Star Guardians​

​

Many heroes came together to form an alliance, known as the Star Guardians. Tasked with defending each and every district together, they were an incredible force. When an ancient evil threatened the world, these heroes rose up to take down the darkness that was rising. Throughout their tenure, the Guardians became protectors of Evenstar City after the events of their climactic battle. During their later years they found young individuals that piqued their interest; these young individuals would become the next generation of heroes. After properly training them up; the heroes retired. For a year or so they struggled without donning their outfits..Two more years would pass before they donned their outfits-each one without even an explanation. They disappeared shortly after...Only to turn up dead about a month ago, your hero had found them...Gifted them a proper burial without the prying eyes of media and press to get involved.
Something happened...Someone killed them.
You need to find out who did it, and why.
But it looks like something stirs in the deep...Something that could lead to catastrophe once more.

Heroes and Districts​

District 1: Gateway. This is the wealthy block where the rich people thrive, the big companies flourish and money is used like toilet paper. Need I say more? Power, money and connections keep you alive and accepted in District 1. (Crime level: Low)

District 2: (Up for grabs)

District 3: Haven. District 3 is home to facilities such as local malls, hospitals and most important the Evenstar City Police Department. The police have had a dramatic decrease in work ever since the return of costumed heroes. (Crime level: Medium)

District 4: Ixxion. It was once a pool of brooding villains, each fighting over the attention of the famed hero Hellbent. Naturally, the whole district's underground economy ran on criminal activity and villainous plots. Now, a month after Hellbent's death confirmed, it's a rather boring place. Things have been rather slow and peaceful once the news of the hero's retirement spread, and the death was like the final nail to the coffin. (Crime Level: Lowering by the day)

District 5: Bushin. A hustling and bustling district that knows no rest even in the hours of the night. The nightlife is possibly its most iconic feature, as every shop and store rarely ever closes its doors and the incredible designs and lights accentuate its vibe. Imagine Tokyo nightlife. (Crime leve: Low-Medium)

District 6: Up for Grabs.

District 7: Fortuna. a hotspot for classy nightlife, with theaters, casinos, and pricey resort hotels. (Crime level: low)

District 8: Night. A poorer side of Evenstar City, but still capable of holding its own. (Crime level: Low-Medium)

District 11: Abyss. district eleven, is one of the most poorest districts and is filled to the brim with all sorts of crime. (Crime level: Mid-High)

Story​

Act 1 (Volume 1-5)​

The Red Eclipse Arc​

For this roleplay, it will follow a similar structure of a comic book. The volumes will be the progression we make into the main story. Each volume leads up to the finale of the specific Arc we're in. Which then concludes the Act in that set of volumes. After doing so, we lead into the next Act and then follow its volumes, rinse, and repeat. Each Act is titled by its associated Arc.

Villains​

The Total Eclipse Gang: Leader- Kouji Datura.
The main villain of Act 1, and the first major villain the New Star Guardians face, his gang *The Total Eclipse Gang* are highly trained and professional grunts and soldiers under his command, identified by their unusual masks. They are not to be taken lightly, and for your first run in you were under pressure to stop them during the shoot-out.

Kouji Datura seems to be a man of high class and even higher ambitions. It is assumed he resides in District 1 on a personal plot of land. His underground network runs deep into the most vile criminal acts of Evenstar City; some in which even the heroes are unaware of. Kouji Datura seems to be of a vampiric nature, and has powers that seem to emulate vampiric abilities. Kouji Datura has a normal form and a true form.
