like his mother.

And finally, her biggest reason has to do with why Grendel attacks at all: singing. Greta LOVES music, more than anything else in the whole world! To hate someone over music...she could never!

Hildegarde Faye, mother and future Grendel's Mother. The role of Grendel's Mother is an unusual circumstance, as in order to become Grendel's Mother, the child must marry the current Grendel so that their child becomes the future Grendel. Hans and Hildegarde were married right after school, their marriage arranged as all others had been. The same will happen for Greta when she turns 16, though Greta doesn't want an arranged marriage.

Hildegarde is even more frightening than her husband, but is actually far nicer...as nice as a violent monster could be, of course. Protective of her darling child and will not hesitate to come for anyone who dares harm her.

It's just not obvious because, you know, they're always trying to knock each other's teeth out.

Desmond appears to be a polite, soft spoken guy... Right up until he sucker punches you. Despite his calm, polite disposition, Desmond has a sharp, violent temper, which has led to more fights than his parents care to keep track of. This is especially true around his brother, though, to be fair, it's not like Demitri doesn't do the exact same thing to him. Equally as unexpectedly, he has a penchant for causing trouble- petty theft, pranks, pretty much anything that could be considered "troublesome" or "annoying".

Despite his temperament problems, he's genuinely a nice person when calm. A bit eccentric, sure, but he doesn't seem to bare any ill will toward other people, and is legitimately kind and helpful. He just has an awful temper. That doesn't mean that there aren't people he dislikes; it's merely hard to actually get on his bad side.

His relationship with Demitri could be considered a complicated one; while Desmond truly loves his brother, he also really just wants to beat the ever-loving shit out of him more often than not. Does it help that their destinies force them to feel drawn to each other 24/7? No, definitely not. He can't sleep if he's too far from him. He'll constantly feel like he's missing something.

Additionally, coming from wonderland, he's rather adept at creating and solving riddles. They come naturally to him, simple as that. And he can finish Demitri's sentences, which happens primarily when they're both talking to the same person. That's kind of uncommon, considering their relationship.

Generally, Belladonna seems like she would be a fairytale princess. Polite, well spoken, gentle, she has all of the qualifications for the ideal princess. Of course, that's ignoring the fact that her sense of humour is kind of dark and gruesome, but that's easy to brush away. Truly, this is a personality that she developed to make people like her- Early on, she learned that people tend to find loud, rambunctious girls whose heads aren't attached to their shoulders... Kind of scary. She can't fix the fact that her head and body are separate, so instead she opted to start acting in a more socially acceptable manner. Even if this wasn't the case, though, she's still naturally very kind hearted, and doesn't like fighting unless it's absolutely necessary. Other people can fight, she just doesn't believe she could ever hit somebody. She's also very clumsy, and tends to trip over her own feet... even when walking on a flat surface.

This mannerism sometimes breaks, such as when she gets excited. She'll get louder and let go a bit, though she's rarely loud or brash. She just becomes far more expressive. If she notices she's doing this, she'll stop herself.

Due to people frequently bullying her due to looking "Different" and "Strange", she's very self conscious about being headless. Somebody bothering her about this can cause... varying reactions. Crying, yelling, throwing buckets of blood, it gets kind of unpredictable. She's bad at dealing with her emotions, really.

That, and his imitation skills are kind of lacking, due to the fact that he's been mute ever since he was two due to damage to his vocal chords. The most noise he can make are some coughs, grunts, laughing or screaming with a lot of effort (which hurts his throat, badly. Has not happened yet, would probably only ever happen if he's in pain). Wolves like him are discriminated against in Ever After, due to being seen as "dangerous" and "savage", despite the fact that they're not very different from humans. This has led to Artemis going through his entire life with people bullying and not trusting him, and even some other (royal) villian children mocking him, due to the fact that he's not a good fit for his role; long story short, his self confidence is completely shot. He covers this up through a delusion of his; the real world couldn't be as bad as what he's seen, so, clearly, he's gotta be some sort of video game character! Some type of adventure game with different endings depending on who you date! He wants to date them all!

Despite being a strange chuunibyou, Artemis isn't a bad person. He's a kind person to his core, and hates it when he even sees other people fighting. He firmly believes that everybody should just get along, maybe have pizza and soda. There's not a cruel bone in his body, and it's pretty damn obvious. The only things he harms are video game characters, and the walls when he starts writing music on them. He's good at writing music, he just does it at all the wrong times.

He's not exactly active, and the only thing keeping him from gaining weight is his exceptionally fast wolf metabolism. Physical activities are right off the table, he'd much rather just stay inside and play video games all day. Homework? Yeah, he's not doing anything until the night before it's due, if that. He'll probably just slam it together before class starts. Despite this, he actually has a genius level IQ, and has no problems in school. If only he would actually do something with that intelligence other than play games.

Artemis wants to be a renowned fashion designer; while he enjoys video games and writing music, designing clothes is where his passion truly lies. He tends to stay up late working on dresses, and there are dress forms scattered around him dorm (though he tries to keep them out of Alexander's half). Roxie hates the story of Snow White and she hates Yuki White and his family. She doesn't want to give them the satisfaction of happy ending just so she can end up trapped in the mirror but.....she wants to be that enemy that poisons him.

Moral Alignment:
Before Roxie's personality change she would of been consider Good. But now she's Chaotic Evil....though there are moments when you might see a glimmer of her old self.

Personality:
Roxie use to be a very sweet, shy and awkward girl. She was also kind of a fearful girl not much courage and didn't talk much. She didn't have any friends and she was always bullied but as long as she had her sketch pad and pencil she was ok. She could even sing. Roxie was also a very good student. Always passed her test and had straight A's. Roxie had knew what her destiny was and the students made sure she never forgot it. She constantly teased for that, constantly being compared to the new snow white which was Yuki. She never use to hate Yuki. Even with her being compared to him all the time. He always seemed nice and well she even had crush on him.

Roxie never talked about home. Infact no one knew very much about the Evil Queen's family. The only thing they knew was that the Evil Queen/King would be pulled into the mirror and be trapped forever. There's also a rumor going around that the mirror was cursed and would always make the new successor of the role go totally mad and obsessed. They didn't have to be obsessed about being beautiful, though that was the norm. It could be anything. Roxie never confirmed or denied these rumors. But with the way she changed many believed it might be true.

Roxie one day had completely changed. Roxie had a terrible pranked pulled on her and some people think that might of been what finally made her snap. For those who didn't know about it say it was because of the cursed. Then you have the few whose said it might of been both. Roxie's new personality has turned her into utter bitch. She one of the biggest bullies in the school and a lot people fear her. One look could make person run. She skips classes doesn't bother to turn in homework though she does manage to past her test. Though she was always a smart girl and didn't have to study much to get a good grade. She didn't have that sketch pad anymore. No one is sure where it went. Her crush on Yuki has turn to utter hatred. Why? No one really knows. Roxie has seem to taken on a rocker girl type demeanor. She's also a trouble maker, trickster and has a terrible temper. Yep it seems the old Roxie is completely gone. But their are moments when you might see a glimmer of her old self but that little spark will probably be blown out soon and just like the rest of her family she'll become utterly obsessed with getting back at Snow White even if deep down she doesn't want to.

He fell out of love when he realized that the only reason he loved him was because he had been activated to do so. Five years after they'd gotten married, they got a divorce- Thankfully, there were no children... Primarily due to the fact that they're both men. If Price had been straight, Galaxy thinks he would've been brought to life as a human so they could have children.

Rebel: Unlike his much more docile-opinioned brother, Demitri is much more gung-ho and adamant about the nature in which his story is presented. With a heart of a child and a want to be more than just a side character, Demitri feels that he should have the particular right to stand more than just frightened riddler to be his own protagonist. Adding to that, he does want to stand as his own individual, instead of the constant association with his much similar twin; though when inquired further on the manner, he feels strong hesitation on any sort of severed ties, unable to truly approach the idea that he may one day be completely different from someone he's been linked to for eternity. As of now, eh, he doesn't think that far ahead.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Personality: Demitri presents himself in a way that could be compared to that of a child, easily excited. An extrovert who loves to talk to people, especially about his strange interest in magic tricks and expertise in riddles, to which he works it into conversation. As friendly he presents himself, he's exceptionally witty as well, making it fairly difficult to talk to him, as his eccentricity and dramatization of trivial manners as well as spontaneous rambling makes it hard for him to understand others, and for others to understand him.

While he's exceptionally friendly, there are many times where he has an ulterior motive behind what he says, whether it's to interrogate someone on a present issue or stealing something that they own, whether it be a watch or whatever is in their pockets, disregarding this as a 'prank' or him simply toying about, hinting that he stands to be far smarter than his normal disposition alludes to, being exceptionally true around his brother. When Desmond is nearby, his priority immediately shifts to finding any way to inflict harm on him dead in the conversation, any sort of patience or social presentation disappearing. Regardless, his childish naivety and spontaneous eccentricity about trivial issues makes him both amusing, yet difficult to speak to. Demitri has a habit of taking average things very literally rather than metaphorically, which tends to frustrate people due to his proficiency with riddles.

His relationship with his brother is, difficult. While he certainly feels great relief and security with him, especially so because of how their lives were always fated to be, he mirrors his brother's particularly violent temper far too well. Demitri truly adores Desmond, often showing pesteredly concern for his well-being while punctuating it with a headlock or a kick, it just appears that moreso, he wants to rip off his arm or give him a mild concussion. Does it help that their destinies force them to feel drawn to each other 24/7? No, absolutely not. He can't sit still if Desmond's on the opposite end of the school, he feels like something's missing, yet he can't seem to tell what.

Theater: Demitri is already fairly eccentric and excitable, what better than to poke the fire by having him act? He isn't half bad at it too, he loves playing as the main protagonist or main antagonist just the same.

Creative Storytelling: It's what he does, he devises riddles and rambles. Storytelling is the greatest way for him to channel that, and you bet your ass he's good at it.

Debate: Just as much as his brother sucks at it, he sure can't debate. Demitri was already pretty incoherent and inconsistent before, a subject with logic isn't any better for him.

Family:
Desmond Tweedle ( Necromantic ) : Twin brothers. There always seemed to be a strange, heavy animosity present between the both at all times, enough so that Demetri makes it a priority to swing at him any opportunity he's present. While he can respect social graces for a period of time, the quicker he can knock a tooth out, the better. Unfortunately for them both, they're always drawn to the other, leading to some fairly violent exchanges. Nonetheless, Demetri does care about him deeply almost in a sadistical sense, yet he does care, often texting him about his day or plans after class (which sometimes leads to back of the school fights).

Friends:

Desmond Tweedle ( Necromantic ) : Dangerously, there are few opportunities where both get along, and in those scenarios they both cooperate in some sort of obnoxious prank or scheme, whether it be a much heavier case of theft or garlic-bombing the entrance hall. Even though every encounter they're seen together is typically violent, it doesn't stop Demitri from considering him any less of a friend than he is, or perhaps that's simply the nature of their fairy tale that causes him to think that way. A paradoxical conflict, Demitri isn't sure if his affinity for his brother is simply due to the fairy tale they derived from and is something he should actively oppose or his own accord. As for now, and probably ever, he has no intention to actively oppose the bond he has with Desmond.

Edlyn Hyde ( Necromantic ) : While this is a much more recent friendship (which was mainly a short run-into in the halls and a few conversations here and there), Edlyn finds something quirky and cute in Demitri while Demitri appreciates the rambling company to weave his tall tales to. There's something off-putting about him that Demitri can't exactly pin point, though he can tell it from quote "a spiritual and literal level, there is absolutely something serpentine about him.".

Desmond Tweedle ( Necromantic ): As much as he cares about his brother, there's always this underlying animosity that the both of them have, violently taking out their temper on the other. In practically every scenario that they're together, violence is quickly ensued. Demitri also seems to hold a slightly obsessive need for his brother, not that it's visible or displayed in any way physically, though without him, there's always this lack of whole that he feels, and frankly a feeling that he can't live with having. Demitri needs Desmond to be "there" so that sense of whole is never lost, hence his strange comfort whenever both get mixed up.

Seth is here for money and self-study, he could frankly care less over the affairs of students. The concept of destiny was never a particularly foreign subject to him, but he believes this Royal-Rebel fight is more in the affairs of children than something he should deal with. Edlyn is also a Rebel and he does not want to get involved with that in any way.

Personality:
Seth comes off as cold-hearted and aloof, but he is also very level-headed and intelligent. He has the experience of having met a huge variety of human beings and having to deal judgement to them and because of that, he can keep himself composed in ridiculously stressful or exaggerated situations and believes in facing things with a calm and rational approach rather than an emotional one. He has a vast knowledge of different cultures and views things in a deeper, complex manner, occasionally mumbling to himself to organize his thoughts, and enjoys learning about other cultures, even those he doesn't necessarily agree with. With him being the characterization of Anubis and how he grew up, communication with the dead and the death pique his interest to a level different from physical and psychological.

He speaks in a calm and polite manner, but Seth nevertheless comes across as intimidating and rather off due to his morbid thinking. Most of the time his voice stays around the same tone, occasionally gaining excitement in any field of interest he's particularly good at (cough cough, the dead). Seth also has a peculiar habit of mixing in his statistical knowledge with his familiarity with death, listing off in extensive detail about how a certain environmental situation may go and the probability by which it would kill someone (ex. if someone keeps breaking into the infirmary through the window, he may explain the physics of what may happen if they were to fail, the rate by which they're going to plummet and their velocity as they hit the ground, what bones will break and how, the level of fracture and the detail of how their body is going to collide with the ground, where the force will be distributed, etc. He may list that as a 65%, and then go on to explain the 13% if they broke in but the glass impaled through the rubber sole of their shoe and the infection if it broke the skin, etc etc...). His looks and generally polite manner often make him popular wherever he goes, and some tend to view his habit as a sort of charm to his character (which he disagrees with), and he has some difficulty differentiating if people attempt to get closer to him due to his looks or his status as a God of Death. Because of this, he remains distant and developed a certain apprehension towards ingenuity.

Seth has bit of a strict streak as well, enjoying things to be done in a concise and orderly fashion. He does not tolerate tardiness under any circumstance, even if it isn't in his class, and unless provided a truthful reason he will resort to threats before any sort of actual physical movement (grabbing a student by their collar like a cat and physically carrying them to class, raising a few undead to carry said student to class). That is only if the situation gets bad, however. Even if you provide a terrible reason (overslept, just didn't want to go), as long as you tell the truth he will let you off easy. He has little tolerancy for liars, and would rather tend to his own matters than the matters of others. If you at least tell him the truth about your actions he will scold you a bit before letting you off scott-free.

While he's very good at keeping his calm, he's particularly sensitive towards manners involving his PhD due to Hendel getting hers during a time where she should have only been in secondary school. This hasn't brought up any sort of contempt from him to her because of the matter (since he can acknowledge that it wasn't something that he could control the kid's brilliant), though he is horribly self conscious that he's 28 and still trying to get his. While his current plan is actually still earlier than when most people get their medical PhD's (average age being about 34 while Seth at his pace may get it around 30-31, he's been studying for a few years now), he's prickly around the subject that someone 11 years younger than him is more qualified for the title of a doctor than he is. He dislikes having it brought up and will brush by it, but poking more on the matter becomes an offense to him and he will gladly ask you to leave. Seth will not lose his temper, but he will start being a dick if you start being one to him kind of deal.

As nonchalant and uncaring as he always is, there are some more 'dorkier' traits that he's significantly more reserved upon. He adores cats and loves sneaking strays into his dorm through his jacket to take care of before letting them go. He's a fan of geology too, partially from having to guard cemeteries in the past and getting to know what graves are usually targeted for vandalism. He knows a lot about geology, and likes taking walks to learn the chemical make up of the types of rocks that are present in the environment. "Embarrassment" isn't the correct word, though anyone finding out anything more interpersonal about him and his interests usually gets a monotone but familiar threat.

Hearts Desire:
"Take over the Underworld. Get my PhD. Same difference."

Not completely false. His father controls most of the underworld, and while he himself isn't up for the responsibility of having to take that over, it is in his interest to take care of his old man and learn the ropes of having that much power. It seems nice.

Also to get his PhD. He's close, he's working on it. He's qualified enough in immunology and infectious diseases . Seth is especially good with matters of embalming and forensic work, as well as the whole mummification process. But you know what he doesn't damn have? His PhD.

Likes:
- Cats: Perhaps due to his background in Egypt, he's especially fond of cats. Seth often takes in strays and cares for them until they're healthy enough to return to where they were, and he leaves umbrellas out for them in the rain. This holds no ground to any partially-cat students however.
- Smoking
- Body Degradation and Anatomy: It's less of a creepy-obsessive way as more of therapeutic and something familiar to him. Death was something that he grew up with and was expected (and gladly so) to deal with. He worked with his father and grandfather in judgement of the dead that try to pass over to the Underworld as well as the practice of mummification and proper burial status back in Egypt, and studying abroad he worked in a morgue. Despite his previous delinquency, the process of embalming, mummification, and the ancient Egyptian practices to allow the soul to pass over has been something he's always been good at.

He knows how you will die, even if he cannot commit the deed himself.

Necromancy: Seth can manipulate and commune with the already deceased. Using the smoke from his cigarette's, he can provide souls apparitional forms for him to communicate with, as well as raising them bodily (mainly for the purpose of divination and imprating the means to foretell future events or discover knowledge. A lot of times just for some story telling).

He's capable of raising an army, though the more that are active shortens the time that they're capable of being temporary alive. So if he raised 200 or so souls, they'd maybe last for 3 minutes as opposed to 2 for a tea party.

Seth struggles with raising souls into bodily forms though, and usually keeps them as smoke apparitions. He barely does this at school though with the constant fear of children.

Precognition: Seth can't look so far into the future that he basically knows all, he's not omniscient. In fact, the only precognition that he can do is to look maybe about an hour or so into the future upon various different routes and only those that involve death or any sort of bodily harm, which kind of irritates him. This isn't something he can control, similar in a way to telepathy and being unable to control hearing the thoughts of others around you. The only use he really has for this is for his threats, and nothing that he sees comes true. It's just a potential future that could happen. Because he cannot look far into the future, a lot of his deductions fall to what he believes is going to be the conclusion (which is at least something he likes doing. Constant brain-teaser.)

Truth Inducement: Anubis passed judgement for who was guilty and who wasn't, and Seth was kinda given that too. He can force people to tell the truth about things. It only guarantees the person is telling the truth to their knowledge though (so misinformation / misunderstandings stay true). He doesn't care enough to use it, though if you believe you can toy with him enough without him noticing you're in for a Fun Time.

With his background as a former delinquent in his youth, Seth is extremely well-built under his suits and formal wear.

He has a lot of scars: various on his back and one that runs across his body horizontally. It forms rings around his arms. He has a few on his chest as well. It isn't a scar, though he does have a birthmark under his left eye and a crown around his forehead.

Hair:
His hair is black and rather long, messy and unkempt as it falls to about his shoulders. He often has it gelled back and tied up in a half-do.

It's in his best ability to keep it hidden as to not draw too much attention to himself (and not give the Children any ammunition against him). He has Jackal ears and two horns that he hides with Illusory magic. His ears match the colour of his hair, and his horns have purple hues to them. It's not often students see them, but it's been rumoured to flicker or appear.

Hendel Jekyll - "Please do not call me friends with her. Though, I was her unofficial caretaker during her youth a lot, and I suppose a part of that was endearing in a way to watch someone with such potential grow up. While the events that followed are more of a sensitive subject I rather not evoke on, the sort of passion that anyone has towards the medical field is something that I can admire. Make use of your youth while you still have it, I suppose. She's certainly assured to do great things, yet that does not make anything she or her friend does any less exhausting."

Edlyn Hyde - "Terrifying. I'm not too sure if I can make it out to be a comrade or a foe. It doesn't seem to dislike me and often engages me in conversation due to a general familiarity with mortality, which is a subject I love to indulge but wearily so with... this thing. I'm, not quite sure what to make of it? I'm not a man lead by fear, emotions are a very irrational way to presuppose how circumstances should be dealt with. Yet there's a level of nervelessness I have particularly towards... this thing. I feel wrong naming it anything other than It. If I were in a room with my two co-workers, a pistol, and this thing, I'd shoot my co-workers and then myself."

Valentin Frankenstein - "As with... Dr... Jekyll, Frankenstein is an exhausting and unmanageable force of nature. It doesn't seem that either of them remember me, though I could never forget the youth that freely broke into the cemetery and the morgue to 'just check out what's in store', as if it were some sort of game. His lack of respect for the already dead is deplorable. While Frankenstein's situation is quite different from Jekyll's (as I did not raise Frankenstein growing up, more or less he was a by-product of me raising Jekyll), his constant enthusiasm towards biology and the process of re-configuring a body in playing the part as a deity is refreshing in a way. If he weren't so mentally depraved, I'm sure we would have gotten along. He's probably the reason my nicotine addiction has skyrocketed recently, however."

Ahmes Anubis - Previous Anubis with all of the jobs of being a God of the Dead. Weighs the heart to see if they will pass on, the mummification process, all that stuff. He's Seth's father and the both of them have a kind of distant, but still familial relationship. It was the fact that his father put him in charge of grave-guarding first than lead to his delinquency. He's proud of his son, and while neither of them speak to each other often (for until Seth obtains his PhD by which he will return to Egypt, his father is running the Underworld in his steed [do not underestimate him though Seth still has all of the connections he needs]), both have a cordial relationship with one another.

Miane Kasiya - His mother. Drowned while he was studying abroad in England. While he was distant with both of his parents, he does feel immense guilt for not having been there to save her. He pays his respects to her annually since she died. Miane was also a smoker, and he smokes her favourite brand of cigarettes as well.

'Hendel Jekyll / Edlyn Hyde' - During young Hendel's "episodes" (Edlyn taking over and wreaking havoc), she often stumbled around lost looking for some sort of help drenched in blood and after just having freshly killed or physically assaulted someone. Younger Seth met her during one of these events, and provided her with shelter and some food before she was picked up by a friend (either Rubin Pax or Valentin Frankenstein). He often came across her while she was lost, and in a way became her caretaker more than her father ever was to her [who used her as a test subject primarily].

Aware that Hendel has a split personality as well and is greatly GREATLY afraid of Edlyn and his capabilities. The matter by which Edlyn is fascinated with mortality conflicts with his and practically every other person he knows and he fears for his personal safety. He never held the paternal connection he sort of has with Hendel with Edlyn, though Edlyn does remember him and treats him like an old fishing buddy.

Markata Osiris - Seth was always the closest to his grandad, who is the current Osiris. While his father was the God of the Dead and that physical + physiological process, his grandfather is the God of the Underworld itself. He's always held a very close relationship with his grandfather (who primarily took care of him), and has helped him a lot with work. In fact, when his grandfather was torn into pieces by his granduncle and thrown into the river, Seth helped put his body back together. Family bonding, y'know. They've been close ever since, so Seth has quite some connections.
