Futuristic Epsilon Project

Epsilon Project is a Hosted Project style of a roleplay set in the year 2200 on an Earth-like planet called Epsilon. Ruled by one person, at war with the distant Earth, fighting against its own rebels, and filled with infighting corporations, Epsilon is a place where stories are made.

We wish good luck to our two detectives Osthavula and Zaltusinel as they try to solve a forgotten but deadly case.



Each culture has its boogieman. Something scary that can drag you off into the night. Something... That keeps you up at in the darkest hour. Terrified. Sweating. The Forest, Desert, and Sea Dyn have their boogieman. They share a story of a creature which could take any form to hide its true, hideous appearance. A creature which could enter the mind of any being and turn them into a zombie made to blindly follow orders.
The Snow Dyn... Doesn't believe it is a story. They don't believe it's a legend. That it's just a boogieman. The Snow Dyn believe the shapeshifter was real. That it brought the Dyn to the edge of extinction before the Dyn finally turned the tables and destroyed the demonic creature.
At least... Almost destroyed them.
A cold case lies in the databases of the Epsilon Law Enforcement. A case which no one managed to solve. A case which left many investigators dead and countless civilians missing. A case which you have been assigned to. Your only clue is the address of a retired detective who got the case as a young man and spent the rest of it searching for the truth. The only detective to survive The Case of the Shapeshifter.
