- For when the dead live, the living shall die; And so it is -
An evil has arose. The year was 2016. On the seventh of July, a major outbreak occurred somewhere in Canada. A virus, highly contagious, was spreading form human to human, animal to animal, insect to insect. No one was safe. In a question of days, it took over the country. In months, the world. With the exception of Iceland, all countries were infected, and thrown deep into anarchy and despair.
The dead; Rising.
The wounded; Bleeding.
The living; Running.
The virus reanimated corpses, throwing them into a primal state, making it's host look for food, but never attacking other hosts of the same virus. It was the only way to keep the parasite inside the brain alive. All living beings are infected, but the individual only turns into it's "beast state" after he's dead, or without brain activity. If a living human is bitten by a "beast" or a "infected", as most would call, the blood on the bite's location coagulates, killing the living being in a question of few minutes, forcing him to turn. This happens if infected blood or fluids reach the circulating blood in a living person, so even sweat can kill you. The infected are slow and dumb, but they are strong, and mostly in numbers. A single shot to the head, or most types of brain damage, is enough to kill one in one hit.
It has been 2 years since it started, and it never ended. Survivors settled, and Bandits roam the lands. There are no safe-zones, but there are places where other survivors made their home. Settlements are all around the country, some occupied by friendly persons, and others not.
You are a fellow survivor in this history, along with your group of friends, helpers, and unknowns. Your goal: Find a place to rest. Most action comes within the path you take, so every action may change the history and the role-play itself. More histories and paths to take come as your journey progresses, so it's a never-ending role-play, unless you want it to.

Hey guys! I'm trying to make this a thing, since there's not that many of Zombie RPs around the world, and we all know that. It used to be a really popular thing back in the day, so why not bring it back? What do you guys think so far? Anyone interested?
