This isn't due to shyness or lack or social skills though, she just isn't interested by people, finding them boring and dull. Around people who she doesn't find extremely dull she maintains a disinterested atmosphere, only breaking it when something she doesn't find overly bland is brought up. She is also extremely relaxed almost all of the time.

He is very friendly and is able to diffuse problems that may arise with his friends, such as being able to easily calm them down. Lavi is very caring to his friends and won't hesitate to step in and fight for them if necessary. He will also fight anyone that tries to hurt or bully his friends. He is kind to almost everybody. One notable thing is that despite his carefree persona, he is really sharp when it comes to people who are hiding something, Lavi is also very impulsive and hot blooded with his actions and will always stop his other activities at any time to do whatever he sets his mind to, even while he is in school. Whether just getting a certain food, climbing a mountain, or just to see a certain site no matter how far away, he won't stop until he completely accomplishes what he does. He is also very innocent and unlike his peers, is more interested in adventure and having fun than chasing girls.

Also, I think we should limit the already existing residents (I should have said residents instead of tenants but I was really tired, and on a time limit.) of ET, simply due to RP purposes. So, I will only accept 1 more person to be an existing resident. 
Alright, I think we should discuss some ideas, how does it sound that depending on how you lived in the real life you can be placed in a certain culture in ET. Like, if your character lived as a very spiritual person, you can pretty much be in magic town. What does everyone think?

Personality: Cilia is your average girl who loves to do many things, and is generally calm. She is shy and somewhat easily embarrassed, though she hides it well under her cool demeanor. She observes people often, and would rather watch than participate. She can get a bit clingy when she opens up to someone, especially when she has taken a liking to them (ex: she will want to tag along, and sometimes hug their arm), though this is rare.
