{introduction} ; ; howdy! ₍ᐢᐢ₎ putting this back out there with some substantial updates because i want friends to gush about characters with at the end of the day. i’m an adult with loved ones and a job i like, so my online schedule varies, but oh boy, it seems i will never outgrow my play-pretend phase.
{about me} ; ; please call me cider. i’m old-fashioned. it feels weird using my real name with people i don’t know over the internet. i use they/them pronouns. i have auDHD, and my two biggests interests are five nights at freddy’s and reading horror lit. i’m also a hobby collector and always into random stuff.
{roleplay basics} ; ;

꩜ quality (and having fun) > quantity ; if i had the time/energy to write a novel, i’d be doing that instead of rping. i am known to occasionally post some literary bangers though.
꩜ third-person present tense or past tense preferred ; just let me know what you’d rather do! used to exclusively write past tense, but lately i’ve been reading more present tense narratives in horror which really enhances the sense of action and suspense™ imo.
{on shipping and character dynamics} ; ; romance and doubling are tentatively allowed because i have no shame and i want to see my ocs and my canon muses get romanced. i just don’t want to fall into the trap of forcing romantic dynamics just because. i like slowburns, and i’d rather see what unfolds naturally than chart the course too rigidly ahead of time. however in regard to fnaf some of the dynamics i want to write aren’t suited for romance at all. let’s plan to discuss it more in-depth once we start chatting. just don’t ask to ship inappropriate age gapes??
