History: Alexis' mother is very ill, due to the war. She wasn't quarantined fast enough, and has developed serious sicknesses. Unfortunately, that means Alexis has to look out for her, and do whatever she needs to do. That includes stealing from the capital, which is why she is considered a criminal. She is very sneaky, therefore not a lot of people know of her or her actions. Her father abandoned her and her mother when he found out about the war. He tried to only save himself, but ended up being killed anyway. Alexis has never told anyone, but she might have something to do with his death. Because of her father's actions, Alexis has trust issues. Once someone shows they care, she might tend to be clingy.

Now Skylar lives her life waiting to die - but it just hasn't happened yet, and she has no idea why.

With straight, shaggy nightmare black hair that nearly reaches his shoulders and transparent brown eyes (like, if you mixed Kool Aid powder but had too much water, it's like that - you can see every detail the human eye possesses), Carter stands at about 5'11", weighing in around 130 lbs. He's thin, better described as lanky, and has a knack for wearing dark colored baggy sweatshirts. His hair is always styled to have his long bangs covering his right eye, but there are times when you'll catch a glimpse.
His right arm is bone-white, and horrendously scarred up to even his neck, caused by an accident BEFORE everything went downhill. It's incredibly sensitive and hard to move but if you've never seen it before, or knew about it for that matter, you can't really tell (doesn't help that he wears a black glove over it most of the time)
Personality:
Cold and reserved, he is almost constantly annoyed by the people that try to pester him. He's extremely unapproachable (at first) and seems like a total ass just because of how straight forward and sarcastic he tends to be. Carter often prefers to be alone, yet that has never stopped him from protecting someone - even if it's someone he doesn't know.
It's a conflict of interests, really.
He's merciless and has a tendency to kill without remorse - often identified by authorities, civilians, and nearly anyone as Death, or the Grim Reaper. He's not someone you want to clash with.
History:
Carter was a happy child growing up, playing with his parents and his younger twin sister Ali. Everything was as okay as they could be before his parents mysteriously died in a fire when he was 6 - Carter tried to save them despite his young age, and critically burned his arm in the process. His uncle Jackson took the twins in, and thus began the hell within hell; Jackson was an alcoholic and extremely abusive to the children. Funny thing is, though he'd try to harm Ali - even make sexual advances on her - Carter always got in the way. On PURPOSE. Jackson found a hobby in beating up the boy, even taking his "frustration" out on him since he could never get close enough to the girl. Eventually, Carter snapped and finally fought back, getting seriously hurt in the process. It was on that day that he sent his sister off and told her that he'd be right behind her.
Three months behind.
He escaped the clutches of his uncle and now runs around as a lone wolf, not siding with anyone unless their purpose falls in line with his morals.

Whether or not this is true remains a mystery; Carter is blind. Well, technically blind. He can "see" well enough and orient himself to the point where you would never even guess.

Personality: tends to be a bit of a smartass about anything he can. He is a really weird person though being rude as possible when around groups but incredibly nice when alone. He tends to look out for himself but is also very loyal when he picks sides but he'll wait till the last minute.
History: He was born outside the quarantine area and from day one he was in danger. His parents shielded him as best they could in his youth but they died when he was seven. He was captured by some bandits and forced to do hard labor to stay alive. One of the bandits tried to have their way with him when he was twelve but it didn't end well for the bandit. The bandits died pretty soon after that first one and a legend was born from a lie about what happened. The legend of bloody Bill Waters was born when the kid but the bandit's throat out and swam thirty feet through a submerged hallway to use a knife from another bandit to kill everybody who was asleep in the camp and escape. After about a year of wandering followed when he met a old scavenger who taught him how to survive without taking so many risks. The boy grew up to be a cynical but pretty smart man by the name of Anthony Thompson.

Wilson was born on the 10th July, he grew up in a wealthy household with his mother and father. Wilson had always been cared for deeply and his parents always had high expectations of him. He had always been in the top few people of his class and joined many clubs that formed in the school. This ranged from sports clubs such as basketball to reading clubs since he was such an avid reader. Teachers always praised him for his hard work and competence, you rarely saw Wilson get into trouble and when you did it was rarely for anything serious.
At the age of 11 his father decided to introduce him into the world of hunting. Wilson was trained to use a rifle and just like many things, he soon become very efficient with it and could even excel his father's shooting ability at times. Due to his parents always having high expectations of him, he had decided that joining the US marines is what he wants to do. And so he put his dream into action and began training every day with weights, he also began training with other fire arms and by the age of 19 he was enrolled into the military.
The amount of medals Wilson was awarded was very unusual for this age. He had killed many terrorists and protected the lives of his fellow soldiers. This was seen by many people and he gradually went up in the ranks until he was a Sergeant Major and one of the most respected members of the military. He hit this rank at only age 24 and is looked up to by new recruits.
Seeing someone this special and talented caught the eye of the president, when he hit age 25, Wilson was offered the job of working as the President's bodyguard. He of course accepted and has worked with the President for a year now and has become a very trusted ally.
