Timeline: 2102, Earth: The worlds superpowers are close to destruction as crops and resources have been mostly depleted. What little is left is conserved by Cornelius Atomics for a secret project. This project has selected random people to embark on a mission to a planet that potentially supports life, known as Arevan.
2105, August 16: The first colony ships containing the selected subjects has left Earth, and the last colony ship cotaining a mixture of agricultural supplies and building materials has lifted off successfully. Three minutes after the last colony ship reached space, the Earth was decimated as political tensions ran too high to handle.
2106, Arevan: The first landers have successfully set up a civilization, but problems arise as the public begins to divide itself
