Enhanced Color Palette

Wolf Rawrrr

At present, the available posting colors are incredibly basic, and I say that with a negative connotation. Consider that if you are using RpN Dark a good chunk of those is rendered useless, and you are not left with many color choices *woof*

Since the irreplaceable ability to edit raw code has been taken away from us, can we at least get some more colors as compensation? Please? Like a color pick tool. It's not like the colors are entirely gone, since the editor is still accurately showing colors from 1.0 BBCode, there's just no simple way to get such colors back from the menu.

Woof your support here, fans of colors site-wide *howl*

I agree with the suggestion.

In the meantime, though, if you type something up in a google doc in a different color (you can access a lot of them via google docs) you can copy and paste it onto the site and it works.

Hopefully that's only needed as a temporary fix.

I totally agree with this @Wolf Rawrrr I was actually going to male a suggestion like this myself. Only I was thinking we should get a color wheel with the Big Code Update (that isn't coming for 3+ plus months) so we can effectively choose any color we want to like we could when bbc was around. After all, the buttons are supposed to allow us to do everything that bbc could right? A color wheel seems like a good place to start.

Also, thanks for the tip @DaughterofAthena I miss using color in my posts, I've just been bolding everything. Mostly because I'm on mobile though XD. [SIZE=41.99161911010742px]But check it out, it works on mobile too. Doesn't look like you can change the font size though lol. But since RPN goes offline at random times, writing in google docs and copy and pasting from there might not be a bad idea at all for Desktop dudes. [/SIZE]

@DaughterofAthena - Yeah that's what I meant when I said that the editor still shows all colors, there's just no convenient way to get them... Good catch *woof*

@SirBlazeALot - try to make sure that the text you are copying has no formatting applied except for the color property, because you can't clear up the size/font/etc without wiping the color as well... That's why this isn't really a great solution.

You should be able to change the font and size if you're on desktop.  Mobile doesn't have those options yet but we're working on it.

Oh yeah, works like a charm transferring things to and from google documents on desktop. You don't even have to resize it, the formatting stays relatively the same.
